Комуникацията със собственика беше бърза и коректна. Бихме отседнали отново без колебание. Всичко беше точно

- R (7/5): I’m overall happy with my stay at the apartment, the location is perfect especially if you don’t have a car and I enjoye - The location, the balcony and the room with the double bed. The apartment is a little dark, the bathroom and the kids room.

- Wild Things (8/5): Es ist schön gewesen aber die Unterkunft hat nicht den Bewertungen entsprochen. - Lage für uns sehr gut, Betten Gut, Ausstattung Gut, schöne grosse Zimmer, Klima zwei Stück haben Top funktioniert, zwei Schlüssel sehr praktisch, grosser Kühlschrank. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein mit diesen Bewertungen, diverse Sachen oder Gegenstände lose bzw. Defekt, könnte man reparieren, Küche könnte von alten Lebensmittel bereinigt werden.

Perfect location - near sea, near huge park, near centre city, near 3 great cafes. 5 min by auto to big supermarket. Great for vacation with kids. Kitchen has everything you need, Owner is great in communication, answered all my question I have only few comments - the sofa in big room is not comfy to sleep, I think it is necessary to warn guest that sofa is ulta soft and it can't be unfold (this comment relevant if you are traveling with 5 people). Second comment is not in the owners will, but freaking seagulls are EXTRA LOUD from 4 to 6 in the morning. With closed windows it ok, but it is nit alwats comfy to sleep with AC on.
- Andyha (9/5): Superb - It is a very well located apartment in Varna, with all the facilities needed. Also it is kids friendly, as we travelled with a small baby and everything was fine. Very good communication and Konstantin a very friendly host. We recommend it.

- Shurka (9/5): Superb - I was going to Varna for work. The apartment is in a very central location. It was easy to find the place and i had no issues with collecting the keys. The owner responds immediately and is very friendly and supportive. The apartment is clean and spacious. I had a great stay and would love to return to this place
- Aleksandar (9/5): Superb - The living room and the bedrooms were neat, tidy and spacious. One of the bedrooms has a closet which is very handy. The bathroom is quite small. The streets are a tad loud in the morning if you have the window opened.
