• Anne (1/5): Disgusting - We booked this property after our previous booking cancelled at the last minute. Within 20 minutes of booking, there was a ‘flood’. We were offered another place which we had no choice but to take. The apartment was dirty, mouldy and didn’t sleep 5. The solution was to put my son on a mattress in the kitchen. The washing machine was broken and had to be opened with a piece of string. This is a scam. I'm editing this review because the owner is lying when he says he gave me a discount when he put my family into a similar property with a discount. He owed me money due to the price difference so it is not a discount. We hated the other property and didn't fit in. my husband and I had to book into a hotel due to the lack of space. Do not trust him!

The locks were changed during our stay and the concierge told us that there was a court order against the property. It was extremely upsetting and we have brought this along with all the evidence to booking.com (court order numbers, metropolitan police reports) and they refuse to remove the property from their website DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
