The complementary extras are appreciated including the wine, chocolate, condiments & pods for the coffee machine. If the weather had been fine I would have enjoyed pottering around the garden.

• Cathy (7/5): - Nice living area, beds were comfortable, nice BBQ area . Walking distance to main area. Had issues with dryer had to empty water and clean filter. Maybe cleaner should check. Took me a while to find water container as don't use a dryer at home. The TV was a challenge also just to watch normal TV stations. Disapointed the garage was locked had to leave car in driveway. Location was good but definitely not on the beach.
• Matt J (9/5): Very comfortable modern home centrally located - Very comfortable, roomy modern home, generously and thoughtfully stocked by hosts. Host contact very helpful when help was needed. House instructions were sent at time of booking rather than just before stay, so look out for that. They seemed to lack detail eg wifi so not sure what happened there.
• Anthea (9/5): Awesome. Would stay there again. - The venue was amazing and very well situated. There were a couple of issues with the dryer and the sink tap was wobbly.

Great little bonus was the chocolate, wine, pancake mix and popcorn. Thank you. The double bed in spare room was a little uncomfortable.

Very good value for money compared to other places. - Had more than enough kitchen supplies, comfortable seating and extra touches (bottle of wine, chocolates, snacks) also, very close to town and restaurants. Back outdoor patio area could have been cleaned up a bit

• Stan (9/5): This would be our first choice for staying in Victor harbor - This was a very well located property that was well set up for visitors. There were some very thoughtful inclusions like a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate. Quality toiletries and towels. Comfortable living spaces and outdoor living areas. Quality comfortable bedding. Would happily return. This is an older property and it showed in a couple of ways. The en-suite bathroom could use a refresh.

Excellent host. Nespresso coffee machine. Bottle of wine for guests. Kitchen facilities. Master bedroom window needing maintenance. Master bedroom gets fairly warm on hot days (could do with a small air con).

The beach w - The property was as it was advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was walking distance from beach and short 3min drive to the shopping mall and the suburb quite. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean and fresh, and the towels was clean and fresh. The provided cutlery was sufficient , just needs a another coffee mug as there was only 5 and we were 6 people. Patio area was perfect and Bbq unite was clean and working perfectly . We felt so at home

Extra little touches like magazines to read, a bottle of wine & milk in the fridge made for a perfect getaway. Nothing.

Sans oublier les petits gestes de l hôte : une bouteille de pétillant, du chocolat, et une préparation à pancake!! Et des fleurs! Ne pas avoir resté plus longtemps !

• Colin (9/5): Comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation right in the centre of Victor Harbor. - Great house in a perfect location, perfectly clean and comfortable. The street is quiet and the garage parking is a bonus. There is plenty of room for a family here. Highly recommended. Would have been good to have had a washing machine but a great laundrette was close by so no big issue.

• Kate (10/5): Exceptional - The host was amazing and responded quickly to any questions. Lots of extra little things were included such as a bottle of wine, chocolate, pantry items, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton buds. The kitchen utensils and crockery were plentiful. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I had the best sleep during my stay and I'm usually a restless sleeper. The house is in close proximity to the town centre and laundromat. I didn't want to leave. The only criticism would be that there's no washing machine, however, I did mention the laundromat is very close by, walking distance. I think a microwave would be useful too. This would not stop me from staying again though.

• Neil (9/5): Had a lovely time in good accommodation in a convenient location. - Facilities were very good, very clean. Location is good for both foot and car access to a range of activities in and around Victor Harbor. Nothing comes to mind as needing improvement.
• Mark (9/5): Spacious comfy house within close walking distance to beach and city centre. - The house was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Only thing house didn’t have was a washing machine. Garden could do with a good weeding, but that me nit picking.

Everything was provided for us and the owner was amazing when we needed assistance. There was not a single thing I didn’t like about the property.

No washing machine, was very disappointing to book a fully contained house without a washing machine. As a family was an extra cost and pain to use laundry mat.

Coffee machine with coffee pods A few utensils were a little dirty, but nothing major, just a quick wash before using. No bathmats, couldn’t seem to find any, but just used a spare towel on the floor instead. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest in the showers, but got used to it after a couple days.

• Christine (9/5): Superb - Beautiful location. Fantastically presented, neat and functional accommodation with plenty of space. Great for families. The best accommodation we've stayed in. A lot of thought has been put into the fitting out of the kitchen with enough cookware and plates etc. A really special touch with the complimentary groceries and fire pit. The host was really responsive when asked questions and checked in to make sure our stay was going OK. Will be recommending to others. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of washing machine. Especially as family accommodation, a washing machine and clothes horse would have been a helpful thing to have.

• Kolynda (10/5): Must Stay - Calm, beautiful aesthetic. So many beautiful goodies left by the owner to enjoy, both edible and playable. Excellent communication. Ample towels and hand towels which was fantastic with a little one. Rooms and linens were gorgeous. The layout of the house was great. Cozy outdoor seating area with access to a fire pit and a bbq. Kitchen was spacious with shelves labelled so you knew what could and couldn't be put in the dishwasher. Kids cutlery, plates, bowls and cups provided which was a very pleasant surprise. Throws and extra blankets provided for warmth. 1 reverse cycle available in the main area and 1 mounted electric warmer available in each bedroom which was much needed for our stay and they were fantastic at keeping the bedrooms warm and comfortable. Slightly dusty on top of the main robe shelves. The lead for the heater in the 'kids' room was short and needed an extension cord, also the room heaters get hot to touch so can only have on when very young kids are not in the room, however the reverse cycle kept the room warm enough as it was the closest room to the family area. But that's nitpicking. They're minor and the astounding accommodations, considerations and goodies supplied well and truly outshine these points. We will DEFINITELY stay again. It was fantastic!
