• Stephen (6/5): Great location, but very hot apartment - Location is great, very close to Paddington station and direct from Heathrow Airport on the Express train. Hot!!! No air conditioning so unfortunately the noisy fans don’t do anything apart from move hot air around with all the windows open. Cracked tiles in both showers, broken shower head in the upstairs bathroom.

• David (10/5): Great couple of days with the kids, so easy to get around with the apartment a stones throw from Paddington - The location was so handy for transport options around London. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable Nothing to dislike
• Kevin (1/5): Renter beware! - Location only, dead end ally. It had a washer/dryer and fresh flowers on kitchen table. Got locked in first day, deadbolt would not open from inside, had to call Antonio to rescue us. We’re told not to use main lock again only to use bottom lock. Had to leave key in door at night as it was a big life safety issue. Description said beautiful and newly remodeled but not true, dirty and old, mold in showers, kitchen, no top sheet, only a bottom sheet and comforter on beds. How many people had slept under that comforter made me cringe but we were stuck. Had paid over $1800 for 5 nights and did not know if we could get our money back. So we stayed because of that reason. Tv in bottom bedroom did not work, could not get coffee pot to work. The walls were all marked up throughout the apartment. The wood floors were dirty and probably have never been mopped. Curtains falling down on top bedroom. We have over 20 pictures to show what we are saying is true. I strongly suggest you look for other places to stay. Also, half empty bottles of shampoo & conditioner in shower. No hand soap in bottom bathroom for the shower. Food in cabinets, tons of cleaning supplies and food and spices. It was almost like someone lived there when it wasn’t rented out????? Again we have tons of pictures to prove this.
