The pool guy was just disrespectful and came to us for a good 20min asking for our room number even though we showed him every proof of our stay here. Just disappointment and the beach club is a total scam and they’ll make fun of you in Arabic

Apotheke, Shop sowie Restaurants in kurzer Gehdistanz und in 15-20 Gehminuten in der Marina, wo es viele feine Restaurants gibt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Gastgeber: freundlich und angenehm. fehlender Föhn => gehört aus unserer Sicht zu jeder Grundausstattung

I suffered from mosquitoes at night and I couldn’t open the windows when I wanted to.
- Dalia (9/5): A Very Comfortable Stay - We had a very pleasant stay (4 nights) at the Mangroovy Residence in Elgouna. We enjoyed the clean and simple apartment that had all the needed ameneties. The surroundings were very peaceul and that added to our enjoyment. Mr. Ahmed at the front desk was SUPER helpful and he was always going out of his way to assist with anything needed. The extra mile with a smile. The service, in general, was very attentive which added to the comfort of our stay. BRAVO! keep up the good work; we'll come again. THANK YOU.

- Natalja (7/5): Top Service! Ich würde es wieder buchen! - Toller Support! Die Nachrichten werden sofort beantwortet. Die Hilfestellung ist immer per WhatsApp sofort da.. wirklich toller Service! Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft und der Service klasse! Es gab aber Schimmel oder Feuchtigkeitsproblenne in der Unterkunft. Diese habe ich gemeldet und als Antwort erhalten, dass es darum gekümmert wird. Da der Service top war, würde ich diese Unterkunft dennoch immer wieder buchen.

The service was great and all the staff was helpful and friendly. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher machine. Also, to have a blow dryer. Thankfully we asked to borrow one and we got it.

- Adriano (10/5): Tout simplement, réserver votre séjour ici! - On a adoré la localisation, après c’était un peut embêtant car ça restait loin d’une rue principale pour appeler des ubers. Mais c’était très calme que ce soir le soir ou pendant la journée! Pleins de restau et cafés proche de l’emplacement! Le staff en général est très sympa! La chambre était comme sur booking! On nous a offerts pleins d’eau et snacks pour notre séjour!! Selon nous tout était parfait, mais des fois quand on prenait nos douche l’eau venait froide, après on sait pas si c’est parceque on prenait la douche deux personnes au même temps… Mais rien de mal!
- pierre (9/5): Bien - La qualité de l'appartement, spacieux, la vue, la piscine, l'espace, la literie de grande qualité, personnel très disponible et réactif, pharmacie, supermarché à l'entrée de la résidence. il faut demander un sèche cheveux à la reception, idem pour les serviettes de plage, pas de cafetiere nespresso, ni de grille pain, (pas de lave vaisselle mais kit fourni) difficulté pour se connecter la TV à netflix mais résolu par technicien sous 48H. Le batiment était à 5m à pied de l'entrée principale de la résidence mais elle est assez loin de la marina avec les restaurants, prévoir aller retour en tuk tuk ou 15 min a pied.
- Gihan (1/5): Worst trip ever - Mangroovy is a beautiful place in el gouna to relax and enjoy the beach and the pool. Very bad experience with Lemon Spaces. Although I had a confirmation of my booking of 3 bedroom apartment ground floor, I found out that they rented my apparentment to another client. I had to struggle with the reception to find another alternative which ended up to be a 1 bedroom apartment.

Le personnel est très serviable. - Le personnel est super serviable, surtout Ahmed à l'hôtel qui nous a bien aidé et le personnel du Zuni Beach également ! L'établissement est moderne et immense très bon rapport qualité prix ! La supérette très pratique aussi. Pour récupérer les clés c'était assez difficile et la réception n'est pas indiqué alors que c'est immense. Le coiffeur était fermé alors que c'est écrit ouvert sur internet et il n'y a pas de sèche cheveux dans les chambres. L'hotel est immense, marcher de la chambre à l'entrée met au moins 10min. Il faudrait proposer un service de location de voiturette payante pour se déplacer dans l'hotel et à l'extérieur.

- Dalia (10/5): A wonderful, comfortable stay in a peaceful and well-maintained property. - The apartment was very spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The furniture was comfortable, and the large balcony overlooking the pool was a big plus and perfect for relaxing. Our host, Ahmed Desoky, was very helpful upon our arrival and was always available through phone as well if we needed him. Nothing to mention.

- Jonte (4/5): Schönes Apartment, aber man wird bei der Kaution abgezogen und hintergangen. - Die Lage war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft hat an verschiedenen Stellen Defekte. Beispielsweise waren viele Teller defekt, in der Küche angekokelte Leisten und in den Bädern defelte Duscharmaturen. Auch die versprochene Reinigung (alle drei Tage) erfolgte kein einziges Mal. Am schlimmsten war, dass am Ende behauptet wurde, dass der Kühlschrank einen Riss hat und deshalb 107€ der 200€ Kaution einbehalten wurde. Wir haben diesen Defekt nicht verursacht und zudem hat die Wohnung überall Defekte. Vor Ort war man nicht Einsicht. Ich finde dies äußerst frech.

Dès le premier contact, il a été disponible, réactif et très attentionné, ce qui a rendu le séjour fluide et agréable du début à la fin. L’appartement est parfait : propre, confortable, très bien situé et conforme en tous points à l’annonce. On s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise, comme à la maison. Ahmed fait clairement la différence : attention aux détails, gentillesse, sérieux et sens de l’hospitalité. Il a été tres concilient avec nous pour un problème interne. Honnêtement, c’est le meilleur hôte que j’ai eu jusqu’à présent. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci encore 🙏

I insisted to change the rooms but unfortunately unsuccessful tryouts. It was one reservation with two rooms, not separate!
