• Antonio (9/5): - Posizione davvero strategica , spazioso appartamento e pulito Mancavano detersivi per lavatrice , una scopa ,spugne,cialde adeguate per la macchina del caffè,pochi asciugamani per il viso ( chiesti ma non ottenuti dal proprietario) istruzioni mancanti sull’uso dei termosifoni e del televisore .Scarsa disponibilità alla comunicazione da parte del proprietario.

The location is also great—it's within walking distance of Brussels Central Station, as well as the city center, major museums, and attractions. One of my friends had health problems and the host was very understanding and helpful in this difficult situation.

Un apartamento muy grande, con mucho espacio, cómodo , limpio, tranquilo, sin ruido. Totalmente recomendado! No es una queja, solo como información a los huéspedes. No disponen de cápsulas de café para usar la cafetera.

• TAKESHI (8/5): リラックスして過ごすことが出来ました - とても便利な立地。にもかかわらず静か。 不具合もある程度起こりましたが、オーナーには直ぐに対応していただけました。 洗濯機に乾燥機能は有りません。洗剤もありませんでしたので、日本から持ち込んだものを使いました。

• laure (9/5): emplacement parfait et logement spacieux - le logement est bien plus grand que je ne l'imaginais, vraiment très agréable, quant à l'emplacement il est parfaitement situé pour visiter Bruxelles il serait bien d'avoir 2 serviettes par personnes, et de laisser une notice d'explication pour le fonctionnement des radiateurs.

• Stavroula Chante (10/5): - Great apartment, in the middle of the city, close to everything! It's huge! much bigger than the photos. We loved the apartment and our daughter was crawling safely everywhere. The owner also bought a cot and high chair prior to our arrival which was much appreciated. The below are just areas for improvement: - Fix one of the heaters in the living room which wasn't working - Heater in the bathroom wasn't working (or we couldn't figure out how to make it work - It would be nice to have some spare bin bags, dish soap and a sponge - With the Nespresso machine provided, it would be nice to have some coffee pods. The ones that were in the cupboard were used (spiked) and they were Dolce Gusto
• LHNYC (7/5): Stay someplace else - The apartment was large and clean. It has a washing machine but no dryer. The host is clueless. . Upon arrival, the apartment door code didn't work--the host seemed to find this terribly amusing and tried to make me feel incompetent for not being able to open the door. In order to get into the apartment I needed a backup key, which I couldn't find because another tenant had taken it. I just by chance bumped into the tenant who had taken my key, and that's how I entered the apartment. That tenant had trouble getting into his room the night before because his code didn't work either. . The spare key is kept in the storage room, which has no lock, so good luck securing your things if you arrive before your room is ready and want to take a walk. . The back door of my apartment kept flying open--especially frightening on a stormy night, or any night, as it opens onto a terrace that faces a dark alley. Although the host insisted that the lock worked, it did not. In fact, he had placed two weights in front of the door to help secure it. So he knew all about the problem, but denied it. . The shower floods, and there is nothing to be done about it except to throw down lots of towels. As there is no housekeeping, you will be stuck living with those soggy towels throughout your stay. . There is only one lamp in the entire apartment, so expect overhead lights without a dimmer and harsh lighting. . No elevator so you must lug your bags up a steep staircase. . Taxis cannot approach the building, so be prepared to carry your bags a distance to even get to the building. . On several evenings, vagrants had congregated on the steps of the building next door; one morning filthy clothing was strewn on the steps of the building I was staying at. . The host wanted to know my schedule so he could bring workers in to renovate the apartment beneath mine that Monday. I explained that I was on vacation and not to send workers. He did not reply so after about 1 1/2 days of not hearing from him, I reported him to Booking.
• Ahmet Onur (8/5): This property offers suitable accommodation for a family of four. - We liked that the property is new, clean, and has high ceilings. Overall, the property is nice, but the only bathroom is inside the bedroom. This means that if your child is sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, they have to walk through your bedroom to use the bathroom at three in the morning. As far as I could see, all the basic tools for cooking were available, but having a pinch of salt and a little olive oil would make things much easier for preparing meals. Also, there was only a capsule coffee machine and no capsules provided.

• Ayesha ahmed (7/5): الموقع ممتاز - قريب من التسوق الشقه بالدور الثاني معاناه للي عنده شنط السلم طويل جدا. باب الحمام جدا مزعج وحمام واحد فقط في غرفه النوم اللي نايم بالصاله لازم يستخدمه وصوت باب الحمام مزعج جدا ليس هناك مكيف تبريد لا يوجد شراشف للسرير اللي بالصاله ولا غطاء للمخدات واللحاف ولا توجد كوايه للملابس لكن المطبخ مجهز

• Gisela (10/5): - Es un departamento muy amplio y cómodo. Está cerca de la estación Midi Bruselas y subtes. Cerca de centro comercial y de la Gran Plaza. El departamento es amplio tiene una pequeña terraza y moderno. La limpieza impecable. En realidad todo está bien, pero faltaría más elementos de limpieza como por ejemplo escoba, trapo de piso...por si se ensucia algo. Pero lo demás perfecto.

A 200 mts de una de las calles mas comerciales de la ciudad Si nos bañabamos todos seguidos, no se recuperaba el agua caliente. Pero no altera la opinion sobre el departamento

Very quiet apartment and street. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked adequate. Looked exactly like the pictures.
• Kali (10/5): Clean Apartment in a Great Location - The location was perfect located near many stores and restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean. The apartment was much bigger than expected, with plenty of room for 3 people. We didn't have any issues with hot water showering at night, but in the morning the water was cold. That being said, the water pressure in the shower is phenomenal.

Communication throughout the stay was seamless and friendly. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Brussels, close to all the main attractions and the hustle and bustle of the city, yet tucked away in a charming side street (next to the office of the Flemish Prime Minister) where you’ll find absolute peace and quiet. After a full day of exploring the vibrant streets of Brussels, you can retreat to this tranquil oasis just a few steps away. The flat offers everything you need: reliable Wi-Fi, two televisions, and even a washing machine. To top it all off, there's a private little terrace – a perfect spot to unwind. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Brussels. To be completely honest, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The flat was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. If I had to suggest anything to make it even more perfect, it would be to add an ironing board and an iron. Since there’s already a washing machine, it seems like a natural addition for guests who might want to freshen up their clothes during their stay.

• Debra (10/5): Big bright apartment in great location! - A beautiful, large apartment that was lovely and clean and bright. The location was amazing and had everything you need. Communication with the owner very good and easy to find. Would definitely recommend. Only small thing would be to give instructions on how to work the heaters.
• Hess (9/5): Spacious and clean, great location! - Very spacious and clean! Loved the decor! The location was great, and close to the parking garage! Easy contactless entry and exit. Nothing wrong with the shower but the hot water does not last long…with 4 people we had to shower quick and spread out the times we showered. Heater didn’t work in the bedroom (or we couldn’t figure it out) but it was fine bc the apartment was not cold even though we visited in late November.

• Jill (9/5): Lovely apartment in Brussels, would come back. - This is a very clean nicely furnished modern apartment near the centre of Brussels. The owner allowed us to check in early which was great as we got into Brussels at noon. The apartment was very quiet and we slept well with no street noise. The bed was very large and I found comfortable, but maybe it is on the firm side which I like. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Everything was good quality, clean and modern. There was no information in the apartment about how things worked, how to cope with rubbish/recycling and the owner did not respond when I asked. There was an issue with the back door, which was open when we got there. We did eventually get it to close and lock. I am sure. the owner will get this fixed, but nobody came during our stay to address the issue. The hot water tank was not massive so make sure you have the first shower!

• Hailey (7/5): Good - The location was great, a short walk to the main attractions and a supermarket. Lots of restaurants and bars a short walk away. The apartment was spotlessly clean and lovely decor, very spacious. Not far from Brussels centrale train station for airport transfers etc The only negative is that the street can be quite noisy. We soon figured out there was a youth hostel next door, so lots of youngsters hanging around outside until late. There was no problem with this other than noise, and the bedroom is at the back of the property. So if nobody sleeping on sofa bed in lounge, this wouldn't be an issue

• Lily (9/5): July visit in fantastic sunshine - It's a lovely apartment. In an ideal location for sightseeing and shopping. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.Security system without a key was very helpful. Outside little space was lovely in the heat. No view but comfortable. No complaints . A few more cups and towels would be good. Each guest had a good quality towel supplied.
