• hervé (10/5): Un studio parfait pour découvrir Helsinki! - J'ai adoré l'emplacement dans un quartier très calme et proche à la fois d'espaces de nature et du centre ville. L'appartement (très propre) est au calme et parfaitement équipé. De plus, la communication avec Stella a été optimale. J'aimerais beaucoup revenir à Helsinki et séjourner de nouveau dans ce charmant studio

• Stephan (9/5): Funktionales Apartment in ruhiger Lage - Sehr nette und funktional eingerichtete Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit Straßenbahnhaltestelle (hõrt man nicht!) und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Es gibt TV mit Netflix, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank. Für 1-2 Personen ideal, wobei das Bett nicht so breit ist. Zur Messe sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Der (erste) Zugang zur Wohnung ist etwas kompliziert mit 3 verschiedenen Codes, wobei eine Code-Eingabe nicht richtig funktionierte. Ein freundlicher Nachbar half mir aber aus. Das Bett i(1,40m breit) ist für meinen Geschmack deutlich zu weich.
• Pekka (10/5): - Kaikki tarvittava löytyi asunnosta keittiövälineitä myöten ja kulkuyhteyksillä todella helppo päästä metropolin muillekin alueille. Myös omalla kokemuksella hiljainen ja rauhaisa naapurusto, jos sitä arvostaa. Ympärillä myös laaja kirjo marketeista ruokapaikkoihin /kahviloihin yms. Majoituspaikan haltija myös antoi hyvät vinkit asunnon löytämiseen ja muutenkin todella ystävällinen /vastaili nopeasti viesteihini.
• Alfons (8/5): Pràctic, net i ben comunicat. Hi tornariem. - Ben comunicat. Disposa de materials de neteja (bany/cuina), fins i tot cafè i tè. No disposa d’armari per guardar roba/equipatge. Dutxa un pel justa d’espai.
• Audrey (10/5): - Appartement très bien équipé et confortable. Très propre. Il y avait du thé et du café et tous les produits ménagers à disposition. Location en face de l'arrêt de tram très pratique. Matelas un peu trop mou pour nous.
• Chi (10/5): Tuyệt vời - Căn hộ sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, thuận tiện giao thông, gần siêu thị. Nơi ở yên tĩnh. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ tôi khi tôi cần. Nếu có dịp quay trở lại Helsinki nhất định tôi sẽ chọn nơi này để lưu trú.

Excelente atención del anfitrión. Todo perfecto Efectivamente el espacio para ducharse es pequeño, solo eso.

• C (9/5): Nice room; good communication - Good location, good size room; well equipped kitchen. Thanks also for clear instructions on how to get in. Shower is very small. I don’t really think having a washing machine is necessary. Would be nicer to use that space for the shower area.
• Marc (9/5): Excellent. Little but comfy apartment in a very convenient location. - Little but comfy apartment, brand new furniture. Excellent for max. one or two people. I stayed for three nights for a congress at Messukeskus Congress Centre, and it was a nice short walk there. Furthermore, there is a convenient tram stop at 200 metres to get to town. A bit small, particularly if you need to stay long at the apartment: the double bed and the sofa bed are in the living room, and there is no bedroom.

Everything was so well thought out, with great attention to detail that made the space feel very cozy and welcoming. The studio was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept so well every night. The location was also great, not far from the city center but still quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made everything even smoother. It’s excellent value for money – stylish, comfortable, clean, and well-located. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
• Danneile (10/5): Sweet and homely stay in great location - What a sweet and lovely little flat—and Stella is the best host! She was able to accommodate an early check-in request so that we didn’t have to struggle with our bags coming from our precious accommodation, and the whole check in/out process was simple and straightforward. The keyless entry option was really cool too; we were entertained by that. The flat is quite compact, so be prepared for that—I was nervous at first to stay here for a whole week with my partner, especially as I prefer the sleeping area to be at least partially separated. However, the flat makes good use of the existing space, and had everything we needed for the stay—even to cook our meals and do our laundry. The plants and sweets were a nice touch, and I appreciated how clean and pretty it was. It was well-located right by the tram and a K Market, in a neighbourhood with dozens of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend! N/a

• Sabrina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is as beautiful as it is in the pictures. We didn't hear the neighbors and were able to sleep well with the window open. It has everything you need for cooking, including crockery and tea, coffee, washing-up liquid, soap and toilet paper are all provided. Tram 3 stops right in front of the house and from there you can get to the main station and have all the connections there.

The host was nice and responsible. There are many options for traveling to and from the apartment, including trams, buses, trains, and municipal bike rentals, all within close walking distance. • Anton (10/5): Nice stay for a week in Helsinki, great value for money ratio. - It was very cozy and functionally equiped apartment close to everything I needed. There is a lot of possibilites how to travel from and to the place (either trams, buses, trains, or municipality bike rentals are in close walking distance from the apartment, even if the aparment itself is not in the city center of Helsinki). For me the place was perfect also because it was just 5 minutes dialy commute by bike from my place of work in Helsinki. Cannot think of anything related to the property which would be mentionable for a review publicly available, all perfect for me. Just did not know if it was possible to operate the heating in the aparment, but it was not very needed.

• Traveller (6/5): Adequate accommodation in a great location - The host gave very good instructions about how to find the keys and the apartment within the complex. The location was excellent - tram stop right out the front, and only 35 - 40 minute easy walk right into the city. The shower was too small. We did not really fit and had problems. Also, without a shower curtain or door, the water went all over the floor. The kitchen benchtops were not very clean. The stove was old and it was very difficult to read the knobs to see what the settings were. The bed was very small and not very comfortable.

Hosts were super nice and informative, we had no trouble getting to the apartment. Very close to Linnanmäki and great location alltogether!
