Soares (8/5): Excelente, recomendo o apartamento, ambiente familiar e seguro. - Boas instalacoes do condominio e do apartamento, muito proximo ao Beto Carrero Word. Houve queda de energia durante o uso do chuveiro, religamos o disjuntor e retornou a energia.

Guest (10/5): Apartamento confortável e muito bem localizado - Apartamento confortável, todo equipado e muito bem localizado em Penha, em um condomínio com estrutura, área de lazer, brinquedoteca. Excelente para uma viagem com crianças. Fica muito perto de supermercado e opções de restaurantes. De carro, chegávamos ao parque de diversões em cerca de 5 minutos. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso conosco. Sem queixas.
Fabio (10/5): - Condomínio muito bonito e bem estruturado com piscinas, academia, playgroud, brinquedoteca e quadras poliesportiva. A unidade que fiquei, 506 da torre 5 era bastante espaçosa e finamente decorada, parabéns ao anfitrião.
