• xiaoyuan (7/5): - 地理位置很方便 就在华人区正中心 房间隐蔽性良好 空间也还大 入住花了一个小时的时间登记，由于没有当地电话，和房东沟通成了最大的问题 入住登记房客信息，但是需要提供地址，邮政编码，但是又是异意大利的邮政编码，所以折腾了很久，让人头疼。 搞怕了接下去都不敢再租名宿了，还是酒店方便，直接出示护照办理入住
• Charlotte (9/5): Une belle semaine au cœur de Milan et sa région ! - Un bel appartement très spacieux et joliment décoré ! Les équipements sont nombreux et de bonne qualité. La chambre donne sur une rue très passante, mais est bien isolée par la fenêtre, donc pas de soucis pour dormir. Le quartier est très vivant, beaucoup de restaurants asiatiques, boutiques et supérettes. Passez au restaurant « Il Vecchio Porco » pour la traditionnelle côtelette de porc Milanaise ! Bien situé pour prendre les transports vers le reste de Milan ou vers la Gare Centrale. Nous avons pu en profiter pour visiter le Lac de Côme et Bergame qui sont à 1h en train de Milan !
• Nicolas (8/5): Grand appartement très confortable et bien placé ! - L'espace mis à disposition (grand appartement et grand lit confortable!) l'odeur de la salle de bain. L'eau stagnante dans la douche empestait dans l'appartement. La chambre donne sur la rue donc on entendait le bruit.

Inoltre, l’appartamento non è insonorizzato e di notte si sente un continuo vociare proveniente dalla strada.

• Nik (7/5): Quirky, quiet apartment in Milan Chinatown - While the apartment was on a busy (pedestiran) street, it was very quiet and restful. Milan's Chinatown is right outside the front door, with lots of food shops and restaurants right there. Transit is nearby so it's easy to get to the sights, and even walking isn't far. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Very handy! Fully stocked kitchen. There was an iron in the bedroom closet too (although I couldn't find an ironing board). I failed to contact the manager to get the keys (they never responded to my messages), but people leaving the building let me in so I was able get them. The elevator requires keys to enter, so you have to go all the way up the stairs, get the keys, come back down, and then get your luggage (or haul it up the stairs). The bathroom smelled pretty funky, as did the cabinets over the sink (that was more of a chemical smell). Welcome message included wrong info about wifi, but there was a sign by the table with the correct info.

• Danijela (9/5): - The location is superb. Kitchen is well equipped, there are 3 ACs, 2 TVs, sound system... Although the bedroom faces the main, walking street in Chinatown with vibrant night life, noise isolation is great. Apartment is very tasty furnished. The bathroom doesn't have a window and you can always feel the smell of sewage. For the 6 days stay we got just one towel set per person. In case you need an extra pillow you will have to take care yourself. We had unannounced heavy construction work just next to the apartment.

• Winston (8/5): A good choice for those who love Asian food - It is a nice and antique-decorated apartment with convenient location, especially for Asian food lovers. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. It's spacious and clean. If the owner can install a rack or shelf to hold shampoo and shower stuff, that would be better. It would be more considerate if they can provide sufficient shampoo/shower for people who stay more than one or two days like me.
• claudia (10/5): Excelent - Amplasarea excelentă Apartamentul spaţios În apropiere sunt câteva parcări cu plată, parcă 2.5 euro/oră de la 8,00 la 24,00, iar de la 00,00 la 8,00 - 1 euro/oră la Parking Nicollini. Bine de știut că au parcarea închisă între 02,00-05,00. Recomand parcarea subterană dacă aveți mașină după cum arătau mașinile parcate/care circulau pe străzi. Mâncarea asiatică din zonă e excelentă dacă uitați că vă aflați în Italia totuși. Wi-fi-ul ar fi putut funcţiona, dar nu a fost posibil să ne conectăm cât am stat acolo, parola nu funcționa, iar la întrebări nu ne-a răspuns nimeni până la plecare

• Udo Rein (10/5): Charmantes Apartment in Chinatiwn - Das großzügig geschnittene Duplex Apartment im vierten Stock mit Aufzug (nur mit Schüssel nutzbar) liegt sehr zentral in Chinatown mit vielen Lokalen, Shops und Bars. Parken sollte man am besten im Parkhaus Niccolini, ca. 350m entfernt. Wir haben für zwei Nächte Parken 84 € gezahlt, aber das Auto war dafür in dem neuen Parkhaus sicher untergebracht. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit TV und Mini Balkon. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine tolle Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich in Mailand. Die Schüsselübergabe verlief problemlos und unkompliziert mit Rommi von EasyLife, am besten über WhatsApp und Booking die Ankunftszeit vereinbaren. Außerdem den Online Check-in nutzen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Ende Mai 2023 war für das Apartment super, wir haben 250 € für zwei Nächte gezahlt. Alles super.

• NOEL (10/5): Excellent residence, location and perfect for relaxing and comfort. - This residence is in an excellent location, close (walking distance) to plenty of rated restaurants and grocery stores. I would no doubt return to this residence when back in Milan. Highly recommended. N/A There is nothing I can fault. Fully furnished, cooking facilities are not normal but when you have a abundance of restaurants and take aways near why complain!
