• Beka (5/5): I expected more from this apartment - Calm neighborhood, easy check in. Bathroom! If you want a comfortable stay, you should skip this apartment. The bathroom is totally a mess, water doesn’t drain, old facilities, no ventilation 🤢
• Martyna (9/5): - Great location, feels very local but at the same time there's no trouble at all with getting to the very touristic centre of Athens with public transport nearby. Comfy bed, clean apartment, all the necessary utensils and additional treats such as tea, coffee, jam and bread in the kitchen. Spacious. Great value for this price. Close by some cute cafés and local, authentic restaurants. Highly recommend.
• Ivana (9/5): Comfortable stay and great host communication - - It was clean - It really has everything you need to feel like home (coffee, tea, little jams and bread, cookies, salt&pepper, toothbrushes, cotton sticks, razors…) - The GA agency that rents this apartment was the best experience we had so far, Leonidas was always available for anything we needed. We had some issue with the bathroom and she scheduled a time for someone to come and help us, they also sent us a bottle of wine as an apology - The sofa bed is comfy for sleeping - The apartment is well located, it is a quite local neighborhood with no tourists, and the building felt safe - The public parking is free, there is no zone, but it might be challenging to find one - The bathroom was the only thing we didn’t like. Everything there should be renovated, it is really old and not so comfortable to use. It was also dark and felt like basement even though the apartment is on the 2nd floor. There was no mold and sewage smell though.

• Παρασκευή (8/5): - Οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονταν στο διαμέρισμα. Οι χώροι ήταν άνετοι και το διαμέρισμα πολύ ευρύχωρο. Όλες οι παροχές που περιγράφονται υπήρχαν στο κατάλυμα και η πρόσβαση σε αυτό ήταν εύκολη. Καλό θα ήταν να γίνει μια ανακαίνιση στο μπάνιο και να τοποθετηθεί διαφορετικό στρώμα στο κρεβάτι.

• Ελένη (9/5): Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα, σας ευχαριστούμε! - Η κοντινή απόσταση από σημεία ενδιαφέροντος και οι μικρές λεπτομέρειες φροντίδας (είδη πρωινού, προσωπικής υγιεινής στο μπάνιο, φαρμακείου), η συχνή ηλεκτρονική επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη για ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν . Ίσως το μπάνιο να χρειάζονταν ανακαίνιση.
• Niki (9/5): - Το σπιτι ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πολύ καθαρό και εχει οτι χρειάζεσαι! Ήσυχη γειτονιά. Σίγουρα οταν ξαναερθουμε θα το προτιμήσουμε! Αν έχετε μεγάλο αμαξι οπως εμείς ειναι λίγο δύσκολο το πάρκινγκ αλλα βολεύεται με λίγο ψάξιμο!

• Marina (6/5): - Angenehme Größe des Apartments; Schafzimmer und Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer waren etwas wackelig (Tisch und Stühle). Das Badezimmer ist veraltet, Die Badewanne wirkt optisch unhygienisch. Parken ist in dieser Gegend fast unmöglich.
• Boglárka (10/5): Perfect apartment for a family or couple, even for a longer holiday - You can find everything what you possibly need for a holiday. There is a living room and seperate bedroom. Nicely equipped kithen. The apartment is a bit out of the tourist zone, therefore the buses to get to the city centre is not too often, public transport espcially on the weekend is a slow.

• Roi (6/5): Decent but I wouldn't recommend - In general, this is an old house with a fresh decoration and a decent bathroom. The location is very central and the host was very polite. I really liked the 15' boiler and the fact that we had the option of disposable toothbrushes and toiletries. If you're visiting in the winter like we did, prepare for it to be cold (there's no central heating but there is AC which I dont like). There's no double glazing so the noise from outside and the cold are noticeable. Also the duvet was very thin and we used 2 (a big and a small one). The shutters are wooden and almost broken - difficult to roll them up. Also, there was some kind of construction work going on so we were woken up by people drilling on the floor above us 2 days in a row. The bathroom floor needs replacing and the flush was leaking. Finally, I wasn't impressed by the cleanliness - we found a mouldy teabag in the cupboard and facial hair on the bathroom sink but overall it seemed clean. I don't think that paying for €48/day is worth it just because the rest of the airbnbs charge as much in the area.

The shower was a bit small and not easy to maneuver around. In addition, it would have been nice to have a small microwave to heat up food.
