(7/5): Struttura curata sulle piste, ma con programma e animazione non a livello degli standard Robinson - Struttura in posizione eccellente direttamente sulle piste, molto curata, con un’offerta gastronomica di ottimo livello. Particolarmente piacevole l’area piscina e sauna. Una nota di merito speciale va all’animatore Max, che dimostra grande dedizione, crede profondamente nel proprio lavoro e rappresenta con convinzione la struttura e il suo management. Premesso che frequento le strutture della catena Robinson Club da moltissimi anni, principalmente per l’animazione e l’interazione con lo staff, desidero condividere la mia esperienza. Negli anni abbiamo soggiornato in diversi Robinson Club e quest’anno abbiamo deciso di provare anche questa struttura, motivati in particolare dal concetto “solo per adulti”. Ci aspettavamo quindi, come già sperimentato in altri club Robinson dedicati agli adulti, un pubblico diverso e un programma di animazione adeguato a tale target. Purtroppo le aspettative non sono state soddisfatte. Abbiamo parlato anche con altri ospiti conosciuti in struttura che avevano scelto questo club per lo stesso motivo e che hanno condiviso le nostre impressioni. Come mi hanno confermato anche alcuni dipendenti, al momento non è ancora chiaro quale tipo di pubblico la struttura voglia attrarre e sembra che si stiano adattando a qualsiasi situazione. Ritengo invece che sarebbe più opportuno definire con precisione il target di clientela che si desidera accogliere e, di conseguenza, organizzare in modo coerente i servizi e il programma di animazione.
