• Arturo95 (10/5): If you look for a stay in Vienna - don't look further. - Everything was exceptional. Richard was waiting for our arrival at late evening and told us everything we need to know before visiting Vienna. The metro station was close to the apartment, you can reach the city centre in just 20-25 minutes. Everything was ok, nothing to complain about.

O host Richard foi muito gentil e super solícito, nos esperou para entregar as chaves bem tarde da noite de um sábado, entre outras gentilezas. O apartamento é muito bem suprido (inclusive com máquina de lavar louças) e muito limpo. Talvez devido a questões de tradução no aplicativo da Booking, eu não havia entendido que somente havia ar condicionado na sala de estar. No quarto há um bom ventilador.
• Cedric (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is quiet but close to transportation. Restaurants and shops are in walkable distance. The host were kind and very helpful. The apartment was cosy, comfortable and extremely clean. It also had all the equipment one would want and more. There was not a single issue with the apartment and everything worked properly.
• Jiří (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Wien on metro outside center, but in near to Kaisermühlen VIC - Very nice host, showed everything. Good location on the U1 metro line with direct connection to the railway station and city centre and especially congress center. Shops nearby.

The apartment is located within 400 meters of a metro/subway station, from where it takes 15 mins to reach the Stephenplatz city centre. Great value for money. Highly recommended
