Guest Reviews
- Viviana (10/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable, I hope to come back. - The deco was amazing, large rooms, comfortable beds and a great hot tub. It was well stocked with anything you might need and Kelly was prompt at answering any queries . I would highly recommend a stay here. There was nothing to not like
- Sarah (8/5): We had a lovely couple of days at this property getting to know Victor Harbour. It was clean, very comfortable beds and - It was very comfortable, homely and clean. In a lovely situation. Nothing! It was perfect thank you.
- Christopher (9/5): Great for exploring Victor Harbour. Quite location. - Enjoyed our stay very much. Off road Car parking. Could walk into Victor Harbour and granite island. Secluded garden and enjoyed the hot tub! Nothing we didn’t like.
- Kris (8/5): Nice and relaxing - The place was great, very nicely laid out etc. I think the lounge would be great if it was a L Shaped one so u could relax more. Especially next to your partner.
- JUNWEN (9/5): - 沟通顺畅且友善。房间布置很别致且用心,厨房用品极其完备 不是大问题。1客厅的主灯似乎坏了
2只有一间洗手间对于人数较多的家庭会有些影响
- Nicola (9/5): - Stayed over for the Victor Harbour Marathon, perfect distance from restaurants and cafes, beautiful home to relax in after exploring the town. The outdoor tub was excellent!
- Cutting (10/5): Pleasant surprise - From opening the door to the back garden was just lovely. Room for the Grandies to run around. Everything was clean and relaxing. 3pm arrival doesnt give much time to fully take it all in but so tempted to stay another night. Beds super comfy. Didnt see the pedestal fan until the morning. Gorgeous place. Memories came back of Grandparents House eg the doors, high ceilings. Communication was so welcoming and kept updated. Great job of refurbishing. Lounge had plenty of seating not skimpy but we loved the nook area and sat for 3 hrs. I booked through Booking.com and it was hassle free. Lucky to get a Saturday night stay. Will return oneday The stairs were very steep for arthritic knees and tricky to come down. Daughter had to lug all the luggage up but there was a warning about them. Wasnt keen on the used fridge items but appreciate trying to help with extras for the stay

- shaun (10/5): Beautiful property very comfortable - Lovely property and had everything to hand. Only negative is we cooked steaks and the knives were not the best. would prefer steak knives.
- Nicole (10/5): Best stay in Adelaide to date ! - Everything !!! It's gorgeous and so clean. All the basics that you need are there too which was a treat. Nothing ! Loved it all.
- Tony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaeger (7/5): Lovely house, just my experience wasn’t the most comfortable. - It’s beautiful furniture and layout. The bed was very comfortable. The key code entrance great idea. No air conditioning in bedroom or lounge. The wall hung in the kitchen doesn’t reach the rest of the house and it was noisy with the drain pump always turning on and off..
The extraction fan doesn’t work in bathroom and window locked.
3pm check in is to late to be honest and a 10am check out is to early I felt rushed in leaving and waiting some what to check in.
I get you have rules but I felt like I was being told like a child what I can and can’t do.
- Rachel (9/5): Superb - Superb location, beautiful interior. There was a potent smell when we arrived at the premises. I looked in the microwave to find a plate of grossly expired green vegetables. The smell quickly vanished once we discarded the food but certainly impacted our initial entry
- Kaylashandra (10/5): A Night at Mrs Percivals - We loved the home entirely, the garden is well maintained and gorgeous. The home is really taken care of and the attention to details all the way through the home make you feel like you are in a home away from home.
It is very clean and the follow up with the host Kelly was very kind, informative and quick eith responses to make our stay comfortable.
The pictures dont do it justice. It isnt far from anywhere. We were able to go to the beaches, drive to port elliot and the views from the bluff were amazing. The street is lovely and quiet and felt completely private as soon as you entered the house. not applicable
- Damon (10/5): Quiet peaceful part of town and yet so close to everything! - Great facility, beautiful decor, wonderful outdoor bath, gorgeous garden setting and very peaceful and relaxing. Nothing bad can be said.
- Matthias (10/5): A beautifully designed and spotless clean unit to feel home. - The property was very well presented and spotless clean. The host designed and presented the interior beautifully. It was stylish, homely, and well equipped with respect to the kitchen.
