- Abhijit Deb (9/5): Fully satisfied. A good value for your money. - Located at the center of the city, this is an excellent place to spend two nights and explore the city. You can walk to the Porte de la Craffe in 5 min; Place Stanislas is just 10/12 min away; and a lot of good restaurants are nearby. The place is clean and cozy. The staff were really helpful and hospitable. Nothing much to complain. Being located in the city center, it is on a pedestrian only road. We parked the car some 400 meters away; in a safe place; and walked to the reception easily with our trolly bag in 5/6 min. If you have large suitcases, this may be a problem. However, it is possible to arrange a short entrance pass for loading and unloading - so, not a big problem either.

- Gali (8/5): Un séjour dans un bel écrin ! - Au coeur de la vieille ville de Nancy, l'hôtel est un magnifique bâtiment où l'on se sent bien. Ma chambre (single) était originale et confortable. Un petit bémol sur le petit-déjeuner qui s'effectue sur service (et pas en buffet), pas pratique quand on est un peu pressés et qu'on aime aussi être autonome. On apprécie toutefois l'effort qui est fait pour valoriser les délicieux produits locaux!

- Grietje (10/5): Fijn verblijf in het mooie Nancy - Gastvrij onthaal, mooi interieur en inrichting van gebouw en kamers. Heerlijk ontbijt, ruime keuze , goede kwaliteit, en wordt geserveerd. Goede locatie in aangename buurt van de oude stad.
- Telse (10/5): Sehr nettes Hotel, wir kommen wieder. - Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Straße in der Altstadt könnte nicht besser sein. In der Nähe gibt es einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, den man im Voraus buchen kann. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab lokale Produkte und man konnte bestellen, was man essen wollte. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir hat alles gefallen.

- Elisabeth (8/5): - Ausgesprochen sympathisches Hotel sehr zentral in Nancy und trotzdem in ruhiger Seitengasse. Das Frühstück wird a La carte serviert und schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Zimmer klein aber sehr nett, das Bett bequem. 3. Stock ohne Lift ist mit Gepäck ein wenig mühsam. Badezimmertüre ließ sich nicht schließen.

La mise à disposition de bouteilles d'eau en verre pré-remplies en libre service est appréciable. L'offre documentaire proposée à l'accueil est trop restreinte concernant les sites à voir , les moyens de transport , les activités de plein air, les spectacles , les expositions , tous les événements du moment.

Petit-déjeuner servi à table pour éviter le gaspillage. L'eau de la douche qui restait beaucoup trop longtemps froide avant de pouvoir se mettre dessous. Signalement fait. Désagrément corrigé après signalement. Pas de remise des 7% (annoncé pour un séjour de 3 nuitées) car réservation faite par Booking! Cela aurait peut-être pu être compensé par une offre de réduction sur les petits-déjeuners (17 euros le petit-déj.)

- M. (9/5): Zo plezierig dat je er een vast adres van wilt maken - De stijl van het gebouw is mooi, het is een oud Frans stadshuis met brede trappen en grote schouwen. De locatie in de oude stad is ook leuk, betekent wel dat de auto verderop geparkeerd moet worden. Ontbijt wordt aan tafel geserveerd, dus geen buffet. De kaart is uitgebreid genoeg, de service snel en het roerei uitstekend.

No elevator but they helped us with our bags and we were only one flight up .. beautiful staircase. Only complaint is that there is a step up to the bathroom.. easy to stub your toe. Staff exceptionally friendly, free chilled water. Great location near Grande Rue. Very good value. Wish there was not a step up to get into bathroom..we put waste basket on the bathroom entry to remind ourselves. Otherwise a great hotel.

- Susanne (3/5): Nicht wieder! - Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr gut, die Gasse an sich sehr dreckig.Man kann sich unten aus einem nicht wirklich sauberen Kühlschrank Wasser nehmen. Der Innenhof ist sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, der Gestank im Bad fürchterlich! Das Hotel ist nichts für Allergiker, ich habe sehr gelitten. Ich weiß nicht, ob es am Teppichboden (sah auf den Fotos definitiv nicht so aus!) oder dem Bettzeug lag.

Freundlicher Concierge, sehr sauber, sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück hatten wir in einem nahen Café, sah im Hotel aber lecker aus und es gab auch eine Terrasse für das Frühstück. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
- Andrea (9/5): Zauberhaftes Hotel - Der Charme des Hotels ist bezaubernd, die Lage perfekt mit einem schönen Innenhof und auch die Möglichkeit, direkt vor das Hotel zu fahren zum Be- und Entladen, ist perfekt. Es ist ruhig und das Bett perfekt. Ein Kleiner Kühlschrank wäre perfekt, da ich in Frankreich gerne Käse kaufe und im Hochsommer gerne auch gekühlte Getränke hätte.
