A)What you will find and what you will NOT find in the accommodations
A.1 Towels and bed linen
a) For stays of one week or less (7 nights), we leave the beds made and one shower towel and one hand towel per guest. We do not leave additional bedding or towels.
b) For stays of up to 2 weeks (14 nights), we leave the beds made and two shower towels and two hand towels per guest. We do not leave additional bedding.
c) For stays of 15 nights or more, we leave the beds made + two shower towels and two hand towels per guest + additional bedding.
d) For stays of 15 nights or more, the home will be cleaned every 7 days starting from the day of check-in. The cost of each cleaning (€40) will be requested from the guest once the service has been completed.
e) If you think you will need more towels or sheets, please request it in advance. Remember: €5 each set of extra towels: €10 each set of extra sheets or blanket. If it is requested after checking in, keep in mind that it will be €10 more for the delivery service.
A.2. Cleaning and food supplies
At the accommodations we leave basic complimentary items (some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, some garbage bags...) so that you have the minimum until you can organize the purchase of the items you need for your stay . Regarding food, due to the health crisis, we avoid leaving food products open and belonging to other guests. You may find some sugar, some oil, some tea... but in no case do we guarantee that you will be able to find a variety of products. We discard, for obvious hygiene reasons, everything that may have been handled by previous users. Please remember that you are not in a hotel.
B)Prohibited activities and other issues to take into account.

• Avoid feeding children on sofas, armchairs or chairs with fabric upholstery.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- René (8/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, die Unterkunft sehr sauber Nachts hat man im Schlafzimmer immer Stimmen gehört bis um 4 Uhr, nicht laut aber es hat trotzdem gestört beim Schlafen, wir habe alle mit Gehörschutz geschlafen
- Hazel (9/5): Overall a good apartment in ideal location, ground floor was excellent to give us a large terrace - Location was ideal near the beach and close to all bars and restaurants. Despite a main road outside the complex was very quiet and peaceful. the ground floor terrace was very good with table and chairs and also sun loungers. Apartment was very secure. Air con was very good. Kitchen was well stocked with everything required and plenty of bed linen etc. Communication prior to arrival was good and we were met promptly to hand over keys - this was good compared to other places we’ve stayed. The only problem was that we found the beds a bit hard and uncomfortable

Maniglia rotta con la serratura mancante in camera. Intonaco e pittura in più parti da ripristinare a causa di rigonfiamenti forse da umidità.

- Vadim (8/5): Overall it’s a good apartment, great location, nice hosts. I’d expect clean floors initially and having more consumables - The apartment is close to the beach, has parking. Territory is closed and quiet, a lot of places to eat next by. Hosts were very nice to provide all necessary information and to wait for our arrival to meet and pass the keys even tho we were stuck at the airport for 2 hours more The floors were clean visually but in reality they were nit, looked to me that someone was using their street footwear inside apartment before. I understand that consumables for cooking, dishwasher and washing machine are not supposed to be provided by the host for the whole stay, it’s just for the initial time it would be a really great thing to have because going to the store to buy consumables is the last thing I’d think of when I’m on vacation. Same thing about bedclothes and towels, additional towels set is available for additional payment - I’d consider paying more initially to have more consumables and having bedclothes and towels changed maybe every 2-3 days to have a convenient stay and to not thing about all that

- Kathleen (7/5): Very pleasant stay. - The location was good and the apt was well equipped. It would have been nice to have cushions seat pads for the outdoor metal furniture . Also uk TV channels . There is a problem with the lock on the external Metal gate which made it difficult to lock and unlock.
