• Anupkumar Suraj Bhan (9/5): Excellent, Comfortable and Convenient stay in HCMC Central. - The apartment are very good well sized. They are very comfortable and extremely thoughtfully well equipped. The elevator, security, reception all work. The location is excellent and n walking distance of everything that matters in HCMC. Host is very responsive and accommodative. All the staff are courteous. Cleaning and change of towels and bed sheets is only on demand. You can face minor challenges in checking in and getting your keys if you arrive at the property between 6PM and 6AM. The host will ask you to take them from the security guard. Which is not a problem as the guards are in constant contact with the host. However challenge you may face is in the form of an abnormal demand from the host to deposit your passport with the security guard till you have not paid the money for your full stay the next morning. I contested her demand and she relented. Luckily, I found the reception still open when I arrive at the apartment at appx 7 PM.

• Garima (5/5): Average- wont stay in this property. - The check-in process is very unclear and poorly managed. The host is only reachable via WhatsApp and does not respond to calls. We were asked to hand over our passport to the security guard (absolutely shocking & crazy), and card payments were not accepted at 5:30-6:00 pm approx. The check-in took nearly 30 minutes. Communication was difficult as they do not seem to understand English well, which added to the confusion. Overall, the responsiveness is poor—messages are replied to very late, leaving guests waiting without clarity or updates.

Was very handy to have a washing machine as this was our last destination before flying home so we were able to wash everything before we flew out. Good location, approximately 550m walk to markets. It was a short walk to Ben Thanh Market, and all the restaurants you could ever want are within walking distance. The room was spacious, beds were comfy, and having a washing machine and dryer makes life easier when travelling. A mini mart was on the corner, so you could take stuff back to your room. I would highly recommend this apartment - our stay was 5 nights. Nothing

• robert (7/5): March 2026 - The apartment was as per the photos. Some of the furnishings were looking worn in places but overall everything was good. The bed is extra large and it was great to have a smart TV. Location is good for bars, restaurants, and nightlife, plus many major attractions are within 30 minutes walk. The apartment is described as 1 bedroom but actually there isn't a wall to separate from the living room only a curtain so all noise from the kitchen area can be heard in the bed area. Also the info on Booking.com clearly states that credit card payments are accepted with no mention of a transaction fee. I booked this apartment 10 months in advance but the host chose to message me only 2 hours before I checked in to say there is a 3% bank fee if paying by card. I my eyes this was willful deception - it is the hosts bank imposing the fee not my credit card issuer, and therefore should be absorbed by the host not ADDED last minute to the cost of my booking.

• Paul (10/5): Great apartment for exploring Districts 1, 3 and China Town. - This apartment is ideally situated for visiting the major tourist attractions of District 1 & District 3 and is a simple Grab ride away from China Town. The apartment exceeded expectations and was tastefully furnished with a comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen was well equipped with kettle, microwave, stove top and plenty of pots, pans, china and cutlery. The kitchen also boasted an upright fridge freezer more than adequate for our needs. The bathroom had a great walk in shower with almost instant hot water. There was also a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board which are essential when everything is stuffed in a rucksack. The apartment benefits from two air-con units one in the lounge/dining room, the other in the bathroom. Being on the 12th floor the apartment had great views towards Beer Street. There is also an outdoor pool on the top floor. There is a little noise from the street below but as we sleep with ear plugs this didn’t prevent us from getting a great nights sleep. There was no noise from the lifts or corridors of the apartment. The added bonus is a great restaurant, Di Mai on the ground floor of the block

The location is simply perfect — right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Everything you might need is just steps away. The apartment itself is very comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with two separate bedrooms that made our stay especially convenient and relaxing. One of the highlights was the free rooftop swimming pool — a great place to unwind while enjoying a fantastic view of the surrounding area. The building feels very safe and well-organized, with a professional reception desk and 24/7 security. Communication with the host, Sophia, was excellent from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and took care of every detail to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Another big plus is the neighborhood: large selection of places nearby for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, a large supermarket just around the corner, and the famous walking street right next to the building — visible directly from the apartment windows. We sincerely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. It’s a perfect combination of location, comfort, amenities, and outstanding hospitality. We would happily stay here again!
• Thea Feld (9/5): Bo i centrum af downtown HCMC - Du bor lige midt i alt, når du bor her. Lejligheden er lækker og ligger på 12. sal, så der er en fantastisk udsigt. Sengene er gode og der er et fint køkken og bad. Poolområdet på taget (20. etage) er pænt og igen med flot udsigt over byen (bl.a. ligger Ben Thanh markedet lige neden for). Spis endelig morgenmad på Little Hanoi egg coffee, der ligger lige overfor Ben Thanh Tower 😋 Køkkenet havde ikke særlig meget service (fx næsten ingen tallerkener), så det var ikke reelt muligt at spise mad i lejligheden. Der er en fejlkonstruktion i badet, så man kan ikke undgå at vandet flyder ud på gulvet
