• Emiliia (1/5): Все дуже дуже погано - Нічого Все, власник не йде на контакт не співпрацює з клієнтами. Прибиральниця вкрала речі, було зафіксовано все на камеру, але ніхто нічого не повернув. На першому поверсі проживають робочі, Словаки чи Роми так і не зрозуміло, агресивно ставляться до Українців. Побили одного з гостей. Власнику все одно навіть трубку не взяли в той момент а після того всьо він сказав я незнаю, що робити та чим вам допомогти. І не кидає пін код на емайл тож дуже погана співпраця. В самих номерах брудно, плісень, страшенно смердить. Не відповідає своїй ціні

• Jan Miklík (1/5): - Asi nic Velmi znečištěné matrace. V kuchyni dva příbory a jeden talířek.... Bez televize. Naprostá špína všude.... Chyběly pouze štěnice......

• Chloe Regitze Merle (1/5): Uacceptabelt - Desværre var der ingen som var acceptabelt og de fortjener ikke engang 1 på karakterskalaen Desværre var lejligheden i en helt uacceptabel stand rent hygiejnisk. Vi fandt skimmelsvamp, klistrede og beskidte gulve, hår i sengen og gamle madrester i køleskabet. Badeværelset var også snavset – generelt var hygiejnen under al kritik. Udlejer reagerede ikke på vores beskeder, og på grund af de uacceptable forhold blev vi nødt til at afbryde opholdet og finde et andet sted at bo. Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale denne bolig til andre rejsende.
• Totka Ilieva (2/5): Ich empfehle nie diese Wohnung! - Die Wohnung war warm und gibt es in der Nähe Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig. Ich habe in erstem Moment gedacht, niemand hat da sauber gemacht. Die Bеtten waren sehr schmutzig mit komischer Bettlaken. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette waren nie sabur gemacht. Ich war erschrockt und enttäuscht.

• Kateryna (1/5): Ужасное место - Ничего Это самые ужасные апартаменты в моей жизни!! Грязь, вонь, пауки, антисанитария полная! Везде плесень, воняет сыростью, все постельное и матрасы обоссаные в пятнах, дали тряпки вместо полотенец, никто перед нами не убрал, в раковине была грязная тарелка, стол в пепле от сигарет, пол грязный, мусор даже не вынесли. Это 1000% не стоит и 20 евро!
• Jennifer (4/5): - Gut hat uns gefallen, das die Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter entfernt war. Direkt am Haus zur Straße hin gibt es einen Mini Markt. Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett vor Ort. Sowie Induktionsherd mit Backofen. Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank. Große Zimmer wenn auch Durchgangszimmer. Leider ist für eine Familie zu kleine Töpfe vorhanden so das einen nichts anderes übrig bleibt, als auswärts zu Essen. Für 5 Tage gab es jeweils nur 1 Handtuch pro Person. Schön wäre auch ein Besen vor Ort. Denn nur mit Handfeger und Kehrblech gestaltet sich die Bodenreinigung während des Aufenthalt als Schwierig. Fazit wenn man günstig übernachten möchte und Sauberkeit und Hygiene nicht das A und O ist, kann man hier schlafen.
• Michaella (5/5): - 3 חדרי שינה מכונת כביסה אין חלונות בחדרים ובמטבח ובשרותים ואמבטיה. רק בחדר אחד. המיזרונים היו לא נוחים. יש רק ארון 1 בכל הבית נתן רק מגבות קטנות. לא נקי בכלל. שאריות מהדיירים הקודמים. ביקשתי מטאטא כל יום במשך 8 ימים לא נתן ממש רחוק מהמרכז (25 דקות באוטו)
• Marie (4/5): - Ideální poloha u Prahy. I když je ubytování u velké silnice, v apartmánu byl klid. Jde o velký byt. Příznivá cena. Špína: V kuchyni bylo špinavé nádobí rozházené po všech kuchyňských skříňkách. V jedné skříňce byla i láhev od piva. Ručníky vypadaly, jako by je někdo použil již před námi. Vrchol byla prostěradla, vypadala, že na nich rozhodně nespíme první - na jednom byl flek (jako od moči), na druhém fleky (snad od hlíny a ne od něčeho jiného), na dalším vlasy. Fuj. Dále v ubytování pro 6 lidí byl stůl a pouze 4 židle, dalo se sedět venku u velkého stolu, ale to pouze v případě příznivého počasí. Nedostatek kuchyňského vybavení - chyběla jakákoli pánev, ostrý nůž, naběračka, pro 6 lidí bylo málo příborů. Chyběl toaletní papír. Ve sprchovém koutě vlasy, chlupy, .... Okna ze dvou pokojů vedla do pokoje třetího, který byl pravděpodobně dostaven dodatečně, jinak si nedovedu tento jev vysvětlit. V dvou pokojích mezi postelemi byly skříňky na uložení věcí, které byly ovšem zamčené. Na dvoře nedopalky z cigaret. Pokud se sem chystáte, vezměte si své ložní prádlo, ručníky, toaletní papír, jar na nádobí a utěrku, čistící prostředky - vše si umyjte a pak budete spokojeni.

• Alex (3/5): Poor - First and most of all. Property didn’t have a/c. It was really hot on the second floor. U would think u could open windows to cool off? But there is no mosquito net, so get ready. Layout is terrible. Two rooms have a window that goes to the third room, idk why. The light in the kitchen was changing from dark to bright every 10 seconds, very disturbing and annoying. I would change it if I were you. No good knife in the kitchen. Bad shits are trash. Light doesn’t work in the bathroom Towels are really small and they smell bad.

• May (4/5): Disappointing experience - It was nice to have free parking on site and it was easy to drive into the city. However, we parked our car there and took a taxi as parking was difficult in the city centre. Checking in was smooth although the owner did not respond to my message via the messaging function from this platform at first, but the owner responded very fast after I texted via Whatsapp. One of the rooms came with a bluetooth speaker together with the ceiling light which was out of our expectation. I don't usually write a review after my booking but this apartment was my worst experience so far. The floor of the corridor was sticky and dirty, those in the rooms were slightly better. The 2 single beds were VERY VERY VERY uncomfortable, they were squeaking the whole night when we slept on them! One of them even has a broken frame (see photo). There was dust/hair on the bed sheets as well. We couldn't fix the shower head in the bathroom to its correct position. There was some odd smell coming from the exhaust in the toilet and bathroom, it was way better when we turned them off. 2 of the towels given were very very small (slightly bigger than a hand towel?) The cups in the kitchen were also sticky and we had to wash them all before using them. There was water left in the electric kettle when we arrived. The instruction for the stove was wrong (see photo)!! Tried so long to figure out that I had to press the other button (below the key button). Soundproof was pretty bad as we could hear people walking upstairs and it was very annoying. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this apartment as I think it wasn't a satisfying experience for any of us.

• Pai (1/5): Not good but not worst. Definitely Bad - Location. Supermarket is attached to the property and a bus stop is almost at the door step. Quick responding. It was the most dirtiest place we ever rented. Broken cots, dirty sheets, smelling washroom, dirty kitchen, dirty utensils, property is filled with Ants. Totally it was a nightmare when we arrived. We complained the owner and he sent someone immediately but still it would be great to be welcomed in a clean property specially when you are with kids. Otherwise too.
• Ahmed (7/5): Not very good option - The flat was good in size The floor was not covered so it was so cold, the blankets were small in size and very tiny plus no any extra to use, sending several messages to the hotel no one answered.
• Radulovic (5/5): Apartment no. 3 - Lot of space, we were able to park the car before checking in and after checking out Right next to highway, noisy... We had attic windows (photo below) that didn t have option to block outside daylight !!! I texted the owner and told him that every morning at 8 am daylight is waking us up, he didn t reply...

• Sonia (7/5): Squeaky beds - There were always enough space to park the car. Although we didn't meet the host, he was friendly and helpful. After checking in, as we complained about apartment being untidy, he sent a cleaning staff to clean the apartment and chaning the linens. In one roome there are 2 single beds. These beds were too noisy and squeaked A LOT. The people in that room won't get a good sleep. Also upon our request we received bath towels, but then there were no hand towels for each guests.
• Miroslava (9/5): Superb - Good location, 30mins to the center by public transport. The bus stop is right next to the apartment. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean. Parking space. Garden with wooden seating. Drying rack. Quiet location. Good communication. Low price. The whole apartment is clean, but kitchen would need a closer look when tidying. Few ants and unwashed dishes in drawers.
• Cassandra (6/5): Great Location. - Location is great if you have a car and want to spend the day In Prague. It was clean and had most of the items we needed for our stay. Right on the freeway and very noisy. Can hear all the trucks go by and the apartment shakes. Plus when ever anyone walked in the apartment above you could hear it and we didn’t get a good sleep. The sheets seemed to be missing from the beds? Not everyone got a proper sized towel. We only had small hand towels. We brought our own towels so it wasn’t a problem. The cooktop also didn’t work but the microwave and over worked.
