• Bernat (6/5): Bona ubicació, però cal millorar els electrodomèstics - Tenia aire condicionat a totes les habitacions, estava molt ben ubicat de l'estació de Milà i hi havia prou utensilis de cuina. El microones no funcionava bé, el sofà llit s'enfonsava, el rentavaixelles no funcionava bé i expulsava aigua i els llençols estaven bruts.
• Maciej (5/5): Great location, apartment itself - could be better, especially regarding the power contingency - Location - great location. close to Milano Centrale and 25 min walko to the city centre The a/c first - it didn't work efficently enough second - only one room could be subject to a/c due to power outage, When the a/c was turned on in more than 1 room, the power was out

• Haidil (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious and comfortable place to live in. Was on a holiday with a group of 7 people. Place is near to the train station and Milano Centrale. In case you’re a Muslim you should consider yourself lucky because there are plenty of halal restaurants nearby.

• Stijn (7/5): Great location - The location is great close to multiple metro lines and walking distance to the center. The apartment is in a quiet area, and we had no problems sleeping with a window open. The appartement is not fully equipped for 5 people, missing some cutlery, and also one tiny moka to make coffee is a bit limited.
• Adela (7/5): Great location but.. - Location is great The facility is older than pictured (e.g. molding walls) and the equipments are not provided (e.g not complete ammenities such as toilet papers and hand soap, as well as no minimum supplies (e.g. sugar, oil).
• Patrick (5/5): OK apartment but bad service. - nice enough apartment, ample storage, elevator (though can't use it when you really need it - when first entering with luggage or leaving with luggage at check out - since it requires a key that you can't access until you've already entered the apartment and that you need to leave inside the apartment when you leave. The service. This is not a property rented by a local family that live in the same building or anything like that. It is a short term rental managed by a company that has no connection with the apartment. They provided the wrong WiFi information, one of the doors doesn't lock, and when the power when out and I was requesting help to fix it, it took them 15.5 hours to reply to me. There are no legible labels on any of the keys, you need to use a mix of access codes, your own phone, and keys to get into the apartment.

The host replied in the morning and told us that it was due to overpower. But 0100 in the morning there is no such thing. The following day we had to go and sort out the problem ourselves without much support from the company The sofa bed kept collapsing The property overlooks a communal corridor and the balcony door was not secure. We were told this after we made a complaint for security We had to carry around valuables with us , as the house was not secure We faced a few problems at the property Cleaning was not very good The power went off in the middle of the night and while we were sleeping, so we had no air conditioning. Clean Comfortable Terrible management It took to get the key 1hour.the staff gave us incorrect key.we lost all midnights because we had to get help from neighbor to open the gate until 9:30p.m and we had to stay the property after 9:30 p. They changed the key after 2days. They paid back about 20% but unfortunately we lost 2 of 3 days in Milan.
