• Jan Gregory (8/5): - The inside was good and had everything we needed The first impression isn't good as the grass in the garden could do with being cut, however this may not be down to the property owner.. The toilet seat was loose and the property would benefit from some net curtains so the main ones can be opened. Bit apart from this is was very good and there were restaurants and shops in walking distance
• Marlene (9/5): Great stay! - Very comfortable apartment close to shops, cafes and train stations. Light and spacious with cooking facilities and washing machine which is so handy.. very comfortable stay
• David (1/5): Unsafe, dirty property which smelt of marijuana smoke and an unhelpful host. - I would not recommend this property due to serious health, safety, and cleanliness concerns. Upon arrival, we found the room to be dirty, the bedding stained, and the lower lock on the door unable to lock. The room also smelt strongly of marijuana smoke, which triggered my mother’s asthma and caused severe coughing and breathing difficulties. Due to the impact on her health, we had to leave the property immediately and book a nearby hotel instead. We contacted the property owner in an attempt to resolve the matter fairly and request a refund, as we were unable to stay at the accommodation. However, after initially replying twice, the owner stopped responding altogether, leaving us no choice but to escalate the issue to Booking.com. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, both because of the condition of the property and the lack of support from the landlord.

• Andrew (9/5): Clean and homely flat in great location - The host was friendly and helpful and quick to respond to messages. The flat was clean, light and the location was very quiet. The flat is within walking distance of shops, pubs and Clapham Common which was perfect for us. Parking on the residential street over the weekend was free too. We would recommend this flat.
• SVITLANA (6/5): The place looks very nice in the photos when booking, but in reality… everything is run down. The worn-out floors are ju - Blue couch. Heating and hot water. Clean towels and fresh bed linen There was an unpleasant smell in the building and inside the apartment, the soundproofing was terrible, and the place had a lot of unnecessary clutter.

Bed pulled down from cupboard with mattress that should be replaced as sank in middle. Door handles to kitchen dropped off.

So close to amenities and also start line of London2Brighton bike ride which was a big massive bonus for me knowing I’m a solo traveller!! Owners are great!! Nothing !! Everything perfect from the flat, location, local amenities, will book again if I come to the area again !!

I was surprised how quiet and lovely it was there, especially comparing to the crowded streets of Clapham It would be nice to have clean sponges and some cleaning liquid. • Janette (4/5): Clean property which is overstated - Clean and parking was free for parts of the day Pull out bed without a proper mattress and no headboard- no support in the bead so kept rolling in Curtains only closed using hair clips! Front door was really tricky to use
• Jonathan (9/5): We had an incredible time in London while using this flat as our base of operations. - The location of the property is excellent - an easy walk to either the Clapham Common or Clapham South Tube stations. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating and even went out of their way to replace the key for the front door which had been damaged by a previous occupant. The flat was incredibly clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for our purposes. The central heating worked well (although it is slightly noisy as the boiler is in a closet in the bedroom). While everything was in perfect working order, there were some cosmetic issues which could be improved. The bathroom in particular seemed to be slightly poorly finished, but it was functional and clean.
• Gábor (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is in a very nice house in Clapham, which is a beautiful area of London. We used bikes and every important spot was maximum half an hour from the accommodation. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were really good material. We had a wonderful sleep every night. The TV worked well, it was great to watch so many English channels. Kitchen was full equipped as well as the bathroom. The host was very helpful with us. Eventually we didn't even meat, still the communication was perfect. Our flight wa delayed by 6 hours, so we arraived at 3am. He gave us all the info to get in the appartment, using keybox, But he still stood up until then, because he was worried if everything goes well with us. This was really kind thing. Everything was fine.
• Nadege (7/5): Nice stay in Clapham - Nicely furnished with everything you need for your stay. Nice big window and bright room. Great host very accommodating. A bit far from the metro stop (15-20min walk) A strong smell of canalisation in the room at all time The window in the bathroom was impossible to close fully and so it was getting cold in the flat.
• Teagan (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment, easy 5 min walk to some local shops and eateries and 15 mins walk to the nearest tube station. Spacious and private. I think it could have been clearer that you must call the owner on arrival before you are given the code to access the keys, but she was extremely nice and helpful and this wasn't really an issue.

• Theresa (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location, great host! - Lovely apartment in a really nice location. Sasha has been so helpful since we made the booking - recommending local places to eat and answering our questions about the booking. She was quick to reply and very informative throughout. The apartment was lovely... clean, comfortable and it was great having the kitchen to use, and a full size bathroom for our 2 night stay. The local area had plenty of shops, cafes and pubs within a few minutes walk. The parking was free of charge (we stayed sat to mon) and the parking restrictions were clearly shown on the road signs.  Sasha also explained both verbally and in our messages about moving the car before 10am. This was a great addition being able to park all weekend for free... we went out and about locally several times and always managed to get a space right outside again upon our return. There are local charging points within a 5 min drive for those with electric cars. Sasha messaged us in advance to advise we could check in slightly earlier if required, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Thank You Sasha for being a superb host for our stay! The only slight issue we had was with the main front door to the building. It was very tricky to open, and at one point we  we were completely locked out as the key and door would not budge. We didn't call Sasha as it was 5am (we had just finished a charity event) but after some perseverance and extra pulling/pushing via the letterbox we eventually got in... much to our relief! The building has several apartments however, so this may not be something that sasha can change without the agreement of others. We missed having a toaster but there is the option of the grill to use.

• Irene (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is ideal for a couple (though the couch can be used as a third bed). It is clean and it has all the services you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen and a fridge. The host is extremely nice and always available for any kind of doubt. The position is not central, but very well connected to the city centre with many buses and a tube line.

• Andrew (8/5): lovely place for a short stay in south central London. - Location was good, a little street about 20 minutes from Clapham North and Clapham Junction. Keys were in a key safe and was sent the code via text on arrival. The bed is a foldout, but comfortable. The room was warm, well laid out and a perfect size for one or two people. There's a nice kitchenette available that can be great for simple meals. Bathroom was good, great water pressure and temperature. It's a ground floor flat in a busy household, so there's lots of noise from the front door slamming. Nothing that the flat owners can do anything about though. Both the front door and the door to the flat have issues, so opening both was a struggle.

• Jeanmcc (9/5): Ideal location and wonderful hosts. - We called the hosts when we arrived. Got the keys from a lock box. The door is a little finnicky but the hosts were great. They hopped on a facetime to help us get in. The bed is a kind of pull out bed so it was a little tight for me as I am 6ft1. Everythign else was great
• Stephanie (9/5): Spacious, comfortable stuio flat, well equipped for work or leisure traveller. - The flat had all amenities and was really comfortable and spacious for a studio flat, with a well equipped kitchen. Desk also so was able to do some work, A walk from the tube station or bus stop but along nice roads. Possibility of an early check in.
• Jennifer (10/5): Everything we needed - This flat was everything we needed. All the basic provisions in the kitchen were provided. The owner was extremely helpful, accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Close to a co-op, coffee and Clapham Common and easy access to underground. I would definitely stay here again.

• Lucy (1/5): Really disappointed… - The location is good, the flat itself is good. They guaranteed free parking, but we didn’t have a free parking, and we got 65£ charge. Be careful, there is no free parking. They still refused any type of refund, I asked them to be fair because the prize was high and we paid for a parking… (Now they changed the description and put the truth). First night : ventilation on all night doing a lot of noise, it wouldn’t switch itself off. It smelled weed all the long, people were smoking inside their flats. Shower head broken so water everywhere. The oven was not clean either. There was trash in the yard so be careful if you come with your dogs. I’m really upset and disappointed, although the flat is a nice little flat in itself and the location is good. But I really don’t recommend, the owner has really not been nice and flexible for the disagreements we went through.

• Janina (3/5): Would not recommend - Quiet location - uncared-for property with lack of attention to detail and lack of focus on customer experience - tea and coffee, which you would normally expect in any establishment, is not provided on arrival (to go with illustrated coffee machine and tea/coffee/sugar box!) - uncomfortable fold-down bed which squeaks with every move! - would recommend a permanent bed is installed - uncomfortable sofa and definitely not suitable for eating your dinner off a tray! - complicated mechanism to run a simple bath! - no table or chairs to eat a meal on, although there is space for a small set - would recommend putting this in - dirty washing up sponge on arrival so had to request fresh one was provided - Owner did send round some coffee and new washing up sponges on request on arrival Owner simply unwilling to accept constructive criticism (which I’m sure will show with any response to this review!). Hopefully, along with similar reviews below, owner will listen to constructive feedback and adjust the property to make it a more pleasant stay for anyone in the future. We won’t be returning though, mostly because of the attitude of the owner.
• Monique (8/5): Good location for a short stay in London - The apartment is in a convenient location, out of the hustle and bustle of central London but a 10 min walk to Clapham Common metro station. The kitchen has enough facilities to prepare meals. It is reasonable value for money given how expensive it can be to stay in London during peak season. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there were some minor things to note. It is a ground floor apartment. We found it a bit difficult to dry the clothes we washed because there is not much ventilation. From our experience, cleanliness could be improved in the kitchen and shower. The listing also shows a coffee machine and boxes with coffee/ tea etc. however they were empty when we stayed.

• Deanna (9/5): Excellent place to stay for an extended time. - Great location, just outside the London city centre. Very acceptable by public transport. Clapham is a wonderful suburb with great shopping
• Mr (10/5): Great bolthole 35 mins from Sloane square - Everything was great especially the owner/host Sasha. Sasha went out of her way to be helpful even when her little one was keeping her busy. The flat is great and contains everything needed. A kitchen huge comfy sofa(it's bigger than it looks) a washer fridge kettle oven, a bathroom with a shower and a convenient location right near the bus stop which takes you into Knightsbridge/Sloane Square in around 35 minutes. In terms of area it is quiet. Sasha recommended a few good pubs and the fish and chips at the Abbeville was great. There are 3 tube stops within walking distance and several nice parks and great Ice cream near Clapham common. I intend to make this my new place to stay when in London(if available) thanks Sasha! Everything was perfect.

• Pika (10/5): Fabulous apartment - Absolutely fabulous stay, the apartment is tucked away in a quieter area of Clapham whilst still being in very short walking distance to the busy high street. Amazing host who was super welcoming and had an enjoyable time with my friend whilst still feeling safe and at home.

The kitchen was well equipped and there was a very nice bath/shower room. Storage space was more than adequate for hanging clothes.
