Important Information

In case of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 applies during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Guests must collect new keys from our office. On departure day, no trash should be left in the property. Guests must dispose of all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link for all guests to register. Tobias (7/5): Es war schön, ein zweites Mal würden wir jedoch nicht diese Finca buchen. - Die Finca ist wirklich toll gelegen, ruhig und abseits von Lärm. Der Pool war ebenfalls wunderbar, auch wenn er vor der Anreise nochmal hätte gereinigt werden sollen. Die Anfahrt gestaltete sich zur Anreise recht besonders, da es keine Beschilderung gibt und nur mit dem Standort auch recht schwierig ist. Der Weg zur Finca ist ebenfalls herausfordernd für normale Autos, SUVs haben es da bestimmt einfacher. Die Sauberkeit insgesamt hätte besser sein können. Viele Küchenutensilien waren sehr klebrig und nur bedingt gut gereinigt. Auch kam einfach am 3 Tag ohne Ankündigung ein Mensch aufs Gelände, der den Pool kontrollieren musste. Ein kurzer Anruf der Agentur wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen. Ebenfalls fehlte ein Netzteil am tv Stick, hier waren wir auf unser mitgebrachtes angewiesen. Die Agentur schrieb hierzu nur, dass sie den Besitzer informieren. Ameisen stellen tatsächlich ein Problem dar, wenn man irgendwo ein Krümel liegen lässt oder vergisst. Dies ist aber in fast allen Fincas so. Abschließend sollte noch gesagt werden, dass es verboten ist auch nur irgendein bisschen Müll in der finca zu hinterlassen. Es gibt keine Mülltonnen oder ähnliche Behälter, man muss diesen täglich oder am Ende zu einem kleinen Wertstoffhof in Muro fahren. Dies steht in keinem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Zoe (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, perfect for a relaxing holiday! - Rural location, nearby towns 10 minutes away by car with restaurants/ cafes/bars We found it really difficult to find the villa. Google maps didn’t work great to help us find it. When we managed to find it, the villa didn’t have a name or sign we just had to hope it was the right place and try the code in the key safe! I think better directions could be provided by the booking company. The only other negative I would say was the ant problem in the kitchen. Those were the only 2 problems we experienced. The villa is in a really quiet location so is great for relaxation and the outside space/ pool is great. Very peaceful and great views.
