• Steven Forbes (9/5): Great - The location was excellent, everything that was needed was there. Comfortable and cozy. So close to the middle of Madrid, restaurants and a supermarket not 150 meters away. Finding the building and getting access was difficult. We unfortunately could not join our friends for this trip, so they were on their own when getting to and into the building. It was difficult as there were no instructions on how to enter the building, and it in nondescript, so if not for the taxi, would not be easy to find. Other than that, all was excellent

• Liz DArcy (9/5): Joy to stay here - Beautiful spacious apartment. We were 2 couples staying 3 nights so great to have 2 full bathrooms. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Great central location for walking to all the sites we wanted to see. Nice and quiet inside and we all slept very well. English channel TV was a bonus. We loved everything about it. Nothing to dislike

Comfortable and quiet! - Location is perfect, in spite of being in the middle of a downtown area you cannot hear anything from the streets, so you can have a nice rest at night, all in all its a good accommodation for someone who wants to discover and enjoy central Madrid! Nothing!

• Krista (10/5): A great find in Madrid! - We had a really nice stay here. The host was great with communication from start to finish, which made everything easy. The apartment is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, but still within walking distance to Gran Vía, Plaza de España, and Plaza Callao, so it was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment is spacious, modern, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to rest after long days of sightseeing.

Host molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli anche se l'appartamento non era ancora pronto. L'appartamento è completo di tutti i comfort, centrale e silenzioso. Letti comodissimi e molti pulito. Semplice il check-in, lo consiglio a tutti noi eravamo in 5 e siamo stati benissimo. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Era tutto perfetto nulla da recriminare

Fonseca (10/5): - Localização muito boa junto à Praça de Espanha, boa sala de estar, 2 quartos de banho completos para 2 quartos ambos confortáveis, elevador para 2º andar Abertura da porta da entrada pela rua demorado talvez porque o check-in foi às 2 da manhã, quarto com janelas sem cortinas, situação minimizada porque dão para um espaço interior sem janelas de vizinhos visiveis

• Tomasz (10/5): Piękny, nowoczesny apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - Nowoczesny, duży, bardzo wygodny i bardzo ładny apartament z 2 sypialniami, 2 łazienkami + kanapa w salonie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszystko mi się podobało, jedynie brakowało mi balkonu z widokiem na ulicę, ale to szczegół nie mający znaczenia przy całej reszcie.

Just a short walk to the metro and within a few hundred yards of bars, restaurants and take aways. Had everything we needed for our short stay in Madrid.

• Pamela (5/5): It was ok, but not worth it for the price. - Clean, Big and plenty of space for a family of 5. The entrance is hard if you have a lot of bags, the elevator is super small! In the shower, the water came out and flooded the floors, it was a mess.

Good communication with the owner and facilitated us with the storage of our cases for the day after checkout. Everything was perfect

• Vanessa (5/5): Great location but there were a few problems - Instructions were communicated prior to check in with door instructions. The apartment was in a great location just off Gran Via. The beds were comfortable and the shower water was hot throughout the shower. Wi-Fi was easy to access. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Elevator, although small, to bring luggage up. Our host was receptive to complaint of sewer smell and paid for plumber visit however the smell was still a problem. . Unfortunately, a sewer smell smacked you in the face upon entering the apartment. Although airfreshners were placed in several rooms the odor never disappeared during our stay. The apartment could use a deep cleaning. The baseboards were dirty and there were crumbs on table and floor. There was dishes, pots and pans and utensils however they appeared to be dirty.
• Mal (7/5): Great location but needs a bit of plumbing maintenance - Location was great and close to several Metros, shipping and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The beds were really hard. The smell in the second bathroom was really not good (overwhelmed the apartment on arrival so opened all the windows to narrow down the smell - think there is some faulty pipework. Then there was a sewage smell wafting through the living area one afternoon (may have been from the nearby renovation)

The apartment was roomy The owners did not leave emergency information. Owners didn’t tell us about the smell in one bathroom. The smell was so unpleasant !!

• Anthony (10/5): good value for money - location is superb and a spacious apartment, with all amenities available including extra towels provided. The staff especially Maria was exceptionally nice and we where offered to have our luggage to be kept in their offices as we had a late flight. will be definitely book again. central heating was not working and the living quarters was a bit cold. however, there where two mobile heaters that we used which made it more comfortable. the rooms have an A/C so it was not a problem, but for the bathrooms the mobile heaters where a must. also the property did not have a TV, but it was not a real issue with us as we were out most of the time.
