- Pierre Lopez (8/5): Rapport qualité-prix parfait. - Pour quelqu'un qui cherche un logement pour faire la cuisine, se doucher et dormir car il passe le reste du temps à l'extérieur profiter de l'île : c'est parfait ! Situé au premier étage d'un petit immeuble en périphérie de Los Llanos, il y a tout ce qu'il faut : lits impeccables, cuisine bien équipée, électro-ménager neuf, télé, wifi, parking facile... Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y vais et y retournerai. - Il faudrait changer le flexible de douche et la douchette ; - Attention la nuit les cafards sont de sortie (sous l'évier de la cuisine) : il faudrait traiter ; - Le sommier du grand lit a été changé : super ! En revanche le matelas est toujours trop "mou"... - Le gros problème de cet appartement c'est le voisinage, mais là je ne vous apprends rien et vous n'y pouvez rien non plus. C'est juste dommage.
