• Matheus (9/5): - Excellent location, right next to Camden Town station. The area is well served with restaurants, bars and great transport links. Very comfortable for 4 people — two comfortable double beds and a very comfortable sofa bed. The double-glazed windows reduce street noise well. Great stay! Saturday night had some noise from the bars downstairs until around 2am, but we were aware of this from the reviews beforehand. Nothing unexpected for Camden.

• Steve (7/5): Needed a base while performing in Camden. This accommodation fitted our needs perfectly. - Great location. Excellent value for money. Clean & tidy. Host prompt and helpful Few minor details would make it even better. Darker blind in first bedroom, shower drainage looked at.

• Sam (3/5): Camden town magnifique ( mais choisissez un autre logement ) - La localisation dans Camden et la proximité avec les transport et c’est tout Maison dans un état déplorable Salle de bain dans un piteux état ( colonne de douche qui tiens à rien ) carrelage exploser à plusieurs endroit au sol de la salle de bain ( gros risque de coupure) Escalier avec moquette ( des clous ou autre sont en dessous faut faire attention si vous marcher san chaussures ) Porte dans l’escalier ( qui relis les chambres au salon ) très mal isolée , l’air passe en dessous et avec 3 degrés à l’extérieur c’est n’importe quoi ( avec toutes les odeurs de hottes des restaurants à proximité) Bar restaurant juste en dessous , odeur extrêmement forte de cannabis provenant de l’extérieur qui envahit tout l’appartement ( nous sommes venus avec une femme enceinte)

• Cynna (7/5): Small cozy apartment with great location - Great location, walking distance to tube station. The apartment is right above some restaurant and pub. They end business ard 2-3 am. Will be quite noisy and unable to sleep well.

• Jane (7/5): Great central position for a few nights in London. - Central position. Everything you need for a few. Nights stay. Comfy beds. Tea coffee provided. Noisy boiler in back bedroom which disturbed sleep. Shower didn’t drain well.

• Vicky (9/5): - La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, la casa muy bonita y acogedora no fue muy fácil comunicarse con el anfitrión y el baño necesita un poco de atención, por lo demás todo fenomenal

• M (8/5): Camden stay - Great location for London stays. Fully equipped for self catering needs. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty laundry/linen facilities & fans for warmer weather. Clean & tidy. Easy check in. Good communication with owner. Really good value stay for price x2 nights. Noisy at night time due to being above a bar/restaurant & food smells from restaurant extractor downstairs. Mattress not very comfortable & could do with a paint refresh.

Appartamento carino ma pieno di difetti Si trova proprio sopra ad alcuni locali aperti fino a tardi e molto frequentati. Quindi confusione per tutta la notte. alle prime luci dell'alba cominciano invece i rumori per la pulizia della strada e l'allestimento dei banchi del mercato. Insomma, non si dorme mai. Inoltre, l'appartamento non ha aria condizionata, necessaria viste le temperature di luglio!

• Sophie (5/5): Passable - Clean place, comfy with all amenities. Didn't realise it was next to a reggae bar that opened until 2am in the morning. Would be good to state that when booking so people know. We are early risers so didn't get much sleep unfortunately.

• Pamela (2/5): Just not safe - Location tis Camden market No working tv in lounge - no fire or carbon monoxide monitors - it is above a restaurant and bar as well ! Shower not draining have to stop it few times to drain Whilst in the shower cracked tiles all over the bathroom , stair carpet so thin kept getting scratched by the stair rods . Very noisy till 3am Friday and Saturday nights due to bar . Nazi sign scratched into dining table . Fire surround missing

• Amanda (6/5): Don’t recommend staying here if you want to get rest. This is a place is good for a party group who will come home very - Proximity to the tube was good. The bar directly under the place was playing VERY LOUD music until 0200 almost every night. So loud it was rattling the apartment. Then at 0800 the vendors set up outside the location and they are very loud. It was very difficult to get any rest at this location. Also the apartment is old and needs some renovations. The shower over flowed and the carpet on the stairs was so rundown that you can feel the nails under it and they stab your feet.

Bathroom dated, shower not clean, toilet annoying was attached to insinuater box and made grounding sounds even when not in use. Entrance door wasn't very secure. Flimsy made, old snd battered, drafty along with rear door leading to roof. Handrail on staircase loose. Noise on street early morning with market traders setting up and carbon monoxide smell coming through window from their lorries.
• Laura (6/5): Good location, but needs a deep clean - Good location to the tube Property was ok, bathroom was not clean especially the shower. The spotlights in the bathroom only 1 bulb worked out of all 6 I think it was, the shower tray when you stood in it sunk & also the water didn’t go down the plug hole so it would fill up. It needed a good clean! Also one morning a cockroach ran across the floor from the sofa to the washing machine, not pleasant
• Elizabeth (7/5): Ideal for a short city break in summer. - Location was excellent. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Nice shower. A fan to drown out street noise. The position of the TV in relation to the sofa - gave me a crick neck! The flimsy slats under the mattress were giving way.
• Kate (6/5): Great base for Camden, links to London and the surrounding areas. Needs a refurb. - The location is excellent. Central for all things. Close to shops, bars, the markets and transport links. Tea and coffee provided. Good kitchen with all you need for a short stay. It is bright in the room due to thin curtains/no blinds and quite noisy due to the bar below and then the early set up of the market but we knew about this so took ear plugs and eye masks. Tired and desperately needing a refurb. General wear and tear is okay but things like no buttons on duvet cover so the duvet slips out, flooding in the shower, sharp tacks on the stairs that hurt your feet if you don’t have shoes on, broken fixtures and fittings there isn’t any excuse for. Carpet very worn and cracked tiles on bathroom floor makes it feel a little grubby. We would 100% stay again (and pay more) if these issues were resolved.

• Sarah (6/5): Great location, very clean house, would stay again - The location was superb right over the road from Camden Town tube. The house was extremely clean. Tea and Coffee were provided. Kitchen very well equipped. We had the room with the one sofa, but it was a very large sofa bed. People have talked about the noise. Its central Camden. Take earplugs! I didn't find it an issue mid week, but I would expect noise in this location. There a quite a few things that could do with addressing. The one I find the most important is that if you walk down the stairs in bare or socked feet, there are carpet tacks sticking up and can be easily trodden on. The bathroom was clean and functional, but there are quite a few cracked tiles and the shower tray doesn't drain well. A plunger was provided, I assume for this reason.
• Rachael (7/5): A great spacious house right in the heart of Camden Town. Facilities were basic but value for money. - Fantastic location right in the heart of Camden. The upstairs space was great with 2 double bedrooms and main living area allowed for eating and relaxing. Bathroom facilities could do with an upgrade, blinds rubbish in bedrooms, tesco bag to prevent post just let a draft and carpet on stairs needs an upgrade. Could have also done with an extra lock for security.
• Lynsey (8/5): Absolutely fab weekend in Camden, it's the first time we've ever been and would definitely go again - Excellent location, the flat itself is ok in a great location. Camden is a great place to stay great pubs, restaurants and tube on the door step. Noise from downstairs on Friday night didn't stop while 3.30am. The shower needs replacing as it just filled with water and was a little bit tight. Also all the curtains could do with refreshing to some new ones that match.

• Darren (8/5): Amazing location right in the heart of Camden - Amazing location. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Shower wasn't the best. Window I'm bathroom needs dark blinds due to being able to see in from rooftop area. Ideally 2 keys as lockbox was fiddly.
• Monika (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is located in the center of Camden town, close to everything, close to the Tube as well as bus stops. The flat is well equipped with all the necessary things, including an iron and a hairdryer, there is a fridge, microwave and a washing machine. The keys are to pick at the key lock. Nothing to complain about

• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was really central to the heart of Camden . 5 mins walk from underground . Situated above a fantastic Carribean restaurant .... Great food and cocktails Facilities were great ,nice and clean ..... with microwave , oven, fridge, etc . Sleeps 5, so really good value for money It didn't bother us, but a daily market is in the street below , so early setup takes place . Though with the wi down shut it wasn't really that noisy . The bar next to the restaurant below this accommodation does have late nights . But we were out late too so not a problem

It was noisy but it's in the middle of Camden. Wasn't an issue for me personally I can fall asleep on a clothes line.

Inside temperature was good. It needs a bit of maintenance. The shower unit fell off and there are cracked tiles in the bathroom.

• Dana (8/5): Not great, but worth it for 2nigjts - Location in a very lively area, with many shops and restaurants, pubs...for all tastes, being in a local square itself. There are 2 apartments, on the site there are photos from the other one than thus where we stayed, which is smaller ( has only one couch) 2 bedrooms at the top level, living room with kitchen and a bathroom at first level, perfect for two families. Key pick-up is contactless, lockbox with code. During our stay, being 1st of December, It was cold on the first level 16,5-18 grd), and in the bedrooms a little bit better. The temperature in the living room didn't raise during our stay. There is one door which takes to the terrace, that door is very thin, cold from outside is entering the apartment. The cleanliness could be better, and also the bathroom could be improved. Also, the doors from the house (indoors and outdoors also) should be repaired or replaced.

• Sarahcraven (8/5): For the most part a great little place to stay - Location to camden market was the reason we booked. Great location for the tube and local area. Most rooms were nicely presented and well equipped with everything you could need, although don't match all the photos. It was nice to have tea/coffee/toilet paper. The beds were comfortable. Huge wardrobe. Clean towels and bedding. Very clean. Clothes airer was a welcome addition as it rained a lot while we were there! I was aware of night time noise before we went having read the reviews but not quite prepared for living above a nightclub until gone 2am friday and Saturday. Sunday was fine though. There is no cover on the letterbox (it's just a hole in the door) so everyone taking shelter to smoke fags and weed stand near the door and the noise and smoke comes right through. The bathroom could use a bit of love but was clean and perfectly functioning. Carpet grips on the stairs will take your socks off ha ha! All manageable if you are aware and we would stay again

• Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was clean & had some nice little finishing touches. It was good to have a toilet roll. The apartment didn’t look like the promotional photos, for example the lounge doesn’t look like this, there is only 1 sofa not 2 & it’s totally different. It was very warm inside & we couldn’t open the windows because of the loud noise from the restaurants/street & the strong smell of weed. The hand rail up the stairs is loose & one of the girls received a cut from the carpet grippers which are sticking up through the stairs carpet. There’s no cover on the letterbox. The tv in the lounge is wonky.

House was clean, host was helpful and provided complimentary tea and coffee. The house is in a busy central area so it can be quite noisy at times. This is to be expected, I just wouldn't reccomend it for someone looking for a quiet stay.

• Krishan (7/5): not nice, the owner is very unprofessional and unethical. she just entered the house with her key without telling us. - close to the tube station. there were two things I didn’t like, 1. owner is very unprofessional , she entered the house with her own key without informing us. it was 11:05AM and we were about to leave. she was kind of telling us to go. 2. we were asking bit early check in but she never replied politely she was just telling us just no. that’s all. even when I asked just half he an hour early check in since it was heavily raining and I was with two kids. I told her about that but still her answer was just no.
