• Zsolt (10/5): Acogedor Madrid - Nagyon jó lokáció, közvetlen a buli negyedben. Rendezett lépcsőház, kicsi de tiszta lakás, kényelmes ágy. Nagyon kedves házigazda, minden a megbeszéltek szerint történt. A konyhában van minden ami pár napos tartózkodásra elegendő. Nagyon vékony falak, rossz hangszigetelés. Nincs függöny csak sötétítő az ablakokon, ami nappal hátrányos mert a belső uvarból a szemben lakó szomszédok belátnak az apartmanba. Ha viszont a sötétítőket lehúzva tartjuk akkor nincs nappal természetes fény.
• Eliseo Garcia Quinteiro (10/5): Como siempre genial - Bueno en realidad poco a contar ya. Es mi tercera estancia en el lugar. Así que si repito es por que verdaderamente vale la pena La verdad. Y entiendo que no es culpa de nadie, pase algo de frío en la cama, debido al mal tiempo y bajar la temperatura. Estaría bien tener algún tipo de cobertura adicional para la cama.

• Mamen (4/5): - El apartamento estava limpio,pero el olor a tuberias era horrible y por las noches entrava por la nariz y cuello Seguro no volveremos.tambien el no poder dejar las maletas antes de dar las llaves es un rollo.Tampoco me gusto el señor que hable por teléfono me recriminó qué entrarà un momento en la escalera, diciendo que no se podia entrar, fue un momento pk no oia bien la llamada. Que mal puede hacer un matrimonio de 74 años en la entrada de una escalera. No fue para nada una buena experiencia.

• Javier GC (9/5): El apartamento ideal para visitar Madrid - La ubicación del apartamento, está en la mejor zona de Madrid y la amplitud de las estancias de la casa. La cama es muy cómoda, teníamos capsulas de café en la cocina al llegar. En el baño hay secador de pelo y, además, hay ascensor (es un cuarto piso). Debería haber un armario o perchero en la habitación principal, ya que no se pueden colgar las chaquetas o camisas. Hay olor a tubería por lo que hay que ventilar bien. Echamos en falta un tostador de pan.

Lo único que puede resultar incomodo, es que al ducharse, el agua caliente se acaba rápido, esta calculado para dos personas en teoría, pero en nuestro caso la segunda persona que se duchaba se quedaba a medias con el agua caliento. Por el resto es excelente el alojamiento.

• Alice (5/5): L'appartement réservé n'était pas celui de l'annonce ! - L'emplacement et la propreté. L'hôte a accepté que nous partions 2h plus tard que l'heure prévue. J’avais initialement réservé ce logement pour un séjour avec ma mère. Deux jours avant notre arrivée, l’hôte nous a informées que l’appartement n’était finalement plus disponible en raison d’un problème technique. Il nous a alors proposé un autre logement situé dans le même immeuble, sans préciser qu’il était moins cher, moins bien équipé et surtout situé au rez-de-chaussée, contrairement à l’appartement que j’avais expressément choisi pour son étage élevé et sa luminosité. À seulement deux jours du départ, nous n’avions malheureusement pas d’autre option que d’accepter, car il était impossible de trouver un logement équivalent au même prix dans un délai si court. L’appartement était propre, mais clairement d’un standing inférieur à celui réservé, et aucun remboursement ne nous a été proposé. Il n’y avait pas de four et, surtout, le logement était extrêmement bruyant : chaque soir, nous entendions les voisins parler et marcher comme s’ils se trouvaient dans notre propre appartement (la chambre donnait directement sur l’entrée). De plus le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas la nuit ni le matin donc en plein hiver nous avons eu froid. Je n’ai, bien entendu, jamais reçu de réponse — probablement parce qu’il était nettement moins cher que celui que j’avais réservé au départ, en vérifiant sur booking j'ai pu voir que 3 nuits coutaient 297€ alors que j'avais payé 390€).

• Mauro (9/5): Ótima estadia em Madrid. - O apartamento está novo e limpo, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Sua localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a duas linhas de metrô além da possibilidade de conhecer vários ponto turísticos de Madrid a pé. Só uma observação: o banheiro, quando aberto de manhã, estava com um cheiro ruim.

• Jennifer (8/5): Perfectly located apartment. - The apartment is in a vibrant part of Chueca but faces a rear courtyard so is very quiet. It is a short walk from the metro and there are many restaurants & cafes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We were able to access the apartment before the stated check-in time. It was all good. If I was being picky I’d say one soft & one firmer pillow to give people options. They were VERY firm. An electric kettle would be nice but we managed with the microwave.

Te dejan cápsulas y azúcar a modo de cortesía. La cama es cómoda. La ducha está muy bien. Muy recomendable para quienes quieran pasar unos dias en Madrid.

The apartment is in a very secure building in the heart of Chueca, great for a 15-20 minute walk to all there is to see in Madrid. The apartment itself is a really nice size and it is set up very well. As per all previous reviews, the apartment has a sewage smell that hangs around. You do get used to it while you’re in the apartment, but it is quite pungent on occasion.
• Gabriel (8/5): Ubicación excelente! - La ubicación en el barrio de Chueca es fabulosa, todo está cerca y puedes caminar en el día o la noche sin problema. Solo unos pequeños detalles que pudieran hacer mas agradable la estancia, sería un poco de insumos en la cocina, como un poco de aceite o sal para poder preparar lo más básico de alimentos. Alguna charola para preparar hielos en el congelador del refrigerador sería muy conveniente también. No cuenta con aire acondicionado y en realidad en la recamara principal con el ventilador no es muy necesario un AC (Septiembre), pero en la cocina al momento de estar preparando alimentos o desayunando si se comenzaba a sentir un poco sofocado.

• GlocalTrotter (7/5): - Modern and stylist. Check in experience was horrible. There is no AC at this place so during the heat wave it was imposible to sleep. The Host expects you to tell them 3 days in advance your arrival time. They are definitely amateurs. Travelers experience unexpected delays. I was chatting with them as I landed and even tho they knew I was about to head to the apartment from the airport they decided not to wait for me (about 30 min to 1 h). Claiming the person with the keys had other check ins to handle. I was left stranded. They blamed me for not telling them exactly my arrival time: originally between 3pm~4pm but due to flight delay I made it to Chueca at 5pm. It's not even a crazy timing in the middle of the night!!! Someone drove a long distance later to bring me the key. I booked 3 nights but I left the apartment after the second night as I couldn't sleep due to the heat and bad ventilation. I was not refunded the night I didn't sleep there. Not sure what the Spanish regulations are but even a portable AC unit would have made a huge difference. I've seen other reviews complaining about the check in experience. Too bad I read them late.

• Milena (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very well located, 5 min walking to Gran Via and 10 min to Puerta del Sol. There is one supermarket just outside the flat and others nearby. There are also many places for dining around. The flat was quite warm, not good ventilation. Also, the rooms are dark, as is overlooking an inner yard and it is on the ground floor.
• Anthony (8/5): Great flat in the perfect location - The flat is so well located and close to everything. The main draw is its location. It’s also a very clean flat and very modern with a great bathroom. The bed is big and comfy too. Perfect for one person or a couple. Check in was very inflexible. Of I didn’t have a friend in Madrid who went to collect the keys for me they would have charged me €40 for arriving after 23:00. Sorry but tourists arrive late. There should be a lock box or some smart check in. Yet the expect you to be out by 11:00 which is quite early. They need to reconsider the check in.

Good Wi-Fi . 3 minuts on foot from Chueca metro station. 1 minute from Raffaella Carra square. Only 2 towels …. Nowadays you always find at least 3 towels per person .

Thought it was good value all things considered Like others have said. There is quite a noticeable smell in the apartment, the flat probably would benefit from better ventilation in the bathroom (we couldn’t see a fan). The hot water also ran out very quickly and we weren’t able to get this resolved - barely enough for 1 person, let alone 2 people to shower.

• Mark (9/5): Lovely, quiet apartment in a top location - A lovely apartment in a great location - a pedestrian only zone with shops, bars and restaurants at your doorstep, yet very quiet. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, and the old elevator in the building is a nice touch. Not the property’s fault, but the weather was hot making it very difficult to sleep at night. There are effective ceiling fans, however moving the hot air around is not the same as cooling it.
