Jessica (5/5): Disappointed by the team but was a nice place to stay after it was cleaned and in a decent area - Good location We arrived at check in time and the property hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, there was a terrible smell of cigarettes. We were told we would get a refund for our first night stay, I have been trying to get in contact for weeks now about getting the refund and they are acting like they don’t know about it. I have it in clear writing in a message and we still haven’t received the refund after them saying they will check with the accounting team. Very disappointed by this but it was a nice place to stay. Photos attached are from when we checked in.

Annie (1/5): DISGUSTING - THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THE APARTMENT WAS FILTHY. WHEN WE ARRIVED ON THE 1ST WE FOUND DIRTY FLOORS, TABLES, BEDS, SERVICES AND FRIDGES. WE ASKED FOR RECLEAN AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ONE. 3 DAYS INTO THE TRIP - NO CLEANER HAD BEEN. THERE WAS LOTS OF MENS AND WOMENS HAIRS EVERYWHERE, RAT AND MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE WINDOW LEDGES. WE CHECKED OUT 2 DAYS EARLY AND REQUESTED A REFUND, WE HAD TO PAY FOR A NEW APARTMENT AND CAB TOGET US THERE. WE LEFT THE DIRTY APARTMENT TIDY. WE TOLD THE HOST ON WHATSAPP AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SPEAK WITH THE OWNERS. AFTER SPEAKING WITH BOOKING.COM THE HOST/OWNER REPLIED ON WHATSAPP SAYING THEY WOULD GIVE US A REFUND IF WE GAVE A GOOD REVIEW. I SAID TO THEM I WOULD NOT GIVE A GOOD OR BAD REVIEW AND WE WOULD JUST WANT THE REFUND - AFTER GOING BACK AND FOURTH I AGREED TO DOING A GOOD REVIEW AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND MY REFUND - WOKE UP THIS MORNING AND THEY HAD DELETED EVERY MESSAGE THEY SENT ON WHATSAPP AND ALSO BLOCKED ME - THEY ARE RUDE DISGUSTING SCAMMING HUMANS. THE APARTMENT IS NOT FOR LIVING CONDIITIONS - HARD BEDS, ITCHY BEDDING, DIRT AND DUST EVERYWHERE, MOUSE AND RAT DROPPINGS ON THE WINDOW LEDGE, USED SOAP LEFT IN SHOWER, STAINS ON SOFA. THICK DUST ON FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE, WOMEN & MEN HAIRS COMING UP FROM THE SINK. APARTMENT OF NIGHTMARES AND HOST/OWNER EVEN WORSE!!! STAY CLEAR! LUCKILY I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO EDIT THE FAKE GOOD REVIEW THEY MADE ME DO FOR MY REFUND I NEVER RECIEVED

Nigel (5/5): Clean and modern but noisy - Clean and modern, recently renovated. Obv v central but the noise comes with that. Summer months will be difficult The bar opposite is very noisy. Closes at midnight and not open sunday or monday. No aircon in the bedroom so you need to open the window. No extra pillows and limited utensils in the kitchen.
