• Mario (4/5): nicht so toll! - Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war sehr gut und die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Wohnung war nicht gut gesäubert worden, so dass es leicht muffig gerochen hat und sowohl der Geschirspüler, wie auch der Backofen wegen starker Verschmutzung (flüssiges Fett auf den Blechen) und starkem Gestank (Geschirspüler) nicht genutzt werden konnten.

• LAURA (8/5): Muy bien para ir 3 parejas. Con 3 baños - Muy bien para ir en parejas o amigos. 3 habitaciones muy cómodas. Una de las habitaciones con su propio baño incluido en la propia habitación con ducha. Otro baño con ducha para compartir para las otras 2 habitaciones y en la planta de abajo el salón, cocina y 1 aseo sin ducha. La cocina tiene de todo, lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador, horno, microondas, tostadora, cafetera de cápsula dolce gusto, vitrocerámica. Estropajo y detergente para lavar los platos. Jabón y champú en los aseos. El barrio Brixton, es un barrio muy humilde, muy de noche a lo mejor puede ser peligroso, pero hasta las 21:00 y de día no es peligroso. Tiene a 8 minutos andando la parada de metro de Brixton, que está a 2 paradas de Victoria. Osea que muy bien comunicado y la casa muy cómoda. Podía mejorarse un poco más la limpieza

• Ruth (7/5): - Nicely laid out, comfy bed. Great location for the O2 and Brixton market. The smell of damp throughout, ants and broken tiles in the ensuite, very hot and humid in the lounge

• Stephanie (7/5): Visiting family - Perfect for a short stay. Very close to the centre of Brixton in a pleasant residential neighbourhood. Very clean and comfortable with all necessary services included. Basement living is dark as no windows however we only used it as somewhere to sleep

• Meritxell (7/5): Mes comode que estar a un hotel, ben comunicat, proper a botigues d'alimentació, un carrer tranquil. - Ubicació. Resposta ràpida del Antonio que ha intentat solucionar el que li comentavem. Vam notar que faltaven molts estris de cuina i a l'endemà en va portar. Es nota que la casa ha estat reformada rapid i sense gaire qualitat, hi ha diversos defectes que haurien de ser reparats. Humitat en general, fuites d'aigua a la dutxa, sòcols que cauen... Al bany principal hi ha una finestra al sostre que dona a les vivendes dels veïns, que poden veure com fas servir el wc i la banyera.

• Codamo (7/5): - Buona la posizione e i tre bagni. Peccato per l'odore di muffa e umidità che veniva su dalle scale e dal seminterrato in cui c'è la cicina e il soggiorno. Probabilmente si era bagnata la moquette e non è stata adeguatamente asciugata o sostituita. Poche finestre.

• Isadora (10/5): - Amei a divisão de espaço e organização da casa! Único ponto negativo é o cheiro de lugar fechado, mas é devido a falta de janelas, não tem muito o que fazer…
• Jacebarry (9/5): Short stay in Brixton for Concert! - Good central location, nice layout of home with living room and kitchen in one giving a nice feel. Good walk to Brixton Academy (Two of us were there for a concert) with Co op close by for food choices. Consistent hot water as well! The host provided everything and it was very well coordinated. Nothing, Everything was perfect.
• Taylor (1/5): Not worth it honestly a shame as the images show such a lovely home but it is poorly managed. - - when we arrive the place was covered in mould, the bathroom had ruin stains on the toilet seat / towels. Beds had hair all over them it was horrifying to come to London and this be the first thing we see. had to book a hotel for the night elsewhere until we could find somewhere else. - the host didn't seem to have a clue about the state of the apartment which is very concerning. he did refund us but the state of the place was unacceptable.
