• Ripani (10/5): - El departamento es muy cómodo para dos personas. Alicia y Eugenio, estuvieron a nuestra disposición en todo momento, respondiendo nuestras inquietudes.
• olivier (6/5): - Logement assez bien situé et spacieux. équipement correct, mais un étendoir digne de ce nom serait très appréciable au moins pour faire sécher les serviettes de bain Logement bruyant (tous les matin nous étions réveillés à, 6h00 par la sonnerie d'un réveil d'un autre logement), l'isolation phonique est plus que légère, nous entendions les personnes rire dans le logement à coté. De plus des travaux de construction sont en cours à coté et c'est vraiment très bruyant. Propreté du logement à revoir, beaucoup de poussière.

Posee todas las comodidades, está impecable y lo más cómodo es la distancia del centro neurálgico: se puede ir a pie en quince minutos, y a la vez el entorno es súper tranquilo! Alicia, la dueña, es súper amorosa y contesta enseguida. Solo hubo un problema con la aplicación para entrar al edificio por primera vez. Nos salvó una amable vecina!!! Prometieron que lo van a revisar.

• Takhir (10/5): - Very comfortable, clean, bright, and well-equipped apartment. It has everything you need in the kitchen, dishwasher and the washing machine functioned with no problems. Very bright and spacious, located on a quiet street and close to supermarkets. Communication with the hosts was very smooth, check in and check out very convenient. Extra towels and a welcoming bottle of wine was a great extra touch.
• Milana (8/5): Sve u svemu, preporuka za ovaj stan, ukoliko dolazite u Malagu. Odličan domaćin, komunikacija takođe! - Lokacija odlična, stan sadrži sve što je potrebno za višednevni boravak. Prilično je nov. Čistoća (posebno kuhinje) bi trebala da bude na dosta višem nivou.

• Jolanta (8/5): Obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania. - Mimo natłoku pracy gospodarzy obiektu, mogłam wejść do mieszkania godzinę wcześniej. Komunikacja z osobą zarządzającą. Po wysłaniu danych do zameldowania na podany numer telefonu, nie dostałam potwierdzenia. Tak naprawdę nie jestem pewna kto je otrzymał.
• Yauheniya Malko (9/5): A nice stay in Malaga - Facilities and cleanliness, it had everything we needed. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Quite close to the centre and shops. A bit far from the beach, but it's mentioned in the description, so no complaints.

• Cristina (8/5): Estupendo - El trato por parte de Alicia al llegar para explicarnos las instalaciones, las cosas que había cerca del apartamento y su detalle de bienvenida. El apartamento está a 10min del centro andando y muy cerca de una parada de autobús, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Zona muy tranquila. Lo único a lo que puedo poner peros es a que no había gel de ducha.
• NELI ADRIANA (1/5): NU RECOMAND !!! - La sosire am primit o sticlă de vin (nu de calitate), dar am apreciat gestul. La sosire am așteptat aproape o jumătate de oră în fața clădirii până a venit cineva să ne dea cheile. Toaleta era murdară, cu depuneri vechi, imposibil de curățat cu peria – interiorul era maro, semn că nu mai fusese igienizată de mult timp. În cameră era praf pe rafturi, iar lenjeria și prosoapele, deși spălate, erau vizibil îngălbenite. La plecare am trimis mesaj (în seara de dinaintea plecării) pentru a întreba dacă putem elibera camera mai târziu (ora 14.00, pentru a ajunge la aeroport), dar nu am primit niciun răspuns. Am presupus că este în regulă să rămânem, însă la ora 10.55 am fost sunați și ni s-a cerut să părăsim camera imediat. Fiul meu încă dormea, bagajele nu erau făcute, iar personalul a insistat că trebuie să eliberăm camera fără întârziere. Am împachetat în grabă, în timp ce doamna de la curățenie începuse deja treaba. Concluzie: Curățenia lasă de dorit, comunicarea cu personalul este slabă și atitudinea față de clienți nu este ospitalieră. Nu aș reveni.

• Heidi (8/5): - Siisti huone. Check-in oli hoidettu huonosti. Saapuessamme oikeaan osoitteeseen puheluumme vastattiin vasta kolmannella kerralla ja espanjan kielellä. Oli hankala ymmärtää ohjeita että mistä saamme avaimet asuntoon.

• Raluca (10/5): Great time in a very good location - The location is great, near to the city center, restaurants and supermarkets. the apartment has everything you need. Parking on the property which is a big plus if you rent a car. Alicia is a very kind person and helped us a lot during our stay in the apartment. -
• Maryvonne (9/5): Superb - A very confortable and spacious appartment.Location is good as it is only 4 bus stops away from the centre and there are plenty of buses.It is near shops restaurants . The appartment has a good well equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting room and a nice bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a comfy bed. The bathroom offers a good shower with plenty of hot water Alicia met us at the door as arranged and gave us all the informations we needed for our stay, she did help us book a taxi for the airport for our departure and left a lovely bunch of roses Thank you The appartment has very good shutters to keep you in darkness if you want to sleep late As the weather was not great during our stay we did spend a bit more time inside than usual so we were very happy to stay in such a nice place Nothing

• Gerbo (8/5): Host Alicia was very friendly and very helpful. We can highly recommend this apartment. - We slept here for 13 nights early February 2025. It’s a nice apartment on the 2nd floor in a quiet street near Cementerio de San Miguel. The bed/mattress is fine but is shorter than 2 meters. It is wonderfully dark to sleep. Plenty towels/sheets/toilet paper available. There is a washing machine and dishwasher but no detergent or tablets. Tip: bring or buy your own pods or dishwasher tablets. The laundry can be dried on the roof terrace. In the immediate area are several supermarkets. Distance to old center is 23 min. walk. At bus stop no 158 on Alameda de Capuchinos to Plaza de la Marina 15 min There are pans/frying pans and dinner plates available. However, there is little cutlery only 3 spoons/forks/knives for two people.
