• Magdalena (9/5): - Interessant organisierte Mehrzimmerwohnung mit großem gem. Wohnzimmer, schön eingerichtet. Perfekt für eine Gruppe von Freunden oder eine Familie. Wir hatten eigenes Bad und sehr viel Stauraum. Sehr netter Besitzer. Ein Balkon war zwar da, aber nicht um drauf zu sitzen. Sehr kompliziertes Lichtschaltersystem.
• Wendy M (9/5): - Excelente ubicación a mi parecer lejos del bullicio de la zona turística. Buena conección con buses para poder trasladarte a Termini. Acceso a terraza con unas vistas bonitas, hay un restaurante en la esquina llamado Ugo que nos encantó. Teníamos una habitación doble, pero se me hace que los colchones eran muy pequeños con respecto a la cama.

Lokalita je klidná, ale zároveň dobře dostupná – v okolí jsou restaurace, obchody i spojení do centra Říma. Hostitelé byli mimořádně milí, ochotní a postarali se o vše, co jsme potřebovali. Cítili jsme se tu jako doma. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme!

• Clelia (8/5): - I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, e si percepisce la cura tipica di una struttura a conduzione familiare. La casa è bella e i letti sono generalmente comodi, anche se le doghe dei letti singoli presentano qualche cedimento. Il bagno è privato ma si trova di fronte alla stanza, il che obbliga l’ospite a rendersi decoroso per la presenza di altri possibili presenti ogni volta che deve utilizzarlo. Il bagno È ampio, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, compreso asciugacapelli e shampoo. La colazione non è servita e non vi sono accordi con bar vicini come in altre strutture, ma la zona è servita da autobus e piena di bar. La metro più vicina si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi, il che può risultare scomodo se si hanno valigie. Nel complesso, la struttura è gradevole.

• Jivanshu (8/5): Value for money. Awesome Owner's - The owners were supportive. My arrival time was delayed, however - they were accommodative and helped with smooth check-in. The place appeared as a brand new guest house. Very clean and tidy. The apartment is far from the center, however - there is good connectivity by public transport. The guest house has free coffee / tea and biscuits, which was amazing. It would have been good to have some cutlery 🤞

• Rachael (8/5): Rome holiday - The owner was very nice. I did not read the ad properly so had not realized it was shared common areas. The bathroom/shower was amazing. Beds were comfortable. A bit out of the way of main sights but once you figured out the bus system it was OK to get around.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Great place with a wonderful host. Well-connected with the city. - The apartment was clean and pretty, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The host was very friendly and showed us everything with great care. There was a shared place to eat breakfast, with a microwave, coffee machine, and some snacks. The place is located in a calm area on the outskirts of Rome, but there are multiple buses to the centre, and after 10-minute bus ride you can get to the subway. No kettle. It was impossible to boil the water even in the microwave because there were only disposable plastic cups (the hot water from the coffee machine had a coffee aftertaste).

Everything was clean and the flat also had a Air condition which is a huge plus. We had a few problems with locks (in the bathroom). But I guess it s just us :)

• Eray (7/5): Good but tiring. - The room and bathroom were clean. The location of the guesthouse is extremely far from the city center. The district was good but it is just really far. Unfortunately we struggled to find public transportation options and used the taxi twice. Maybe it is because there was a strike caused by the ATAC. Bathroom was clean but it is not in the room. You reach it from the corridor.

• Rick (9/5): Superb - The bathroom was great, had a little varanada and the comon area was nice, was easy to get on the bus or train to the city Didnt realise it was a shared accommodation with 3 other rooms in one flat, the fridge was only big enough for 2 drinks, and the acress to the rooms was via a card, on the door but the door locks it self behind you verry easly, every person locked them selves out whilst we were there and it was super anoying

Laura even helped us when my girlfriend had an accident and had to go to the hospital, she advised us a lot. Nomentana is a good quiet location on the outskirts of Rome, with usually available parking spots, for those that will rent a car.

• Agata (9/5): Superb - Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Direct access to very nice balcony where you can have a coffee. We loved clean and comfortable bathroom, with hairdryer and set of cosmetics. Be aware that there is a microwave but no kitchen utencils nor dishes are provided. Hosts were very helpful and reachable. There are many buses going to the city centre and night buses as well. It takes about an hour to go to Colosseo. Very nice neighbourhood with restaurants and great icecreams. Carrefour is 5 minutes away on foot. It is safe there even in the night. Highly recommended!!! It would be nice to have some forks, bowles etc.
