• Gunter (10/5): Ein Erlebnis für alle Sinne! - Das ganze Ambiente in diesem Hotel, die authentische Einrichtung des Zimmers, der wunderschöne, gepflegte Park mit einem tollen Whirlpool. Die große Freundlichkeit des Personals, das ausgezeichnete Frühstück zu einem sehr akzeptablen Preis. Eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung, unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen! Dass in dem kleinen Ort das einzige angegebene Restaurant gerade nicht offen war.
• Jennifer (9/5): Fabulous place to stay for a few days to just totally relax by the pool. - It was well located, very clean and had most (not all) of what we needed. No tea or coffee making facilities which I would say was essential really. Have stayed there before so bought a travel kettle and tea, coffee & sugar/sweetner.

• JOSEBA (10/5): Un lugar encantador para el relax - Es un hotel para disfrutar del relax. Todo super limpio, habitaciones super cómodas (jacuzzi increíble), las instalaciones super cuidadas... Es un lugar de esos en los que te sientes cuidado, el personal super atento pero sin atosigar, la paz que se respira... Un gustazo sensorial.
• Laura (10/5): Estancia inolvidable - Maravilloso hotel con amplio jardín exterior, piscina de verano y posibilidad de cenas y desayuno buffet. Las habitaciones enormes y preciosas, y camas comodisimas. Sin duda un acierto para una escapada de relax al interior de Cantabria, con Santander a una hora escasa y la playa a media hora. Repetiríamos sin dudar!!

• Paul (8/5): Mooi verblijf voor paar nachten als je op doorreis bent. Voor lekker diner zou ik elders kijken. - Mooi hotel en kamers, de jacuzzi was een meerwaarde. Mooie tuin fijn zwembad. Goede en vriendelijke bediening op het terras. Het diner in restaurant was slecht.

• Ana (7/5): Fallan los detalles. Parece más lujoso de lo que es. - La ubicación, en un entorno natural muy bello, con las montañas alrededor. El colchón era blando, el jacuzzi era pequeño e incómodo, el buffet del desayuno no estaba limpio. La piscina exterior es pequeña, había tres familias con hijos que ocupaban totalmente la piscina, no sería un problema si tuviera un tamaño más adecuado y si se ampliara el horario de 8 a 10 solo para adultos. En general el precio es demasiado alto para lo que ofrece.
• Jacobo (8/5): Precioso sitio pero ojo que se les cuelan ocupas de piscina - Lugar, impresionante desde que entras a la parcela de la sensación de que estás en una mansión de una de un millonario. Rodeado de montañas espectaculares. Las habitaciones dentro de el castillo restaurado. Único!! Mucho cuida din. Se le cuelan chiquillos del pueblo para bañarse y no tan chiquillos de más de 20 años. La lían parda gritando salpicando entre los clientes y parece que los encargados del Hotel tardan hasta horas en darse cuenta. Te dicen una disculpa de que han llamado a la policía, pero nos da la sensación de que esto lleva pasando hace mucho tiempo. Mucho cuidado porque esto puede echar por tierra el Hotel. Se siente uno que le van a robar los chavales. Inadmisible en un gueto así y en cualquiera. Nunca vi algo igual. Por otro lado, a la llegada al Hotel, esperábamos una acogida más cálida por parte de recepción, pero recibimos una serie de normas estrictas que nos dejaron un poco descolocados.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere in world, fantastic, beautiful grounds, rooms were exceptional, clean and comfortable, not to mention huge. Staff so professional and helpful, food lovely, breakfast delicious, the cakes wow! Swimming pool was fun and refreshing after a long motorcycle ride, loved it Everything was great, liked everything

• Marc (9/5): Don't hesitate to stay here! - We stayed here on the last night of a 12 day road trip through France and Northern Spain before getting on the ferry from Bilbao back to the UK. We wanted something special with character and we were not disappointed. Friendly staff and a very comfortable room made for a most enjoyable stay. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both meals were very enjoyable with ample portions and variety. Would we stay here again . . . . yes we would! Some secure off street parking would be welcome, but in all honesty, parking on the road was always possible and at no time did we believe our vehicles were likely to have been vandalised, it's a very secure area and village.
