• Steffen (8/5): Uns hat es gefallen, gerne wieder - Alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht hatten. Wir waren schon mal dort in dem etwas größeren Appartment daneben und auch dieses Mal hat es uns gut gefallen. Das einzige was uns wirklich richtig gestört hat war dass die Betten nicht bezogen waren und wir es selbst machen mussten… wie kamen müde und spätmit quengelnden Kleinkind an und deshalb war das echt blöd Betten nicht bezogen Parkplatz ist schwer zu finden
• Peter (8/5): Preis/Leistung dieser Unterkunft ist sehr gut - Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig. Obwohl ich die Küche nicht genutzt habe, machte sie einen sehr ordentlichen Eindaruck. Die Dusche war sehr geräumig und vor allem mit Regendusche ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem. Die Lage fussläufig zum Hauptbahnhof ist sehr gut und ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Die Schlauchverbindung zum Duschkopf der Handdusche war nicht ganz in Ordnung.

• Jenny (9/5): Secure, convenient, clean apartment with caveat re. English instructions - The location was an easy walk through the DB west tunnel/main train station then to the city center once we figured out the backstreet shortcut on Widhalmstrabe from an officer at the Infomobil who pointed out the DB sign to right of Wiener Feinbacker store on the corner. We found a variety of good international food restaurants for dinner within 5-7 min. walk - Toshka/Arabian, Schäufelewärtschaft/German, Harput Imbiss/Doner kebab right across street. Also recommend Kohinoor Indisches on Bahnhofstraße, located opposite side of DB station before walking back to apartment from city center. The apartment was clean and spacious with an efficient modern kitchen and washer-dryer combo that worked well for us (Note: Had to use Google Translate for English directions and only one wash pod provided. We used HeySunday detergent sheets from home). Good Nespresso machine but you'll need to buy your own coffee pods at the market across the street. The bedding was comfortable although only one comforter with duvet cover was on the bed, and I had to find another one in the closet with the extra bedding and cover it myself. Security: Two separate door codes, one for outside door and one for apartment. We had to call to get the apartment door open because it required a certain "pull and push" as you entered the code. A host patiently led us through the process but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we could use WhatsApp for asap contact. Hosts: I am a Genius Level 3 Plus who always contact/message my lodging at least a month to 2 weeks in advance to insure my booking is secured and to ask any last minute questions especially for private apartments. I did not get a reply from this listing for 5 days so I sent a message to see if they got my first message. One of the hosts gave a rather 'gruff' response saying I was being "heated" and already got a confirmed booking. He obviously didn't read my whole message completely. I asked if the best way to get from the train station to the apartment was using a tram#__ then walking and said we were 77 and 79 years old with two pieces of rolling luggage and backpacks. Host just said walk 10 minutes or take taxi...provided no details! Basically told me to figure it out myself, and not his job to help with directions. Ouch! First time experiencing this from any lodging in 15 years using Booking.com!! English instructions: No English instructions printed for people who can't/don't read German. Most private lodgings I have booked provide a nice well-organized 3-ring folder with complete printed instructions for using and caring for the apartment: kitchen major & small appliances, washer/dryer, TV/remote control(one control had only Chinese characters),taking care of trash and recyclables, etc. Hopefully, this listing will consider working on doing this soon.
• Claire (6/5): Just get a hotel - Location is fine. Comfortable enough. €45 cleaning free for a one night stay and yet still there were huge signs everywhere to take out our bins. Notes in the kitchen to clean and put away all of our dishes. Even a note in the bathroom on how to keep it clean. Made us feel like unwelcome, non paying guests. You either charge a rip off price for cleaning or you ask us to do it - you don't get to do both. The code entry eventually worked but took 7 attempts (these things suck). Pretty sure I'm done with unserviced apartments after this one.

• Marcus (3/5): I just didnt like this place - Nothing really. The fact we came far distance and there was no flexibility in checking early even if I arrived 30 minutes earlier. So travelers must wait outside even in cold. The house rules are ridiculous, that they have a cleaning person but expect guess to do the cleaning for them. Es roch im gesamten Apartment sehr unangenehm, vermutlich von den Abwässern im Badezimmer. Ich konnte nicht in dem Bett schlafen, da die Matratze sehr alt und unbequem war. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Ich möchte Ihnen mitteilen, dass ich sieben Nächte dort verbracht habe und eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung gemacht habe.
