• Joseph (6/5): Great unit, poorly maintained to - Location, secure and near airport. Pool was clean. Unit 103B was tired. Cabinet doors not attached, vanity surfaces worn, sink fixtures loose. Overall neglect. Clothes washer did not work.

• Karl (10/5): Great apartment for self-catering in Punta Cana. - Great size apartment, comfortable bed, hot shower, came with some utensils for cooking. Washer & Dryer free to use, 2 bathrooms, TV and great balcony. Pool view and pool was very quiet during our stay, we had it to ourselves most days. Towels in the apartment, soap, shampoo & conditioner available for us to use. Located 15 - 20 minute walk from the supermarket, 4 mins in an uber. We had a problem with the hot water going off but after contacting the renter through booking.com they replied quickly and helped us fix it, great service. It's a perfect little apartment that was nice and quiet so we could relax during our stay. Playa blanca beach, which was the best one in our opinion, was a 10 minute uber away from the apartment. Perfect to go there and relax. Only downsides we being in the gated community we had to walk out to get a taxi, as the guards wouldn't let uber drivers in all the time. But it was a 1 minute walk to the gate from the apartment block. The pool was very cold, so we didn't swim for too long, not much to be done about that though.
