• Gerhard (9/5): Wir haben uns in diesem Apartment absolut wohl gefühlt. Wien ist hochinteressant! - Gute Betten, recht großes Apartment, großer Balkon, sauber, großes Badezimmer, U-Bahn-Station „Alte Landwehr“ direkt vor der Haustür, Supermarkt 200m entfernt, Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage (im Haus). In direkter Nähe kein gutes Restaurant, mit der U-Bahn sind es 20min bis zum Zentrum (Karlsplatz).

Ubicato in periferia ma con la stazione metro di fronte, si raggiunge il centro in 10-15 minuti. L'appartamento 201 é al piano terra, quindi non si poteva aprire la finestra del tutto che dava sul parcheggio senza essere visti. All'interno c’è scarsa ventilazione e faceva un po’ caldo (un ventilatore a soffitto potrebbe essere utile d’estate) Il ronzio del frigorifero era un po’ fastidioso di notte, ma ho risolto con i tappi per le orecchie

• Michael (7/5): Preiswerte Unterkunft, toll eingerichtet, Nähe U-Bahn - Lage super. Die UBahn gleich vor der Haustüre. Haben im Parkhaus Reumannsplatz geparkt, da lt. Bewertung der Schotterparkplatz in der Nähe nicht toll ist. Betten waren bequem und super für mehrere Leute. (Wir waren 6) Sehr hell, da viele Fenster. Können aber auch automatisch geschlossen werden. Generell Appartment sehr schön. Zimmeraufteilung gut. Ich denke das Appartment hat ein Ameisenproblem. Die Vermieter versuchen es zu bereinigen, aber bei uns sind sie auch von der Balkontüre hereingekommen.

• Clare (10/5): Location - check, cleanliness - check, space - check! - The size of the apartment was amazing. The location - right across from the underground - made it so easy to get around. The area seemed safe. The facilities were great - plenty of utensils for cooking, both a coffee machine and a kettle. A dishwasher too! The apartment was very clean and I loved the added touches of art on the walls. It was great value for what is known to be an expensive city and I'd stay here again in future. The technology of the window screens baffled me for a bit so some instructions would be useful.

• Kamil (9/5): Świetny apartament - Apartament komfortowy w cichej okolicy. Dobrze skomunikowana lokalizacja, stacja metra po drugiej stronie ulicy. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu na terenie obiektu co nie jest standardem we Wiedniu. Skrzypiące kanapa co utrudniało spanie. Brak czegokolwiek do zamiatania podłogi. Brak umywalki w toalecie, trzeba chodzić przez całe mieszkanie, aby umyć ręce. Stary typ telewizora, więc nie dało się skorzystać z np. Netflixa. Pomimo drobnych niedogodności pobyt udany.

• Fiona (9/5): Lovely apartment good location although obviously a bit out from the city centre, but metro was good - The location was good once we realised that there was an entrance to the metro opposite the building! There was a supermarket about a 5 minute walk which was useful. It was good to have a coffee machine and dishwasher and nice to have a separate sitting / dining area. Not sure if we missed this information, but there was a launderette through the car park and down some stairs which took a bit of finding! Although we had a balcony, it is over quite a main, busy road, but good windows so it was quiet inside.

Μου αρεσε που ο ιδιοκτήτης απαντούσε άμεσα στα email . Θα ήθελα να εχει παντόφλες μιας χρήσης για λόγους υγιεινής.Επίσης δεν ειχε στο μπάνιο προιόντα (σαμπουάν-αφρόλουτρο) παρα μόνο σαπουνάκι μιας χρησης. Το check in θα μπορούσε να ειναι λίγο πιο ελαστικό σε πρωινές πτήσεις,να γίνεται κάποια προσπάθεια.Φυσικά δεν είναι τα αρνητικά θέματα που θα με απέτρεπαν να πάω ξανά.Γενικά το προτείνω ,για όποιον ζητάει ένα καθαρό apartment με έυκολη πρόσβαση.
• Veronika (10/5): - I loved the new apartment, it was spacious, clean, new furniture, all fully functional. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need for a short-term stay. The bathroom was very big, with a hair dryer available. The double-bed was comfy. The location is great, right at the subway station, calm, no noise. There is a private parking available for guests. I also appreciate a decent lobby with toilets and vending machines to buy something to drink, it comes in handy when you arrive and might need to use a bathroom or buy a drink before you check-in. The only thing I would change is the sofa that counts as a second bed. It was very uncomfortable, one keeps sliding to the centre of the bed as it's not supported well enough.

• Meryem (8/5): - Very nice apartment in a new building with the balcony. The U-bahn station U1 in front of the building takes you to the center. Public parking of only 5 EUR/day across the street. The street is very noisy and opening the window is not an option if the weather is a bit warm (no AC). The apartment is poorly ventilated.

The staff suggested that I park on the street, which is not what I expected after paying for parking. I don’t think it’s my responsibility if other guests occupy the parking without paying. What made the situation more confusing is that support offered me a refund that I neither requested nor needed, and then never actually processed it. I don’t understand why I was informed about a refund if it wasn’t going to be issued - it feels very strange and unprofessional. Additionally, the bed in the apartment was broken. Sleeping on a sagging mattress was very uncomfortable and far from enjoyable. Overall, the stay left mixed impressions: arriving in the evening to a fully occupied parking lot and sleeping on a broken bed was disappointing. On the positive side, the apartment had a nice balcony, I enjoyed hearing the birds in the morning, and the shower and dishwasher were good. In summary, there are some nice features, but the key issues significantly affected my stay.

Ζήτησα να μην μείνουν οι αποσκευές μας μέχρι αργά το βράδυ για να μην τις κουβαλάμε την τελευταία μέρα και ο οικοδεσπότης φυσικά και μας παρέχει χώρο για να μείνουν μέχρι αργά. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα δεν έχω κάτι να πω αρνητικό

Apartament był dobrze wyposażony i zapewniał wszystko, co potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania – do dyspozycji był m.in. ekspres do kawy (z kapsułkami), toster, czajnik bezprzewodowy, a także komplet naczyń, sztućców i garnków. Dodatkowym atutem były podstawowe kosmetyki. Czystość była na dobrym poziomie, a informacje dotyczące zameldowania i organizacji pobytu były przekazane w sposób jasny i czytelny. Łóżko dwuosobowe było wygodne i zapewniało komfortowy sen. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja – bardzo blisko znajduje się stacja metra (linia U1), co umożliwia szybki dojazd do centrum. W pobliżu dostępny jest również parking w cenie ok. 5 EUR za dobę, sklepy spożywcze, piekarnia oraz całodobowy sklep SPAR Express. Dodatkowo apartament ma dogodny dojazd z autostrady. Na minus należy zaliczyć sofę przeznaczoną do spania – jest bardzo niewygodna, a materac zdecydowanie wymaga wymiany. .

Οχι πολύ βολικό το σαλόνι, μικρός καναπές. Οι κουρτίνες κ κάποια σημεία στους τοίχους είχαν αρκετά σημάδια κ βρομιά. Είναι λάθος ώρα για μένα το check in 15:00

• Qing (8/5): Tolle Lage, schöne Ausstattung, guter Service, absolut empfehlenswert. - sehr gute Lage, gleich gegenüber der U-Bahn Station, nur 7 Stationen vom Stephansplatz, ruhig in der Nacht, perfekt für Familien. Ich habe immer rasche Antwort bekommen, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Man kann die Gepäck vorher deponieren, Wäsche waschen, in der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Es ist sauber und das Bett ist bequem. Wir werden wiederkommen.

• Sourabh (5/5): Average - Near to train station. Clean. I met the owner downstair near to vending machine. He was generous and kind and at least offered sincere apologies for not providing the digital key. Digital Key to enter the apartment was not provided even asking many times. Had to wait in corridor till 6 AM in the morning. They only provide a phone number which is partially contactable during the day and after 9 pm, there would be no response at all. Kitchen in the apartment is right in front of toilet. Two times, two persons entered directly in our apartment without knocking the door, without ringing the bell. This is a complete breach of privacy and safety. I would definitely not book this apartment because of above reasons.

• Jean-Marc (8/5): Très chouette séjour à Vienne - L'appartement était très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. L'accès était également très pratique. Et son emplacement à deux pas du métro était très appréciable. Par ailleurs, le taxi proposé à l'arrivée a simplifié notre arrivée à Vienne. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Quelques améliorations à prévoir : - dommage que je n'ai pas eu de réponse à mes demandes de dépôt de nos valises à notre arrivée en attendant 15h. Surtout que nous avons découvert que l'immeuble dispose d'un locker pour bagages, mais inaccessible sans code. - qualité du couchage du canapé moyenne - une seule poêle pour cuisiner dans un très mauvais état. Attention au PFAS, ça me semble très important.

Even though it is not in the very city center, the metro station is literally across the street, and it is very convenient to get anywhere quickly and easy. We were very well instructed by the owner on how to get into apartment and the garage.
