• Michael (3/5): Cold, damp and unable to shower - 1. Stunning location with great views of the lake and only a five minute walk to the lovely beach. 2. Kitchen well equipped 3. Car park The downstairs toilet is about 5ft high, so as a six foot two man, I couldn’t use it. Likewise, the bathroom (whilst being spacious) has only got a tiny bath and again, as a 6ft2inch man, it was near impossible for me to shower, as I couldn’t stand up in the bath. The shower also had no pressure and getting hot water from it was very difficult. This was identified on the first day of arrival, and Ideal Property Mallorca and Booking.Com were not prepared to let us change our accommodation, which meant throughout the stay, I had to use spa facilities at a local hotel. If you are over 6ft, I’d suggest seeking alternative accommodation for your stay. The barbecue had no gas. There were two empty gas bottles in the outside cupboard, but we had to find a local garage and change the bottle ourselves, spending £20 extra on something that should be included. The property was FREEZING cold when we arrived, and the beds were all damp. It took us four days of having the heated air conditioners on to get the place dry enough to be comfortable. The customer service was none existent - the property manager just emailed and apologised for our inconvenience whilst also telling us to enjoy our stay. Whilst we enjoyed our holiday on the most part, the fact that I couldn’t have the simplest of pleasures - a daily shower - was a big off-put for this property, which is a shame, given its amazing location.

• Tara (10/5): Perfect stay in good location to facilities - A lovely little apartment near to the beach (5 minutes walk over a crossing) comfortable beds. Nice views from the lounge, sweet garden area and out of the gate from the garden is a waterside walk with views of a mountain. Plenty of places to eat or get a drink nearby, we even saw a bingo game going on in a building nearby! I would go back and stay at this apartment. The shower is not powerful if you like a shower, lucky for me I prefer a bath.
