• Luca (7/5): Con qualche accorgimento in più sulla pulizia, sarebbe davvero una soluzione perfetta - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 4 persone e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. Il posto è tranquillo e ben collegato: proprio vicino si trovano la fermata del tram e un parcheggio a pagamento, molto comodo per chi arriva in auto. L’appartamento è grande e ben illuminato, quindi ideale anche per più persone. Inoltre, con circa 20 minuti di tram si raggiunge facilmente la Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. L’unica nota negativa riguarda la pulizia, che andrebbe migliorata: l’appartamento risultava un po’ sporco, con presenza di polvere e anche un po’ di sporcizia nel cassetto delle posate. La doccia del bagno, inoltre, sarebbe da sostituire perché molto incrostata di calcare.

A mio avviso il bagno a curare un po' di più, la vasca/doccia idromassaggio piena di calcare, su mattonelle e termosifoni molta polvere. Un gradino della scala di legno che porta al soppalco si stacca con il rischio di cadere

• Florencia (10/5): Excelente! - El lugar espacioso y cómodo para compartir con la familia. El anfitrión fue más que amable, nos esperó y dio recomendaciones sobre el lugar. Esta bien conectado con el transporte público que te lleva al centro de la ciudad en pocos minutos. El barrio muy tranquilo y con varias opciones para comer cerca. Encontramos todo super limpio y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía.
• anusia78pl (7/5): - Duży apartament z kuchnią z podstawowym wyposażeniem. Blisko duży supermarket.Cena była dobra. Miejsce wymaga porządnego czyszczenia, bo wszystko strasznie zapuszczone. Jak chcielismy złożyć kanapę w salonie to sie rozmyslilismy bo taka była brudna. W łazience grzyb.Piękny ogród z ogromnym potencjałem, ale okropnie zapuszczony. Spory kawalek do centrum.
• Ourdia (4/5): En résumé, l’isolation du logement est clairement à revoir, ainsi que l’équipement de base - Nous avons loué cet appartement pour trois nuits à Florence et malheureusement notre expérience a été très décevante. La salle de bain est vétuste et surtout pas du tout adaptée aux personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite, ce qui peut poser de réelles difficultés. Concernant la cuisine, la vaisselle est largement insuffisante par rapport au nombre de personnes prévues dans la location : pas assez de couteaux, de fourchettes et même pas de petites cuillères. C’est vraiment le minimum que l’on attend dans un logement loué. L’accueil a été plutôt moyen. L’appartement n’était pas sale, mais certainement pas impeccable non plus. Enfin, le point le plus problématique reste l’isolation. Sur les trois nuits passées, deux ont été moyennes et la dernière a été une véritable horreur. L’appartement étant très mal isolé, nous avons entendu toute la soirée les occupants du dessus : chaises traînées et tombées, rires, musique… La nuit a été très difficile et particulièrement désagréable. .

• Semih (6/5): - Bel emplacement mais très conseillé d’avoir une voiture (pas loin des attractions touristiques), pas cher, la cuisine est équipée, pareil pour tout ce qui va dans la salle de bain (c’est-à-dire gel douche, serviettes etc...). Les chambres sont confortables, il y a la clim donc s’il fait trop chaud vous avez la solution. Les draps des lits étaient propres rien à dire là dessus. La propreté, malheureusement c’était sale. Il y avait des poils d’animaux de partout, la cuisine était très sale, que ça soit le frigo, le matériel de cuisine (assiètes etc... mais aussi la bouilloire, le micro-onde).
• Fco Javier (4/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación El baño le hace falta una GRAN REFORMA , la ducha es un spa antiguo con la alcachofa llena de óxido aparte del lavabo que se mueve mucho y tienes que tener cuidado de no apoyarte ya que te caerías por no contar como huele por falta de la ventilación

• Gerhard (10/5): Florenz ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, beim Wohnen würde ich das nächstemal nicht soviel sparen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, da man in ca., 20min im Stadtzentrum ist und war. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Preis für 5 Personen ist der Hammer. Also da gibt es einige Punkte die zu bemängeln wären. Der Schimmel der im Hängekasten über der Abwasch ist. Der Kühlschrank war im innen Bereich auch schimmelig. Das Bad- das Waschbecken ist nicht richtig befestigt, die Halterung für den Föhn war schmutzig. Die Badewanne mit Duschfunktion, war verschmutzt die Düsen für den Wasserauslass bei der Sitzdusche waren total verdreckt sowie auch die Führung für die Duschtüren. Die Klimaanlage haben wir Gottseidank nicht gebraucht, auch da würde eine Reinigung nicht schaden, den die war auch sehr Verschmutzt. Aufgefallen ist auch der etwas unangenehme Geruch wenn man in die Wohnung gekommen ist. Naja wir haben dann eben das Fenster im hinteren Bereich aufgemacht- wo eine Reinigung auch nicht schaden würde.

Свої кращі часи апартаменти вже прожили). Але за дві ночі ми заплатили 170 євро разом з туристичним збором що досить дешево

• Bruno (7/5): Rather pretty place, although not perfect - It is a pretty apartment belonging to a set of apartments that are facing a private mini garden. The apartment's decoration is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. Although the space is small, it is cleverly organised. The area is rather quiet. Although the apartment is nice, I was surprised to find that the mezzanine belonged to the main bedroom - the photos dp not show that. It should have at least some big curtain to block light from the top to the bottom and vice-versa, with the bonus that would give more privacy and also would block a bit of the sound. It should also have a door or a curtain between the diner room and the hall that leads to the kitchen, bathroom and the main room. The air conditioner was turned on to an unpleasantly low temperature (22ºC) when compared to the outside temperature (max ~25ºC). It was hard to figure out how to turn the temperature up to 23ºC (it was not possible to make it higher than that), to turn the fan to lower speed and to pause it. The floor should have been vacuum cleaned before our arrival. The mini-fridge is rather mini for 4 persons, and when we arrived it's door was slightly opened (!!!) and it had lots of ice in its colder area.
• Lloha (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all! The house was not comfortable at all. It was very humid. There were no blankets, only 2 very old blankets, while there were 3 double beds. The first night I slept only with a sheet, it was very cold, a rainy September day. I would never recommend it!
• Jérôme (7/5): Nice location, good price / quality - The host was really reactive. The bedrooms were pretty spacious and comfortable. The garden is really nice The (small) fridge wasn't working properly. The host replaced it the same day but the kitchen still needs to be renovated. The bathtub is not easy to access for elderlies
• Lea (10/5): Exceptional - The garden is lovely and there's tables to sit and enjoy food etc. The place is really spatious, clean and in general looks pleasing. There was extra blankets to use and the kitchen was fully furnished, as well as the bathroom. It's located in a more quiet part of town, but there is a supermarket only a couple minutes away, which was very nice in the mornings. However, it did mean that you had to walk for a little while to reach all the big sights, but it was nothing that wasn't manageable.

• Oriana (1/5): Not worthy to stay there! - Nothing! They have to change the service & being more collaborated with customers. We were not able to enter the apartment the first night, which we had already paid 1 week before the check-in date. We have followed all the procedures for online check-in, we also received the confirmation that the online check-in was successfully done. We called the owner 1 day prior to arrival expressing our worry for probable late arrival to the apartment and it happened the worse thing, we could not enter in the middle of the night (24:00) being out in the street, together with a minor. The code didn't work. The next day, we tried many times to call the owner, but unfortunately he did not answer. Only in the afternoon they answered by e-mail and sent us the code to enter the house. We are very disappointed with both the owner of the house and booking.com. We also made a claim to booking.com, but no measures were taken yet. From booking, we only requested the refund of the first night, since we managed to get into the house on the second night, but we still haven't received any response. Leaving 3 people outside in the middle of the night, especially with a minor, and when the payment has been made, is very serious and a great irresponsibility. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.

• Laura (7/5): Good - The apartment was big, more than enough for 3 persons. The inside smell, that you can't get fresh air and the AC machine was automatic put on a heigher temperature. It was very hot.
• Paulina (3/5): Not worth the stay. - It’s nice on the inside. Thats it. The AC doesn’t work properly. We stayed during the summer and It was very hot inside. It didn’t let us sleep. It Also smelled very humid and its very old building. The shower isn’t good, the water takes a while to drain out so your feet will be covered in water inside the shower, and It’s not a clean tub either.
