Nur'asyikin (9/5): Superb view - This is my second time staying here. My kids love staying here very much because of the view and the facilities. Rooms are so comfortable, feels like at home.. but with a great view. I'll surely come here again if I have to stay in KL. The traffic jammed and lack of eating place nearby. The mattress at master bedroom is not very comfortable. The metal frame of the mattress is almost come out.

Staff not flexible on late checkouts. They must charge for late checkout. And cleaner knocks the door at exact checkout time urging us to leave the unit. We had to keep luggage at reception for a fee. Elevator and corridors are hot

The layout of the furniture in the room is very unsatisfactory. The cleanliness is also unsatisfactory. This room is like 'Asal can' only.

Tim (9/5): Superb - Three good sized double beds. Amazing views. Easy access to Central Market, town centre etc. Pool was amazing. Kitchen OK for basic food prep', although not enough crockery if you want to eat in. That's it though, everything else was brilliant.

Victoria (9/5): Pleasant stay - Check in and check out is quite fast. The apartment is neat and clean. Suitable for family vacation with children. The apartment is completed with fridge, electric kettle, washing machine and other kitchen utensils where you can do your cooking/washing & cleaning. It is also quiet and peaceful at night. It was a pleasant stay here. You might need to prepare your own toiletries like toothbrushes/toothpaste/shampoo etc. The second room aircon is not cold enough.

Tessa (6/5): Great building, apartment needs upgrades and better service - The property itself is great - we had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was spacious, comfortable, showers worked well. The kitchen is poorly equipped - and glasses/cups for 4 people (we were 5 and the apartment was advertised for 6), and no realistic way to cook there with what was provided. The pools on the 8th floor were fabulous. The location of the property is also pretty good, though difficult to walk there due to a huge road between the property and the city (though grab is very convenient). Although all in all we really liked the property, there were many downsides. Starting with communication with the host - a few weeks before our stay I tried to contact the host to shorten the stay by 1 night as our plans changed and received no response. Eventually I gave up and just paid the extra. Since I was worried generally due to the radio silence, I whatsapped the number I had been told to contact 24hrs before the stay and received a somewhat unfriendly reply to get in touch 24hrs beforehand and not now. You can only pay in cash which is not ideal. The apartment, though comfy in itself, really needs some TLC - better equipment, toiletries, it wasn’t very clean. Also, whilst there was a washing machine, there was no dryer or anywhere to hang clothes to dry - when I asked about this (the possibility to wash clothes was important to me and one of the reasons I chose the property), I was told there was a rail on the balcony I could use. It was broken and not for hanging out laundry - I finally got another one provided, but still I had to hang laundry over the chairs and whole apartment to fit it in (and I was not washing a HUGE amount). When I asked for more toilet paper (we had been given two half rolls), I was told I can only have 2 per day (for 5 people). Additionally, the owner marked my stay as cancelled so that I couldn’t write a review (or perhaps so as not to pay commission to booking.com?). I asked booking.com to intervene as I want to share the experience. I have a feeling that most of the reviews for this property are fake since whilst the apartment, the building facilities and location are good, the owner really needs to step up their game in communication, equipment and cleanliness.

Sameena (8/5): Clean apartment in multi storey with great city views - The apartment had two bedrooms each with air con and a washing machine with washing powder as well as a kitchenette and iron/board. Bonus was the city views and wall to ceiling windows. I wasn’t happy paying a deposit in cash but the owner allowed this to be paid in £ so I wasn’t left with surplus local currency. Mattress was fine for me but may be too soft for some.

Kasturi (5/5): The most uncomfortable stay became very comfortable after the room was changed.Soo the second day stay was worth the mon - The first day we were given the most uncomfortable place to stay.It was totally different from the picture when we booked.There was a very uncomfortable chair that was very hard and dirty.The toilet was soo smelly.We called the guy to check out the next day but he said there will be no refund soo he offered to change the room the next day.The next day we were given a much more comfortable place to stay and totally different from the previous day.
