• Daniel (8/5): A family apartment that is clean and spacious. - The host was very friendly and provided us with a lot of helpful information before our stay. The apartment is old but well loved, and the host explains some of the quirks through videos (although they are in Spanish). We found the location very good, and the apartment was quiet at night. Overall we had a pleasant stay. When we came to Zaragoza it was very windy and we had an issue with the draft when we opened the balcony door; basically another door slammed so hard that it damaged the door frame. But the host was very understanding as we explained the issue to him.

• ARZU (10/5): A warm, beautifully designed home where we truly felt at home in Zaragoza. - I have stayed in many different places in Zaragoza through Booking over the years, but this was truly one of the rare homes where I genuinely felt at home. First of all, the layout of the apartment is excellent. The master bedroom is in a separate section and has its own private bathroom, which provides great comfort and privacy. The two bedrooms at the back are also wonderful. Each room has its own desk, which is very convenient, and both of these rooms also have their own bathrooms, which I really appreciated. The living room is very pleasant and the overall atmosphere of the house is warm and welcoming. The wooden wall panels give the space a beautiful sense of warmth. The mirrors used to make the space feel larger were, in my opinion, a brilliant touch. The decoration, lighting, and general ambiance of the home are all very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is compact but very well organized. It includes almost everything you might need in a family home kitchen, which makes the stay very comfortable. The location is also quite convenient. Having a greengrocer and a market right under the building is a big advantage. Access to the elevator is easy and practical. The balconies are also a lovely feature, and the apartment being open at the front makes it feel bright and airy. The only small note I would mention is that the main tram line is about a 15-minute walk away. Since I enjoy walking, this was not an issue for me at all, but it might be useful information for some guests. Overall, this is a warm, comfortable, and very well-designed home. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Zaragoza. Highly recommended!

• Javier (9/5): Exelente estancia a un paso del centro. - La amplitud del apartamento, La disponibilidad de una cocina completa. El entorno de la zona para comprar y para salir a pasear. Es un poco, bastante, complicado aparcar cerca sin infringir ninguna regulación de apartamento.
• Jose Luis (8/5): - Estaba muy bien ubicado Veníamos del sur y los edredones para cinco camas que necesitábamos estaban muy justos y algo finos. Se lo dijimos a los gestores del piso y nos dijeron que tomarían nota para la próxima. Pasamos algo de frío algunos la primera noche porque aunque no era una temperatura imposible si era baja para dormir en sabana a finales de noviembre en Zaragoza y por la noche calefacción central no tenía. Si es cierto que pusimos una eléctrica para suplir el edredón y medio nos apañamos. También decir que esto no paso en todas las camas. Pero si se ocupa con el tope de plazas que ofrece necesita algo mas de ropa de cama.

Muy buena ubicación para lo que nosotros lo necesitábamos, a parte de estar a un paseíto de 15 minutos del centro histórico; sin tener que mover el coche para nada. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión.

• Francisco José (8/5): - Lo amplio que era y el espacio que tenía. Estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado. Estaba muy cerca del centro. Los colchones de las camas individuales estaban muy hundidos.
• adela (10/5): ESTAR TAN BIEN COMO EN CASA - Todo. Es como estar en casa. Piso muy grande y cómodo. En un barrio muy tranquilo, a 15 minutos andando de la Plaza del Pilar, con parada de bus en la puerta, un Alcampo en el siguiente número de la calle, sitios para comer al lado y bien comunicado por si quieres salir por carretera. La casa es excelente, con todas las comodidades, un lugar excelente para familias o bien, como es mi caso, para viajar sola y disfrutar de una ciudad tan maravillosa como es Zaragoza. Es la segunda vez que disfruto del piso, también estuve en agosto del año pasado y pienso repetir cada vez que me escape a Zaragoza. GRACIAS !!! ME FUSTA TODO
• Sandra (10/5): Todo cómodo y muy atentos. - Nos ha gustado mucho el piso. Muy grande y amplio. Tenía de todo. Viajamos con un bebé de año y medio, y pudimos tener allí mismo cuna y trona. La ubicación es estupenda. Viajamos en tren y autobús, y desde la misma estación a casi la puerta del edificio pudimos ir en autobús urbano sin ningún problema. Para ir hacia el casco urbano es un paseito muy cómodo, y hay servicios como supermercados y farmacia muy cerca del piso. Las llaves estaban en un cajetín en la puerta con código, y fue rápido y cómodo. Nos ha gustado mucho y tenemos intención de repetir la escapada el año que viene.

No issues with the Baths. And thank you again for the Welcome note and Wine bottle 😉 Just that is a little dated, but nothing that will stop you from enjoy your stay.

Spotlessly clean with everything you could imagine for a long or short stay. About a 25 minute walk to the amazing old town but with a number of friendly local restaurants and bars outside the front door. • Elena (10/5): Exceptional - We just loved the place. You can feel the warmth of home, and I assume a family with children used to live in this apartment, it's very cosy and designed as "home". You can find absolutely everything you need, and the collection of books is marvelous. A lot of books about Zaragosa, with old photos of places, books about nature and art. We regret that we only stayed for 3 nights, and hope to return someday to continue exploring Zaragosa In the early mornings an unpleasant smell appears in the inner court, so better close the windows on this side
