• Ilona (9/5): Мила квартирка - Дозволили залишити рюкзаки раніше часу поселення. Принесли на моє прохання праску (нову а до неї ще й прасуванюну дошку). Звертаю увагу, що фото помешкання зроблено на 0,6 а не 1, тому воно на фото здається значно більше ніж в реальності. Насправді розмір стідії 5 кроків в довжину та 4 в ширину)) Мурашки повзали по столам та підлозі, хоч ми і намагались їх позбутись за допомогою відповідного аерозолю. Вікна виходять на підлогу критої міні тераси, де стоять столики для відпочинку тому світло у вікно майже не проникає. Телевізор показував пару каналів на італійській, навіть каналів з музикою не було(

• Knöpfel (8/5): War sehr gut - Sehr süsse Unterkunft, hat alles was man braucht. Nahe an der Metro. Etwas umständlich in das Gebäude hinein zu kommen. Das Wlan funktionierte nicht und nach Nachfrage, kam keine Antwort des Personals.

• Yuliia (8/5): - Great location and host, enough space for two. The light in the kitchen is too dim (there is only one that comes from the bathroom), impossible to cook anything. In the morning you can hear people and a busy street.

• Martin (7/5): Good location - Air condition. Good location near metro and Navigli canal. Room in - 1 floor. Small windows. You can hear a lot of noise from hallway.
• David (3/5): I hate giving bad reviews... - Close to a Metro station, only 20 minutes to the Duomo, or a 30-minute walk. Right next to a large market, and there was gated security. I hate giving bad reviews, but there were a few things here that were very disappointing. 1. The room smells. It took us a day to work out the smell, but it seemed to be sewage. Either that or some blocked drainage. 2. It was dirty. Shoe marks on the walls, the wall was going brown in the corner, and the bathroom sink had yellowing marks. 3. The shower did not drain quickly enough, which resulted in the water backing up while you were showering. 4. The wall seemed to be crumbling by the window, so they had covered it up with tin foil... 5. Other than the WhatsApp contact (which was appreciated), there were no instructions in the apartment for the different switches and devices. 6. The apartment feels rushed. Switches placed in odd places (inside the bedside table), the kitchen light didn't work, no bathroom extractor fan, no towel, toilet roll, or shampoo holders in the bathroom. 7. The thing that prompted this review (bar the horrible smell)... we found a dead cockroach in the main bedroom. It was stuck to the floor, which indicates it has been dead for a few days. Which means the room has not been cleaned properly. I feel uncomfortable leaving reviews like this, but this just isn't acceptable for £100 per night.
• Peter (8/5): Quality apartment. - We found everything that we needed. Quality bathroom and kitchen although we didn’t use it. The walls are a bit thin, you can hear when somebody is before the door and even some noise from the other room, not terrible so not that big of a promlem.

• Layla (6/5): Really nice room but floors were dirty, no sheets on bed, shower did not drain. - I loved that there was a washer and dryer and that everything was updated. The place looked nice and clean from first glance, but I quickly realized the floors were dirty, which I did not appreciate. The first thing I wanted to do was shower, but the shower did not drain and filled up with water immediately, making showering impossible. Lastly, there were no sheets on the bed. I’m not quite sure why.
• Malik (1/5): The worse mattress and very poor facilities overall - The location is the only advantage of this place. The mattress was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. The coffee machine didn't work and flooded, there was no iron available. There's no hooks or shelves in the bathroom- you can't even put a shampoo on anything. We had incredibly noisy neighbours. It's too basic and not worth a price we paid.

• Zoe (5/5): Not the best, not the worst - The location was right next to the metro and close to Navigli canals. We did not use the kitchen to cook but it looked like there were good facilities. The decor was nice and the bathroom / flat was clean. The flat was also lovely and warm. Unfortunately, we seemed to have book for a time that building works were going on in room next to us in the building, therefore when we arrived on the Friday and then at 8.30 in the morning on the Monday drilling / hammering started. Luckily we were heading home but it wasn't the relaxing start to the morning that I was looking for on holiday as we were woken up rather abruptly. The bed was essentially a sofa bed pulled out so it wasn't the most comfortable. There was only a thin duvet sheet and one really thin pillow each, we did ask if they could supply an additional pillow but unfortunately they didn't have any available so we had to make our own makeshift solution with towels to go underneath the pillow to be able to sleep. The shower was disappointing, the drain is blocked by a plastic cover that you can lift off right in the middle of the shower and you can't leave the cover on otherwise you end up standing in a puddle. The water also went cold quite quickly so two people having a shower one after the other, the second shower would go cold to the point you couldn't stand in it. There were also a couple of little things that needed to be fixed (clock not working, couple of lights needed changing).
• Jere (3/5): Poor - The location was good and convenient. The apartment itself was clean and comfy, and WiFi worked well 👍🏼 Also, the instructions for check-in were clear and understandable. The patio/terrace mentioned was not individual for each apartment but a shared one.

• Inderjeet (7/5): Overall positive but wish I’d known about the construction and that the windows were bigger and gave me natural light . - It was clean. It’s lower ground floor and said it had large windows, it doesn’t. And the windows that are there you’d prefer to kept the curtains drawn due to passers by being able to look in. Also currently there is massive construction going on next to it, so don’t expect easy going mornings. Also the location can be a bit tricky to figure out on first instance but once you’re familiar then it’s all good.

• Rachel (10/5): Great first stay in Milan - Great sized modern room with everything you need for a stay. Included towels, kitchen amenities, coffee machine, air con, washing machine etc. Short walk to Navigli which was fantastic. Nothing! Opening the front gate was not easy but everything else was great.
• Heather (8/5): It was perfect for what we needed for a one night stay in navigli. - We loved the location and cleanliness. There was items that we needed like wine glasses, cork screw, and iron. We liked that the location was tucked away and felt private. It was nice that the location was near the underground trams as well. Also, the AC was nice because it was humid out that night. The lighting was poor and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The iron was hard to plug-in and didn’t work very well.
• Mostafa (10/5): Perfect apartment for a couple, very clean and absolutely worth the price! - The location was perfect, Less than 20 minutes by walk, and you will find yourself in front of the Duomo di Milano. Very nice restaurants nearby, perfect for Aperitivo. The Apartment was very clean, exactly similar to the photos. Toiletries as well as cooking utensils were available. You can cook whatever you want with the fully equipped kitchen! Some people were saying in the reviews that the apartment is in the basement, which is not true. It is a not the ground floor, but it is not underground either! The air conditioning was functioning very well. No disturbing noises during the night! The cushions on the bed could be better and also could be more! No other complaints!
• Aigerim (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was clean and renovated. Full of facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen with good cooking options. It’s not in the center but within walking distance. A good deal for its price. The only problem was the lack of soundproofing. The window in the room overlooks a patio. Perfect heating and air conditioning from Daikin.
• Valeria (7/5): Overall, I liked the apartment and its location. If the owners address these issues, I would stay there again on my next - I stayed in Suite Darsena. The apartment is clean and located in a prime area, just a short walk from numerous restaurants and shops. It's the perfect spot for enjoying the city's vibrant atmosphere and convenience. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable, and the pillows are so old they need to be replaced. One day it was cold and raining outside, but the apartment didn’t have any extra blankets. The original blanket was too thin (a summer blanket), so I had to use a big towel to stay warm. Additionally, the bathroom drain needs to be cleaned, as water was pooling in the shower.

Great location with a convenient access to t - The apartments are really nice and there’s everything you need for comfortable stay for a few days. The staff is super communicative, kind and supportive. One of our guests was ill so they helped us to check-in earlier, moreover, we asked for a kettle and new coffee, they brought us everything new straight from the shop. The staff really take care of everything so we want to thank them as it is rare. Honestly, bed was not comfortable at all. And there were hair and dust in the shower so the overall cleanliness is 5/10.

All electrical appliances were working perfectly Not enough towels, the staff never answer the telephone. No contingency service was available. The sink was not flushing properly. • Frincu (10/5): Exceptional - We got the Pavese apartment and everything was perfect. The check in was really easy to do by following the instructions. The bed, although a couch bed, was surprisingly comfortable. Best sleep I got in a while. The design of the apartment was very modern and everything seemed to be new. We did not use the kitchen much (only the microwave and coffee maker) but it was indeed well equipped. AC worked perfectly and we had a very good metro connection plus a Carrefour express right around the corner. Some kind of mosquitoes protection for the windows would be very helpful for the summer season.

• Francesca (5/5): Very close to the Navigli. Perfect from short weekend - Very close to the Navigli (5 min on feet). We found parking very close to the appartament. Area was very quiet. Although the appartament was very nice, modern and clean, it was builded from a basement so there was no sunny light and the window looked at the entrance, from below, so we had to keep the curtains closed all time. But for one night and if you want to visit the city is perfect.
