• Fernanda (5/5): Lugar sucio pero bien ubicado - Esta bien ubicado, el precio no es tan elevado como la media en Londres, personal amable. Las paredes son extremadamente delgadas, literalmente me sentía en la misma habitación que la persona del lado, se escuchaba TODO. La limpieza fatal: el piso de la cocina estaba siempre pegajoso, la cocina muy sucia, me dio asco usar hasta los vasos. El baño repleto de pelos a la hora que fueramos.

Metro: stazione a 5 minuti a piedi ed in 20min si raggiunge il centro. Camera: spaziosa e pulita. Bagno in comune: nella media inglese. Materasso e cuscini: da cambiare.

• Tia (4/5): Good location, but in desperate need of clean - The location wasnt too far from the two stations, close to the main lines which allowed easy access to the city, for location the value for money agreeable and it was nice there was a full kitchen and washing machine/dryer if needed. The bathroom felt like it hadnt been cleaned in years the floor was covered in grime and dirt making it feel greasy underfoot, there was mould and algae growing throughout the bathroom leaving a permanent damp smell, and the floor mat was permanently soaked and dirty, in need of a new one. The string switches in the bathroom and toilet were covered in grime and were unappealing to touch. The bedroom sheets were stained. Wouldn't stay here again.

DISGUSTING Service DO NOT BOOK The host is rude , accusing me of lying as I couldn’t get into front door.

A fuera de la habitación había un armario con secadores de pelo, plancha, ventilador, más calefactores. Por último, tenia cocina grande, nevera, para cocinar, todo. Que el baño sea compartido de cara a organización, la gente tarda, no todos lo dejan en condiciones después de usarlo, sobretodo poner una cortina, el suelo todo mojado después de cada ducha. Deberían poner horarios por habitaciones o algo así. Deberían tener adaptadores para los enchufes.

• Timon (2/5): If it was half price it would have been closer to 'worth it', but still.... - Wifi was good, check-in/out was easy and worked fine. Room seemed cleaned. No bugs as far as I could tell. It seemed they really don't put any effort/money into the upkeep of the building: Bathrooms are terrible and in bad state (loose, old, dirty). Door to room was stuck often. Kitchen was minimal (oven buzzing - probably broken). Garbage in the garden. Matras uncomfortable (bit broken in the middle). Neighborhood is quite unclean (most definitely NOT "prime location"). Noisy house - I could hear the other guests in their rooms when they where talking (luckily it wasn't crowded).
• Petr (8/5): - Bylo vidět, že každý den probíhal na ubytování pravidelný úklid, lokalita je ideální, pokud plánujete cestovat metrem, které má stanici cca 5 minut chůze od ubytování. V objektu se nachází plně vybavená kuchyně, kde si můžete vařit. V pokoji bylo příjemné teplo ikdyž bylo venku poměrně chladno. Cena odpovídá kvalitě. odhlučnění pokojů nebylo nedostačující, ale dá se to přehlédnout. Některé části vybavení (hlavně v koupelně by si zasloužily výměnu) parapet u vany na okně a kohoutek umyvadla.
• Anastasiia (10/5): Amazing! - Everything was very good. Check-in was super easy - we received instructions and codes to enter. The room was small but very cozy, and it had everything we needed. We even found cookies waiting for us on the table, which was a very nice touch. We were also pleased to have a large kitchen that had absolutely everything you could think of: coffee, tea, milk, all kinds of spices and sauces. The location is excellent, it’s not far to get to the city center by metro, and the metro station is close by. There were also two supermarkets nearby. Thank you so much! It was a bit noisy because the walls between the rooms are very thin. But it wasn’t a big problem.

• Edith (1/5): - J'ai réservé 3 nuits et je suis partie le lendemain de la première nuit. Ma chambre (certes propre) faisait 5m2, la literie est horrible, et vous dormez avec les voisins. Vous entendez les gens parler, ronfler et bien plus....il y a 0 insonorisation. Le couple a côté de moi a parlé jusqu'à 2h du matin. Une salle de bains pour 8 chambres avec un filet d'eau dans la douche. Je ne pouvais pas rester. Payez ce prix la pour ca est tout simplement une honte. Cet établissement est une ancienne maison de famille avec des chambres fermées a clef. C'est un business de marchand de sommeil. Fuyez.

Wouldn’t be my first choice but would stay again if needed. - Well located for an easy commute into lots of London, a little run down but clean and tidy. Room itself was nice enough and had wardrobe and drawers. As per other reviews, the walls are very thin and you can hear other guests clearly, even with earplugs in. Another shower would be ideal as six rooms sharing one can mean some queuing. It’d also he helpful to have a few more basic items in the kitchen, such as cooking oils, that you wouldn’t buy when staying for a short time.

Letto comodo e asciugamani presenti nella camera. Perfetta se si cerca una camera a basso costo senza rinunciare alla posizione, pulizia e comodità. tutto perfetto
• Justin (5/5): Prima om in te slapen, maar ook niet meer dan dat - Prima locatie, dicht bij alle voorzieningen van Londen en prima bereikbaar via het OV, o.a. de metro. De host was aardig en het bed wat netjes opgemaakt en schoon. De locatie had een hele muffe geur, daarom hebben we een geurkaars gekocht. Verder was het tapijt niet schoon in de kamer en zaten er hele vreemde vlekken in. Ik heb ten alle tijden mijn sokken en schoenen aangehouden. De locatie bevat 6 kamers, maar helaas 1 badkamer. De badkamer is gedeeld, dat wisten we uiteraard, maar het blijkt toch vrij onhandig te zijn als je die deelt met 6 kamers waar sowieso 2 mensen per kamer in kunnen verblijven. De badkamer zelf had toen ik ging douchen problemen met warm water (als er ergens in het huis ook water wordt gebruikt?), er komt namelijk helemaal geen water uit. Maar ja, de prijs was er ook wel naar. De badkamer lekt wel door naar het toilet beneden, dus neem je paraplu mee. Als ik een suggestie zou mogen doen zou ik de badkamer vervangen door 2 losse douches en het toilet apart maken, daar leent de ruimte zich wel voor, dat zou een hoop schelen voor volgende bezoekers. Maar hoe dan ook, de prijs was prima en de locatie ook. Even wat beter schoonmaken en ik kan het aanraden!

• Kori (8/5): Clean and cozy, glad I booked. - Clean room with no bugs, provided fan was a lifesaver in the heat. Spacious and cozy. Bathroom was decently clean for a shared, save one spider in the corner. Bottom floor bathroom was humid but clean as well. Kitchen looked nice and clean but didn't use, so I can't say much else. Instructions and rules were very clear, and other residents were quiet and respectful during quiet hours. Doors are unfortunately a tad loud when closing but that's unavoidable. Not super accessible, even for a cane user, steps are pretty steep and somewhat uneven. 2nd floor bedroom became hot as an oven between 4-8pm and breathability wasn't great even with the provided fan. Single open window didn't help, so be careful in 30+ degree heat.

• Dave (4/5): awful nights sleep - Location was excellent, less then 10 mins from district line I know you get what you pay for but the bed was uncomfey, walls were paper thin, but the worst was how thin the curtains are. Combine them together and when someone moves upstairs / next room along early morning (like 5am) and you're woken up there is zero chance of getting back to sleep with the sun beaming through into the room. I ended up trying to hang my towel over the runner to block out a little bit more light.

• Igors (8/5): Great value for money for a busy trip - The location is excellent for those who need to commute to central london - Central line takes you to Liverpool street in just two stops. You can easily get to Oxford street for shopping or take one stop (or even walk) to Stratford for Westfield shopping mall. The place is also easy to find and easy to navigate to without resorting to navigation apps. The house features a large kitchen with all required amenities, a washing machine, washing powder, shower gel, soap is also available. I didn't use the garden due to bad weather but having that option during summer is a bonus. The single room was decent, while very small, it doesn't cost much so it's great value for money. There are plenty of places to go out and there's a Wetherspoons just around the corner for those who want to have a pint on a budget. I would also like to mention the helpful staff - at 11 PM one of the house residents locked himself out of the room and asked me to call the agency - they were very quick to arrive and resolve the issue Mile End can be a bit dodgy, so if you're not familiar with East London vibe you might get the wrong first impression. The walls are paper thin so you can hear someone plugging a charger in the neighboring room as if it were your own. Doors also need to be pushed in order to lock properly so be prepared to hear the sound of banging doors at any time of the day. When it rains, the raindrops can be heard loud and clear banging against the roof of the porch. The room will also get cold in the evening, however a heater is provided which alleviates the problem

Very dirty, stains on the sheets, dirty bathroom, all very old and abandoned, cabinets in the kitchen fall apart literally, all with a sticky plaque. Can't recommend it at all, unless you need this location. Better to pay few pounds more and get something in Paddington or elsewhere.

This house was clean and quiet all the time with all accessories you can need for living. Next time I'll look for this accommodation again. Could be fine to have some pictures or accessories on the wall. One would feel more cozy in the room.
