- Viliyana (10/5): Great stay in Palma - We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Palma! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the center and within walking distance of everything, with some really great restaurants just downstairs. What stood out the most is how the hotel is designed to feel like a home away from home. It truly delivers on that idea. The space was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were also some really nice little touches in the room that made a difference—great coffee, lovely shampoo and conditioner, and an overall attention to detail that didn’t go unnoticed. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop area. The pool and relaxation space were perfect for unwinding after busy days exploring the city. It felt calm, cozy, and just what we needed. The communication with Elva was perfect! I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Palma, who is not a fan of the big busy hotels and wants to feel like home.

Mycket bra läge med gångavstånd till det mesta och en supermarket lite längre ner på gatan. Kommunikationen med Elva var trevlig och effektiv både före och under vistelsen och hon var mycket trevlig när vi sågs. Takterrassen var ett mycket trevligt inslag! Det var väldigt lyhört ut till trapphuset. Och vår lägenhet var i etage, men egentligen bara ett enda rum (två sovytor, men inga väggar eller dörrar emellan) vilket gav lite för lite privat yta för vårt sällskap (pappa med två vuxna barn).

- bonneke (8/5): Prima verblijf in levendige buurt - Prima kamer met goede basisfaciliteiten, echt fijn personeel, uitstekende locatie. Leuke inrichting, verse eigen sinaasappels zijn leuke geste, supermarktje zit om de hoek. Mooi dakterras met zelfs een wc aldaar. Veel goede restaurants pal om de hoek, centrum op loopafstand. Lekkere bedden, heerlijk koele ruimte en drinkbaar kraanwater! Het was echt fijn verblijf maar je moet een paar zaken wel weten. Eigen balkon is een Frans balkon dus zeer klein, kamers aan voorzijde zijn niet geluiddicht: (overigens heerlijk) restaurant pal onder het raam zorgt voor gezelligheid en rumoer tot ruim na 1 uur. Veel werkzaamheden aan buurpanden op dit moment. Handdoeken worden eens per 4 dagen verschoond evenals kamerschoonmaak, maar je kunt vragen om tussentijdse verse handdoeken. Badkamer kan wel een kleine opknapbeurt gebruiken. Zwarte aanslag bij doucherand, kitrand laat los, verroeste pootjes van badmeubel en radiator. Luiken zijn wat lastig dicht te doen (lijken wat ontwricht).

- Charlotte (10/5): A brilliant apartment in the heart of Palma - It was perfect… We went for a mini break to Palma for a bit of spring sunshine and the apartment was excellent. Fully equipped with all we needed, spacious and comfortable.

The location was excellent, the square has lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Nice to have 2 sleeping areas both with bathrooms attached. The roof terrace was a lovely place to sit and chill out. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly to messages. Strongly recommend. All good.

Walking distance of all the major historical monuments, restaurants and coffee shops. Very well decorated, with coffee and tea facilities, WI-FI, comfortable bed and good linen. Also small veranda and nice garden with small pool on the roof top to enjoy the morning coffee and afternoon drink. Excellent place! Elva is very good host! She is very helpful and caring lady, she gave us really good recommendations for nice restaurants.

Lots of restaurants nearby and a garage around the corner. Clean and friendly. Elva is a lovely host. Not much natural light and some guests might find the bathroom lacks privacy. We did not mind at all.

Easy walk to the major attractions and many bars and restaurants around. The room was spacious. The room we stayed in was on the lower ground floor to ground floor, so a bit darker than the rest of communal space. Maybe a tiny bit damp. But it doesn't affect our stay.

The host was very welcoming also. Our ground floor flat had a poor outlook however there was a great rooftop terrace with sun-loungers and mini pool.

It took 15 minutes to walk from the water up to the apartment. It was a nice walk, and if rather walk and have a quiet place than not walk and have a loud place. The apartment get zero natural light.

O estacionamento reservado com a acomodação foi um pouco complicado. Para guardar o carro no estacionamento era fácil, mas para pegar de volta era complexo, pois a chave disponibilizada não abria porta do andar que estava nosso carro, então precisávamos descer a rampa de carros (depois de quebrar a cabeça para tentar outra opção) para achar o carro.

- Kristina (8/5): Výborná lokalita v centru města - Velmi pěkná lokalita apartmánu, přímo v centru, výhled z pokojů do vnitrobloku, apartmán stylově zařízený, úklid a výměna ručníků během našeho pobytu neproběhla (provádí se jednou za 3 dny, náš pobyt byl 4 dny). U recepce každý den koš pomerančů k dispozici hostům - velmi milé. Vnitřní prostory chodeb a schodiště byly špinavé, taktéž krásná terasa s malým bazénem byla pokryta černým prachem. Tím se pro nás stala nepoužitelnou.

- Caroline (8/5): Fabulous apartment close to the old town - Great, well-equipped apartment, spotlessly clean. Comfy beds, powerful shower. Lovely little rooftop terrace with ample seating and small pool for cooling off. Nice quiet location away from street noise, with easy access to old town. Small, well-stocked supermarket close by. Great communication with the host, Elva, who was very welcoming and quick to respond to queries. The only small niggle was the apartment lacked natural light with only one window facing out to a small, non-accessible courtyard at the rear. We were on the ground floor. I imagine the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors would have more natural light. Not a big deal as we didn't spend much time indoors. The rooftop terrace made up for it.

- Carolina Cecilia (9/5): Ubicación privilegiada - El departamento está ubicado en la zona céntrica, a dos minutos caminando al centro. En sus alrededores hay bares y restaurantes lo que hace que tengas todo a mano y nunca se escuchó el bullicio de la calle. Las instalaciones excelentes, la terraza es muy bella y con mucha onda, además tiene un Lavarropas comunitario ahí. El departamento es muy lindo, cómodo, con dos baños con ducha, lo que hizo que hiciéramos súper rápido para prepararnos para salir a pasear. Lo recomiendo mucho! Nos gustó todo pero recomendaría que cambien los colchones ya que estaban un poco hundidos.

No sink in toilet so had to open door and walk out of room to go to wash hands and you had to walk out of shower into living area as it’s one room - felt like it wasn’t sufficiently private at times

Cons: A few significant issues While the hotel's age is understandable, there were several frustrating issues that made our stay difficult. * Inconsistent Cleanliness: We booked two rooms, and while one was perfectly fine, the other had a strong, unpleasant odor, suggesting the cleaning was not thorough. * Maintenance Problems: On the morning after we checked in, we discovered there was no hot water in our both rooms, and we had to contact the staff to get it fixed. * Lack of Instructions: There were no user manuals for the washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher. As international travelers, we had no idea how to operate them and had to contact the owner every time we wanted to use an appliance, which was very frustrating. * Parking Issues: We were grateful that parking was arranged for us, but the spot was very tight. The directions were only given verbally, so it was confusing to figure out exactly where to park. To make matters worse, the lights on the entire parking floor were out all day, making it completely dark.

- Grant (7/5): Good - Great location, central and lots of restaurants within 100metres. Too many things done cheaply, refrigerator door broken, coffee machine leaks, no coffee table. No instructions on exiting car park and key to car park needs to be replaced so that you don't have to jiggle it constantly.
- Douglas (10/5): A gem of a find! - An exceptional apartment in a beautiful building, with the added benefits of a roof terrace and location on a fabulous square with many good restaurants to eat at. Secure underground parking was available nearby and the property is in the historic centre of Palma, and a short walk away from many beautiful places to visit. It was perfect!

Really appreciated the AC! - The room's size, the apartment's location (close to all the restaurants and grocery store), the cute rooftop, and, most of all, the comfy bed + pillows! There was some funky smell coming from the bathroom area from time to time, but it didn't bother us that much. We heard noises throughout the night, but I would say that it's a lot better than where I stayed before in Spain (it wasn't that bad). We were on the ground floor

I loved Can Blau, everything was great , I loved the roof top and the room. I travel a lot and I give you the best note that I ever gave for any establishement because you deserve it. Lots of good amenities close-by (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) and just enough distance from main attractions to avoid excess noise and foot traffic. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed meeting and speaking with Elva everyday. Just that couldn't stay longer

There is an excellent private terrace with plunge pool and sun beds on the roof. We were 2 friends travelling and needed separate bedrooms. Upstairs excellent Double with private ensuite bathroom. 2nd "Bedroom" is downstairs (with separate bathroom) and part of the living area (NB not a sofa bed but very comfortable twin beds). A screen or curtain would be better to allow privacy when other guest is using the living area. The current set up would be ideal for family.

- Susan (10/5): A lovely comfortable stay in central Palma. Great location and a wonderful host. - Elva met my friend and I upon arrival. She was so warm and friendly and gave us lots of advice. We were given the keys and were able to leave our luggage until check in time. The apartment was lovely and had all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable. The apartments are very well located and we found walking to places very easy. The bonus was the use of a roof terrace. Elva was always available to help if need be. We would definitely book an apartment at Can Blau again. Nothing to dislike.
- Robin (8/5): Good - Nice room but the pipes from tge neighboring apartment was wery shallow in the wall behind the bed so we could hear everything thas was flushed down their tolilet. And the apartment was on the ground floor with windows facing the street. A wery calm street with no cars and a nice plaza outside so not a problem but it didnt say anything about it in the info. But wery nice location and convenient check in and check out and good communication through out.
