• martha (7/5): We had a great time - Location was great… we could walk to many places that we wanted to visit. The hot water didn’t work… we only had hot water one day out of five nights.
• Kirsteen (3/5): Uncomfortable and insufficient. - Only one bedroom was sufficient. Everything except the one bedroom, it’s sold as sleeping 8 I think but really only comfortably sleeps 2 in the main bedroom the rest of the sleeping arrangements were awkward and everyone was on top of each other. Tight spaces, terrible stairs and access to rooms. There was only one shower and bathroom with a second cloakroom. The terrace area wasn’t usable and it was old and untidy and not clean, enclosed by walls and other parts of the building. Completely unusable tiny wee area. It was dark and dingy throughout the accommodation inside and out. There was also a really unpleasant smell constantly, not sure where it was coming from even when ‘terrace’ door open.

• Pam (8/5): Great location in Santo Spirito - The location of the property is excellent, round the corner from Piazza Santo Spirito and plenty of bars, restaurants, shops in the vicinity. I've stayed in the Oltrarno before and much prefer it to being across the river in the main tourist area though they're still within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean, two spacious bedrooms and a small, well-equipped kitchen. The shower needs updating and the water temperature was inconsistent, running hot and cold. There was a leak under the kitchen sink. I contacted the management company and they responded quickly to say someone would be in to fix it but it was towards the end of our stay and no-one came.

• Vladimir Antic (10/5): We enjoyed staying here - The apartment is in an excellent location—very close to many tourist attractions, yet tucked away from the noise. Just 50 meters away, there are lively squares filled with cafés, restaurants, and pizzerias serving authentic food. The area is vibrant and full of people, not only tourists but also locals, which gives it a genuine atmosphere. The apartment itself is outstanding. There were five of us, and we had more than enough sleeping space, which was especially important to us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, and everything we used was very clean and well organized. We also received a few thoughtful welcome gifts, which was a wonderful gesture from the owner. The dishwasher saved us a lot of time. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and nicely furnished, with good-quality bedding and comfortable beds. The windows have excellent insulation, so outside noise is minimal. The bathroom is spacious and offers plenty of room. There is also a washer and dryer, which is a major advantage for a longer stay. Communication with the owner was excellent—fast, clear, and efficient—which was especially valuable to us after our flight was canceled. Shower battery needs a little effort to find perfect balance between hot and cold water.

• Lívia (10/5): - A szállás nagyon tiszta volt. Külön pozitívum, hogy plusz egy WC is rendelkezésre állt, ami hatalmas előny volt, mivel heten voltunk. A tisztaság kifogástalan volt az egész szálláson, a konyha pedig jól felszerelt, minden szükséges eszköz megtalálható volt. A házigazda nagyon segítőkész, barátságos és kommunikatív volt, mindenben a rendelkezésünkre állt. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, csak ajánlani tudjuk.

• Sirbu (6/5): Try to provide quality services. - Near to the center. Drowned towels, only 2 small bottles of water for 7 people, the pictures on booking do not reflect reality, the lack of another mirror in the apartment besides the one in the bathroom. It is not an apartment for 7 people.
• Mario (8/5): Walking distance to EVERYTHING - The apartment/house was within walkable distance to the main attractions downtown Florence, and around the corner from restaurants and stores. The internet worked well and had all the amenities, we also enjoyed the balcony within the house. We had difficulty getting our keys because our internet was having problems and we had no phone service. However, we ended up reaching the host with a borrowed phone. We didn't like the layout of the house, but others might find it charming and unique. It was functional and overall well.

• Sonia (10/5): Perfecto - Muy bien ubicado muy limpio y cómodo nosotros estuvimos 8 y muy bien. Nos dejaron salir a las 11:30 y el coche le dejas en un parking y te llevan al apartamento y a la vuelta te recogen para llevarte al parking. Un 10 Seria mejor disponer de dos juegos de llaves

• Geri BG (6/5): Bel appartamento - Buona locazione, vicino a Palazzo Pitti e Ponte Vecchio. Secondo me adatto a 3- 4 persone, noi eravamo in sette. Bella la zona, ci sono I garage a 300 metri. Un bagno ed una toilette per 7 persone. La camera da letto mansardata , che dire . Il soffitto molto basso , forse 1.50 metri. Ho sbattuto la testa 3 volte.

Therefor noone could sleep in the room closest to the toilet. Need aircondition in the small room and upstairs!

• Ali (4/5): Konforsuz ev - Kalorifer ler neredeyse hiç yanmadı ve ev güneş almıyordu. Yataklar eski ve çökmüş, her yerimiz ağrıdı. Wc min sifonu çalışmıyordu.
• Ioana (6/5): Peace and quiet all the way. - The location was close to the center, the apartment interesting and nice. But, there is no signal at the phone inside the apartment! Also, the wi-fi didn't work, although they send someone to fix it. So, if you want to be able to talk on your phone or receive phone calls or have internet, I wouldn't choose this place.
• Joseph (10/5): Perfect apartment for large family! - The apartment for perfect for our family of 7 visiting. It was clean. The staff always responded quickly. We loved the location. It was so nice having 2 toilets for that many people. Our only complaint was the wifi didn’t work and you would lose cell phone service once you entered the building. It was a little nice to be disconnected for a few days but annoying if I needed to look up things for the next day. The staff responded quickly and stated they plan on fixing it.

It was a bit tricky to find the right doors Beaware there is only paid parking possible nearby (for our van it was €40/day)

• Octavio (8/5): This place could be a 10/10 if the owner would fix the issues. - The property is located in a great location The second washroom the toilet didn’t flush well. Water isn’t hot enough when taking a shower.
• Cristina (7/5): Good - Well decorated apartment, close to the main attractions. The wifi wasn't really working in all rooms. The room at the second floor was very hot and no fan available. Only one shower is not enough for 8 pax. We had troubles with the keys of the main door, but the stuff has been helpful by opening it up for us every time.

The beds were so comfy and the rooms were well presented and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Overall we really enjoyed Florence and the property, would definitely recommend.

• Zoê (4/5): Would not recommend - In a nice location Difficult and awkward check in process both before arriving and upon arriving at the property. I felt it was very excessive to have to upload photos of myself and my documents and all other guests' details for us to be able to stay here for one night.. You also have to phone an Italian number upon arriving and wait on hold for an operator to answer your call and take your apartment details to let you into the building which incurred international call charges for us that we didn't anticipate either. Extremely noisy apartment, none of us had a good night sleep as we were all awoken very early by loud noises from street/other apartments. WiFi doesn't work in main bedroom - no signal at all there. When we arrived the windows were all open in the rooms and it was raining all that day and there were many mosquitos in the small bathroom to the point where we just kept the door closed of it and all shared the one main bathroom. Loft bed was not very accessible, would be fine for teens/older children who don't mind having to hunch/crawl in and out of a bed. We booked this based on reviews so were so surprised at the unpleasant experience we had there.

The building is a bit noisy (noise from upstairs neighbours, especially if you are sleeping on the vide), but it was quiet at night. The shower could use an update.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Convenient and problem-free. - Spacious, lovely cute balcony, AC which is much appreciated, great location and yet very quiet. The staff were super friendly and let us leave the bags both days before check in and after check out which saved us. Check in was easy and convenient. The stairs are a bit dangerous but that's a minor thing. There were some mosquitoes inside so maybe some mosquito repellant in the socket would be a nice touch.
