• Anastasia (8/5): - Lokace kde se ubytování nachází je skvělá, v pěší dostupnosti jsou památky a také stanice metra. Co se vybavení týče tak bylo k dispozici vše co člověk mohl potřebovat. Komunikace s ubytováním byla skvělá, problém co nastal se vyřešil poměrně rychle a pořád nás informovali o průběhu. Ubytování bohužel není tak světlé a sluneční jak na foto, sluníčko se tam do vnitrobloku přes jedno okno moc nepronikne. Kobercový povrch podlahy jde očividně těžce vyčistit a je na něm vidět že už toho zažil dost. Ale i tak jsme s ubytováním byli spokojení.

• Silvana (9/5): un ottimo soggiorno nella via degli artisti - Il loft è in una posizione centralissima, a due passi da Piazza del Popolo (metro Flaminio) e Piazza di Spagna; via Margutta è comunque tranquilla e pittoresca, con gallerie d’arte, negozi di antiquari e belle luminarie natalizie. Il loft è ampio e abbastanza luminoso, con una disposizione degli spazi e arredi piacevoli e funzionali. C’è una bella zona soggiorno con TV, il bagno è spazioso come anche la cabina doccia (cosa non scontata), il letto sul soppalco è affiancato da un armadio molto grande ben fornito di grucce e con le porte a specchio. L’host è attento alle richieste degli ospiti: viaggiavo con mio fratello e quindi abbiamo usato sia il letto matrimoniale sia il divano letto, al nostro arrivo erano entrambi preparati con lenzuola e coperte. Inoltre l’host è arrivato per l’identificazione poco dopo il nostro arrivo, lasciandoci anche la fornitura di cialde del caffè, quindi abbiamo potuto iniziare subito la visita di Roma. Le istruzioni per l’appartamento sono chiare e complete, molto utili i suggerimenti per ristoranti o altri luoghi dove mangiare. Ho lasciato il loft domenica mattina e la porta per accedere ai bidoni della raccolta differenziata era chiusa a chiave (il portiere non era presente), quindi purtroppo ho dovuto buttare i rifiuti nei bidoni per strada senza fare la differenziata. Si tratta dell'unico intoppo in un soggiorno che è stato davvero ottimo.
• Laurel (7/5): Not my best trip to Rome - The place was good/ a little funky. The host was helpful and let my friends check in (I arrived into Rome late in the evening). The apartment would have been fine, had I not broken my leg. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was good. I broke my leg and I wasn't able to use the apartment after that because the bedroom was up a set of stairs, i. e. would not have been a good fit for someone with mobility issues. • Andrii (5/5): - чудове місце розташування, тиха спокійна вуличка біля іспанської площі Не працювало світло на кухні...не працювала розетка до якої підключений обігрівач. на кухні темно та холодно. В квартирі єдине вікно яке виходить у колодезь, темно. Жалюзі на вікні грюкотили вночі. Вихід від ліжка у ванну, в якій холодно небезпечний, можливість звалитися в ночі по ступенях вниз дуже велика, не зважаючи на датчик світла під ногами...матрац дуже м'який...

• De Ibarreta (7/5): Roma, piazza del poppolo - La ubicación es buenísima . Tiene algunas cosas modernas que están muy bien. El edificio está muy bien. La entrada fue sencilla y práctica. El patio que muestran en las fotos es inusable, un asco. Algunas luces no funcionaban y no las cambiaron. El aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar y tuvimos que esperar una tarde a qué vengan a verlo, Pero igual no lo arreglaron del todo. Hay solo una ventana que da a un patio interno del restaurant y hay olor a comida todo el tiempo.

• Koen (8/5): A fine place to discover Rome, good location (nice neighbourhoud, metro nearby, ...). - The location. In February, it can be cold. The heathing didn't work well in the beginning (controlled on distance by the owner), but that was solved after 36 hours.
• Alla (5/5): Passable but only because of the location - The loft is snugly located on the peaceful, artsy Via Margutta, which is a perfect base for exploring Rome and really close to the wonderful Borghese park and the bustling Via del Corso. Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the loft. The photos on the website present a sunlit, contemporary apartment, whereas in reality the loft was somber, cold and really dated. It was not possible to open the blinds on the apartment's only window that faces the inner courtyard. The hot water boiler was turned off when we arrived and it was really cold. Luckily the heating fan worked quite well, although it was rather noisy. The kitchen is small and not very comfortable for cooking. There was no oven and the electric tea kettle didn't function well. It is rather sad that the apartment in such a historic building is not well maintained.

• Cathy (9/5): Perfect for a visit to Rome - Loved the location! Perfect for seeing all things Rome! Beautiful, clean street. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants & tourist attractions. Literally only a few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps & only another 10mins to Trevi Fountain! Very quiet area. Accomodation was perfect! Plenty of space for 2 ppl. Upstairs is the loft with queen bed, extra large wardrobe for clothes & suitcases, as well was the bathroom/toilet. Good hot shower, with no issues. A fully equipped kitchenette with great size fridge & cooking facilities. Small lounge area & small dining area. Small outside area also. Washing machine available also. Entry/check in details were super easy to follow on whatsapp & prompt replies from hosts when needed. Good light block out shutter & zero noise, so great for sleeping to recover from long international flights. The bed was so COMFORTABLE & SOFT!!! We LOVED this accommodation & would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Rome! More bath towels would be good & an ice tray for the freezer.

• Karen (7/5): You should be clear that in this case you are paying for location rather than apartment comfort. - Location of apartment is perfect, it is located 2 min walk from Piazza del Popolo. 3 minutes walk from Flaminio metro station. Beautiful park is located near by. Next street to apartment is Via Del Corso, which is main shopping street of Rome City center. Near apartment entrance is a pretty good restaurant. Approx. 30 minutes walk to Rome main sightseeing's (Roman forum, Capitolium, etc. A lot of nice cafes and restaurants located in 5 minute walk distance. Spanish steps and Fountan De Trevi are located on 10-15 min walk distance. In general all relating to apartment location was perfect. Host was kind and allowed to leave our luggage earlier that check-in time. Apartment by itself was darker than shown on the pictures, with old refurbishment. Small poorly maintained balcony and the only window are looking to backyard where nothing except for garbage bins and couple scooters was located. You can feel the smell from nearby restaurant kitchen in apartment during the day. Stairs to mezzanine floor (where 2nd bed and bathroom with toilet are located) was very creaky, when all are sleeping you can not go to restroom as you will definitely weak everyone up. Wifi quality was good. Hot water tank capacity can hardly be enough for 2 people to take shower, then you should wait a while till it warms up. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

• Ianthe (10/5): Super stay in a clean, safe location - Superbly located and very safe. Everything was clean and functional. We didn’t know it was in a ZTL limited-traffic zone and we couldn’t drop our luggage off by car. We ended up having to take a cab.
