• Camillo (3/5): - Nothing Not clean, hard to get in contact with staff,took along time to respond. Towels were so small couldnt even dry yourself. There wad blinds misding from 1 window so light was shining thru room all the time and hard to get to sleep. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Nothing good to say
• Anneke (8/5): Great location and facilities. - The host was very receptive to our questions, and really easy to get information for the access and area. Some dirty cleaning materials were left around the apartment and unwashed dishes in the dishwasher.

• Gerardo (7/5): - La ubicacion y muy lindo el departamento Muy complicado, para mi gusto, el check in y la apertura de la puerta principal. Faltaban insumos para el lavado de utensillos de cocina. Habia cafetera express pero no cafe (muchos dejan algunas capsulas para un par de dias).

• Liza (10/5): Excelente estancia - Cercano a Estación Central de Milán, y puedes ir andando y en transporte publico a todas partes, muy limpio y tiene de todo para una buena estancia en grupo y poder cocinarte alguna cosa si no quieres comer fuera todos los días o por lo menos desayunar y ya salir hacer turismo. Lo único es que no tenía un trapo como para limpiar en la cocina y una mejor esponja para lavar un plato, pero tiene lavavajillas.

• Mburns (9/5): Lovely appartment in walking distance of all amentities and public transport - The place was exactly as the photos. Simple and lovely apartment with a good layout which was perfect for a couple. Easy walk from the Central Train Station with all amenities close. There was confusion with the keys being in the wrong lock box, with multiple tries with various codes to unlock the box. For other fellow travellers - communication through whatsapp is much better than calling the phone number due to translation issues. Overall the issue was sorted within 20 minutes and the host was lovely. Push hard on the dishwasher start button, it does work! Everything else was great.

• Anonymous (1/5): Avoid this place at any cost - The location is nice. I never write bad reviews, but this one is well-deserved. Before check-in, the host insisted that I need to submit a selfie with my ID through a third-party website. While ID verification is standard in Italy, many other hosts allow this to be done in person. I raised this concern, and while they replied quickly at that time, they offered no alternative. Ironically, once I checked in, they became completely unresponsive when I actually needed help. After I opened the door, the apartment looked like as if it had just been ransacked by a group of mobsters: - The door handle came off when I tried to lock the door from inside. - The curtain rod had already fallen, leaving the window completely uncovered throughout my stay (for two nights). I would have walked away if it hadn’t been midnight when I arrived. - The AC had a serious water leakage issue. I turned it on at night and woke up to a mess in the morning. Strangely, the cleaner entered the apartment the next day and cleaned it without any notice, and I was never informed that a cleaner would come. I emailed the host about all these issues (with photos) three times, but received no response at all. All of these issues—cheap furnishings, broken fixtures, and maintenance problems—could have been forgivable had the host not completely disappeared when I reached out for help. Ignoring guests while hiding behind a booking system is, frankly, unacceptable.

• Mahmoud (9/5): New, modern amazing apartment and 5 min from central station - Very clean, efficient and well located. The only thing that our flight got delayed and the owner didn’t allow us to leave the luggage after check out time.
• Xenia (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked the apartment. I often stay in Milan, near the train station, as it’s convenient for traveling around the country. This time, I chose this apartment because we were traveling as a family of three. I really loved the design. I also appreciated how quiet it was despite being close to the station. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, and everything worked perfectly. There were lovely white fluffy towels and bedding. The kitchen was well equipped. I will definitely come back again. I especially liked the apartment’s design and the color of the walls. The view from the window was also nice, and it’s possible to open the window at night. Thank you so much ♥️

• Ahmad (9/5): Fully equipped apartment, very close to Milan Centrale. - It has everything you need. Including fully working kitchen and washing machine (with dryer). And the location is perfect, short distance from Milan Centrale. The property itself was clean and modern. Stayed during winter; hence, it was bit cold. More heating would be nice.

• Penny (6/5): Stay was ok but apartment did not meet expectations as advertised - Location was good, apartment was clean and had the necessary amenities, including some coffee capsuls. This property was sold as a one-bedroom apartment but the bedroom was not separated from the living room. It was really a studio, and it was awkward for me as a woman and a male colleague sleeping on the sofa. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable and pillows, etc. not luxurious as described.
