JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets. Dispose of rubbish appropriately. Keep the property clean and tidy. Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Laura (8/5): - El apartamento en general está bien. El tamaño y la ubicación. En General todo. Repetiria El tamaño del baño es muy incómodo en relación al resto. Con la lavadora y el lavabo casi no puedes pasar. El sistema de códigos para entrar y salir fallaba y nos faltaron instrucciones al principio de como manejarlo. La limpieza podría mejorar un poco

Austeja (8/5): Great apartment with the central location! - The apartment location is very central, you can walk to the Duomo in 30 min. or less. The 14 tram also stops just under the window and it's not far to the metro station. The flat was okay, because missing a lot of things like coffee, salt and pepper or just simply more toilet paper. It was cleaned but very dusty, probably because of high ceiling nobody is cleaning the wardrobe, etc. but we value this place because of the central location and very responsive and helpful host! It was difficult to understand in which floor apartment is located and the doors is not marked with the Joivy sign as said by the host. The cutting board was missing and not provided when asked. The second day we noticed the strong cat pee smell, but later it fae away.

Jordana (5/5): Owner not avaable - Very close to metro and tram! Very nice location, city centre but far away from the chaos. Safe building and flat, although you need battery and wifi to enter both building and flat for the first time. It has iron, hair dryer, nespresso coffee machine, microwave. The sofa cama was comfortable and the bed very big and very comfortable. ALTIDO is just not accessible and not available to help. We needed some kitchen towels and we sent them a message by whatsapp asking for it, they saw the message and never replied us. We remembered about it and got ignored once again. The next day we had a bag full of garbage in front of our door. They asked us to dispose it if we could, otherwise they would pass by the next day to take it out. The garbage stay inside the building until we left. We were 3 people for 4 nights and they just provided 2 mini toilet paper rolls. This would be totally ok if the price was lower.
Dimitris (1/5): Bad experience,double booked the apartment - Booked the apartment for seven nights,had to leave earlier and notified the management company.They doubled booked the apartment and tried to make me leave even earlier,a day earlier than i told them,because they had booked the apartment to someone else.After 45 minutes of messages and calls,they admitted their mistake.I had to run back to the apartment because the cleaners were already inside with all our stuff.Horrible experience,ruined the hole day.
