• fahad (9/5): شقة جميلة - الشقة نظيفة جداً … ومتكاملة … وطريقة الدخول موضحة بالتفصيل .. والشقة يبدو انها شخصية ومالكتها تقوم بتاجيرها ولكنها نظيفة جداً .. راسلتني بعد الدخول وتطلب منا عدم استعمال جميع المخدات الموجودة على الأسرة رغم اننا استاجرنا في الاصل غرفتين وجميع المخدات الموجودة على الأسرة ثلاث مخدات وكذلك للأسف طلبت منا اخراج النفايات عند الخروج رغم انه لا توجد الا بعض المناديل في سلة نفايات المطبخ والخروج مبكر جداً الساعة العاشرة

• Danny (9/5): Geweldig! - Dat de fietsen in de garage op de gratis parkeerplaatsen mochten staan.En we zo snel naar het centrum konden. Balkon was klein voor 4 personen.Inhoud keuken lades kastjes, rommelig kan schoner.
• FMG (8/5): Goed - Mooi appartement, ruime kamers. De parkeerplaats is ideaal! Goede instructies dmv filmpjes hoe je binnen komt. Het was erg stoffig en rook een beetje raar, alsof er huisdieren zijn. Mijn man heeft de hele avond geniest.

• Dora (9/5): Superb - Great apartment! Everything was nice and accesible. The host gave the right info to arrive, to use things and so on. Large space, many ustensils in the kitchen, pleasant view from the balcony. Quiet zone, but good restaurant closeby. The second bath is 1/2 , just toilet and sink. A little more atention to dust in bedroom/ bathroom.

Owner very helpful with videos about getting in the garage, where to park and going to the reception area! Short Uber ride to the Christmas Market/downtown. Check in after 1900 was challenging as the clerk at the reception area spoke no English, German or Spanish to communicate with about picking up the key. She simply needed the owners name. Thank goodness for a passerby and google translate. Very dark walk to the reception area, glad I wasn’t alone. No paper towels. Towels were old. Check out at 1000 is unheard of, unrealistic! No paper towels.

• Bernie2019 (8/5): A great stay at a to location for a very reasoable price. We would come again! - It's a beautiful location with a great view towards the Moldova river (or a branch of it). Very serene, quiet, in a top neighborhood, new apartment building. The flat is very spacious, all required amenities available. Two bathrooms, which is great when there are several people. Price was very reasonable and underground parking very close to the elevator was nice too. What we found interesting, we were not required to show any form of ID or fill out any registration form. First time in Prague. There was nothing really, only the information where to go with the key was a bit harder to get from the receptionist, because she didn't speak English. But that was sorted after a couple of minutes and we were good. A small surprise though not too much to ask was, that we had to remove the bed-sheets and garbage when we left, but I guess that's fine for the price.

Provides a parking spot if necessary and gived excellent directions, easy access from apartment. Close to some grocerie shops which is handy if you plan to do some cooking. Excellent communication with the owner. Apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. Great bathroom and also has a second toilet.
• Nicoleta (10/5): Would definitely book again but please don’t ask visitors to remove all bedsheets - New beautiful building, big windows and a lot of light, a lot of space, and clear instructions for how to get in The host asked us to remove all bedsheets and pillowcases and put them in the laundry basket, and also to start the dishwasher.

• Radosław (10/5): Just a perfect place to stay in The Prague - A beautiful apartment with comfortable beds and great parking space, in a very good and quiet location. The grocery store is just across the street, which is a big advantage. The entire apartment was very clean and prepared for our arrival. I would also like to mention that the contact with the host was very pleasant. If I ever come back to Prague (and I definitely will), I know it will be this apartment for sure. Best regards :)
• Rafal_liszka (10/5): A unique apartment in a quiet part of Prague! - The owner is a very nice and warm person, even though we haven't met in person, the telephone contact was flawless. The video tips I got from her helped me to find step by step, the entrance to the underground parking lot, the assigned parking place, the elevator door, and finally the apartment itself - no problems, best explained ever! The underground parking lot is a great convenience in a city like Prague. A very nice surprise was a welcome bottle of wine. This apartment is equipped with I guess absolutely everything you might need during your stay. The layout divides the flat into a living/day area with a nice kitchen and a relaxation/sleeping area with a spacious bathroom. There's a nice cozy balcony with a table and chairs and a view of the river. An additional toilet (separate from the main bathroom) is great when you are traveling with four people 😉 All photos are my own and show the actual high standard of the apartment as of mid-February 2024. The building opens onto a quiet street at the front and directly onto the quay at the back. There is a rather quiet area around, no busy streets or loud city noises. You will hardly meet any neighbors so one can really relax after a day of exploring Prague. In the building next door you will find a restaurant with a local brewery, and variety of grocery stores are a few steps away. Literally 5 minutes walk to the tram/bus stops, there is no need to get around Prague by car, or even I would say is strongly not recommended. Public transport, especially trams, allow you to see the city at your leisure. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in a nice-decorated and well-equipped apartment. 👌
