- Christina (8/5): I enjoyed my stay near the Vaticano, in this comfortable apartment. It was a restful retreat during the busy and hot sum - I loved the bed, it was very comfortable. The rooftop was wonderful. The decor was beautiful and well planned. Furnishings were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom needs to be deep cleaned to remove the mold in the shower, scrub the grout in the floors, and seal the tile to prevent dirt and mold again from occurring. Also, the kitchen did not have dish soap, a sponge, paper towels, olive oil, pepper, sugar, or any other basic condiments for food preparation. I had to buy these items for my short stay, as well as plastic wrap to cover food. It would be more convenient for guests to have these items available.
- Bridget (9/5): Superb - Great location. Refreshing rooftop terrace. Couch was comfortable to sleep on. Not llike rollout beds. Agent couldn't notify she was running late due to her first guests she had to meet. So we waited almost 2 hours. Luckily, a great restaurant was right in front of the door. I don't know how to suggest correction other than to email if the phone isn't able. I kept checking both and called. Due to 3rd party messages weren't being a answered or returned.
- Mary (10/5): Clean, comfy, roomy, and fun apartment in great location. - The location was great for visiting and sightseeing around Vatican City. Close to Borgo Pio which was a fun street for food and shopping. The rooftop patio was amazing - just wish we had better weather to take advantage of using it more. Clean modern bathroom best of our whole trip. Kitchen small but very adequate for our needs. My husband said the coffee pods/machine were the best he has had. Getting the keys was a bit challenging as we had to arrange time to meet when it was hard to predict our exact arrival - but the host was very good about promptly responding to messages and we did get it figured out. Also using the washer/dryer machine was a challenge since it was unfamiliar type of machine.
