O aquecimento por split era insuficiente e o quarto ficava frio. Na ducha, a água não escoava bem e as bordas do piso da ducha estavam com sujeira acumulada.

- Juan Ignacio (10/5): Sitio para repetir. - El apartamento es increíble y precioso, muy limpio y un detalle los bombones. Cuando llegamos la cama del sofá estaba montada, lo que nos vino genial. Y con un sobre colchón que la hacía súper cómoda. El wifi no iba bien del todo, es una tontería pero queríamos ver una peli en familia y se cortaba continuamente.
- Noe192 (9/5): Buena estancia - Muy buena ubicación para ir a IFEMA. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, está muy bien equipado y las camas y el sofá cama son muy cómodos. Que no hubiese cortinas opacas en el salón porque aunque sea un sótano, entra mucha luz.
- Aleksei (9/5): Цена-качество - Хорошее месторасположение-быстро добирались до центра города и Бернабеу, несмотря на то что визуально находится далеко. Чисто в квартире, достаточно современный ремонт, холодильник немножко шумел( но на фоне всего остального позитивного-это мелочи)
- Conchi (8/5): Buena opcion. - Bien cuidado y limpio. Buscábamos un alojamiento en esa esa zona y es buena opción. Se puede acceder al centro en metro con parada a unos 10/15 min. Hay que tener claro que es un bajo de una casa y por tanto el acceso son unas escaleras y solo hay ventanas en el salón. Pero aún así se está bien.

Host was responsive to queries as well. :) Wifi wasn’t the best especially if there’s more than 2 people and no mobile signal inside the apartment. But other than that everything was good!

- Oana (9/5): a nice stay, comfortable. - the location - very Close to Ifema Expozițional center (14 min walking), all the facilities that We didn’t use, a friendly place. there was a late checkin And check out posibile which was great for us the horrible smell in the bathroom, the fact that it is below the street level And that the bedroom doesn’t have Windows (it is like living in the closet), the fact that if someone rings the owner’s Bell it rings everywhere.
