• Wu (10/5): 有他这样的房东，给我睡地板我甚至都乐意 - 见到房东Alejandro时，他以远超乎预期的热情迎接了我。我们开始攀谈以及了解对方，我们初见如故。让我感兴趣的是，关于中国他有十分独特的经历；让他感兴趣的是，他真实地听到了00后中国人的声音与想法。了解他在LGBTQ+社区中，我给他推荐了成都这个城市（他显然很久前去过，但忘了）。偏题了，在从瑞典出发来特内里费前，我做好了4天行程中3天的计划。我给他看了我的计划，并在计划中给我点出了不少可以改进之处，为我的旅程增添了很多我原本会错过的精彩，在此感谢。 在一共5晚的住宿中，在我需要休息时我几乎不会感受到他的存在，他十分体面与保持安静，即使我和他的房间就相隔两门；而在我一觉醒来发现当天计划因为天气等客观原因无法出行而不知所措时，他礼貌的问好与周到的帮助又将我于恍惚中拉出。 即使做了多天的计划，和Alejandro同住的那几天，我也有不少时候直接推翻了当天的原本计划，而通过他给出的点子，得到了更放松愉快且贴近本地人的体验。如果不是他，我可能和其它“stupid tourist”一样跑东跑西却不能慢慢地享受这个小岛。 在离开前的一天，我们共同拍了照，录了视频留念（当然擅长网络的他已经发布在了instagram上），将想到的话都互相讲完。他希望看到更多包括我在内各个年龄段、性别/身份认同、职业的中国人来到他的房子下榻。我本人很少写评价，但这次的经历值得我写出来推荐给更多准备来特内里费的中国朋友。 不满意的是...客用浴室清洁太多了，好玩的地方的推荐太多了，忘年交友情太多了。避免我显得像刷好评的机器人，我必须要说Alejandro，你的房子适合加入一些暖色的灯光，这些灯光不贵也不会更耗能，但一瞬间就能让人们的感受提高很多。 我没有把所有住宿期间的感受写出来，因为文字完全表达不完。在此，向难忘的特内里费记忆，致敬！谢谢Alejandro.

• Sofia (9/5): - La posizione si trova in un'area tranquilla, poco lontano in macchina o autobus da Santa Cruz. Alejandro è un padrone di casa eccezionale, sempre pronto a raccontare qualche curiosità della zona e dare consigli su spiagge, valli e ristoranti meno turistici. Ho apprezzato tantissimo! Tenere bene a mente che l'alloggio prevede solamente l'utilizzo di camera e bagno. Quindi non è consentito l'uso di qualsiasi altro spazio in comune (salotto, cucina) e la stanza non è dotata né di minifrigo né di bollitore.

• Frau Reis (10/5): Hospedagem acolhedora e com ótimo custo-benefício - Esta hospedagem tem uma boa localização, especialmente para quem aluga um carro, pois fica entre a cidade e a Playa de las Teresitas, uma das minhas praias favoritas! Além de ser uma excelente opção de custo-benefício na região, a casa oferece a simpatia do Alejandro como anfitrião. Ele foi sempre simpático, educado e atencioso, e a casa é LGBT friendly, criando um ambiente acolhedor e inclusivo. Alejandro também foi super prestativo, dando muitas dicas importantes sobre locais para visitar, melhores praias, restaurantes, segurança local, e muito mais. Isso foi fundamental para aproveitar ainda melhor a estadia. O quarto era confortável, com bom tamanho para viajantes solo, cama macia, lençóis e toalhas limpos, e o banheiro de uso exclusivo foi um ponto positivo. Mas o ponto alto da hospedagem foi, sem dúvida, a excelente hospitalidade do Alejandro! Isto não foi um problema para mim, mas vale a pena ressaltar que a casa tem uma decoração exótica, com muitas lembranças de viagem. Isso pode ser interessante para quem aprecia decoracao e estilo, mas para quem tem alergias, pode ser um pouco incomodo. Recomendo avisar o Alejandro com antecedência, caso você tenha sensibilidades, para que o Alejandro possa preparar o quarto de forma mais adequada, pois, como já mencionei anteriormente, o Alejandro respeita as diferenças e é flexível para garantir o conforto do hóspede.

Мне очень понравилось в гостях у Алехандро, всё очень чисто, de lujo, очень тихо можно выспаться, много интересных вещей со всего мира, в подъезде живёт тритон Антон, с парковкой на улице перед домом проблем не было, рекомендую. Быстро пролетело время и тритон непонятно куда пропал не очень любит фотографироваться
• Desiree (9/5): Fijne plek om te verblijven. - De kamer is heel fijn en mooi ingericht. Precies zoals op de foto's. Het bed is zeer goed! De lakens perfect wit en glad. Er is met aandacht overal voor gezorgd. Alejandro is een zéér vriendelijke man die je in zijn huis verwelkomt met aandacht en volop tips over de omgeving. Let er op dat je via de woonkamer naar boven loopt waar je kamer is met een eigen badkamer. De slaapkamer van Alejandro is er tegenover. Ik heb me soms afgevraagd of hij er überhaupt was. Hij is zeer stil. Er is geen andere/buiten ruimte om te zitten beschikbaar. Maar dat is ook duidelijk in de beschrijving. ✅️ De omgeving is heel rustig wat fijn is voor de nachtrust. De douche heeft wat weinig waterdruk.
• Olga (10/5): Relajación - La hospitalidad de Alejandro, es un excelente anfitrión te da muy buenas recomendaciones de sitios dónde puedes ir en resumidas palabras es un encanto. La decoración de la casa, la pulcritud de la misma y lo acogedora que es,invita a disfrutar de un buen descanso. Lo recomiendo al 100/100. Con gusto volvería a repetir estancia.

• Roberto Gil Veiga (10/5): INCREIBLE DE PRINCIPIO A FIN - No podría decir que me gustó mas de esta estancia, si lo impecable que estaba toda la casa en general,la buena ubicación , el más que increible trato de alejandro, la tranquilidad de la zona que no se escucha ni los pájaros o las vistas increíbles que hay desde la terraza, no entiendo este precio para todo lo que ofrece,tengo claro que no elegir este sitio sería una pérdida de dinero y de tiempo. • Nour (5/5): Chambre chez habitant efficace, bon rapport qualité prix - Propreté, gentillesse de l’hôte,proximité avec Santa Cruz de Tenerife (mais avec voiture obligatoirement), places de parking toujours disponible proche du logement Ce logement n’est pas un hôtel! Je fus très surprise car ce n’était pas précisé dans la description, c’est une chambre dans le logement d’un couple. Il n’y a pas de verrou dans la chambre ce qui m’a rendu très inconfortable tout le séjour (malgré la grande gentillesse de l’hôte et la sécurité), la chambre est petite, la fenêtre fait face a une colline ce qui fait qu’il n’y a pas d’air et qu’il fait très chaud la nuit (possibilité de louer un ventilo auprès de l’hôte pour un supplément). Ce logement ne peut convenir à tout le monde donc comprenez que c’est une chambre chez l’habitant (qui est flexible sur les horaires de rentrer).

• philippe (7/5): Malgré quelques détails, ce séjour s'est très bien passé. Hôte discret et affable. - L'accueil de l'hôte. La sérénité de l'hébergement. La literie. Ordre, calme et propreté. Le fait de ne pas préciser qu'il s'agit d'un hébergement chez l'habitant et non d'un hôtel ! Manque d'aération de la salle de bain par ailleurs très propre.
• Gabor (10/5): Excellent value for money - Very comfortable, absolutely quiet room with large private bathroom in a nice neighborhood. Easy free parking in front of the building. Alejandro was very helpful, it was easy to communicate with him. Perfect place to explore the beautiful northern part of the island, but the Teide and the southern beaches are not far, either. I would surely come back. Nothing to mention here.

At the main road you can turn right and walk to the ferry harbour passing a lovely bathing area ideal for swimming . If you turn left you can walk to San Andras its a lovely walk pass through and there is a marvellous sandy beach with beach bars along the sand ideal for a relaxing days. Coming home lol
