- pmkbnd (10/5): A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location with stunning city views. - The staff at The Manor Signature Residence were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to KLCC, nearby restaurants, and shopping areas, making it very convenient to get around Kuala Lumpur. It was also close to Conlay LRT station, which made travelling around the city very easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. The view was exceptional, with the windows overlooking the Petronas Towers and surrounding high-rise buildings, especially beautiful at night. The bed was comfortable and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return again. The check-in process via the back lobby was slightly confusing at first, but the staff were helpful and everything went smoothly afterward.

- Tony (10/5): Outstanding. - All the staff were fantastic the ladies & gentleman in reception especially. We were kindly upgraded to a Premium 1 bed with balcony, with probably one of the best views of the Petronas Towers you will ever see. You can access the balcony from the lounge & the bedroom, it really made a difference. The apartment was large, well equipped, including a water filter, Nespresso machine & is in a fantastic location just 5mins from Conlay MRT. The rooftop pool is closed until July, which wasn't a problem for us, as we just wanted to use the well equipped gym. Overall it had a really homely feel & there's also the Boi Boi cafe that serves freshly cooked food including breakfast. Finally there were 3 separate lift lobby's with 2 lifts each, therefore you didn't have to wait long for a lift, unlike some buildings we've stayed in. We highly recommend this building & will definitely be back in the future for a longer stay. Just be aware there isn't a washing machine in the apmt's, but they have a Laundry room at ground level with Washing Machines & dryers, recommend to go early.

- I (6/5): Apartment located ingood location but on-site customer service by host Canopy Lives could be better. - Very good location in quieter part of city near consulates and walking distance 20-30mins to Suria KLCC and Pavilion. Conlay MRT close by if you wanted to use public transport. The 2BR apartment was spacious and comfortable for our group of 3. a) Not comprehensive enough guest information provided before check-in hence I needed more clarification of location of dedicated Canopy Lives reception desk as not the same as The Manor main foyer desk. Communication with The Manor Five Senses reservations dept prior to arriving was excellent with proactive responses when asked about compensation for the pool being out of use. However, dealing with on-site front desk staff was frustrating as they did not seem to be as knowledgeable. We needed some grocery supplies upon checking in late but staff did not advise that there was an on-site mini mart to use. Also, we asked for free city shuttle timetable, but check-in staff said he did not know. When we asked again during our stay, the staff told us to WhatsApp Reservations team for the timetable. Customer service could be improved with seamless service between the reservations and front desk staff if they are part of the same company. Maybe more comprehensive written guest information can be provided at reception and in the apartment to save guests going down to front desk on a daily basis to get clarification. b) Apartment was not as clean as expected - live cockroaches sighted on arrival and after housekeeping / also stain on main bedroom floor c) Kitchen facilities could be improved with the provision of tea towels, microwave oven, small saucepan etc as we wanted to prepare basic meals ourselves and these were not available.

- Jacek (5/5): Don't trust their reviews - they give discounts for 10 stars - The bed and the couch were really comfortable. The AC wasn't too loud and wasn't smelly. The shower was fairly comfortable to use. There is a water dispenser in the room, which saved me a lot of water buying. 1. Unhelpful reception staff - not only a terrible level of English but also the apparent lack of willingness to help. I asked for recommendations where I could buy an umbrella. The lady went somewhere and her male friend explained it was (as far as I understood the broken English) to check if they have an umbrella on site. Two minutes later she came back and, without saying a word to me, sat by her friend and they just chatted in their language. I sat there waiting for 3 minutes and then asked "do you have any information?". They seemed to be confused / surprised - like they'd forgotten they had a customer waiting for an answer. They replied something unintelligible, I said "I guess that's a 'no'", which they nodded to, so I left, knowing from experience with such people that there is no hope of getting an answer to my simple question. 2. No swimming pool despite it being listed in the amenties. Yes, the long message I got *after* booking said the swimming pool would be unavailable. Then why does the listing still say (including the written description) there is an outdoor swimming pool? 3. Review manipulation - got this in a message after my stay: "Please screenshot of your 10 ★ review and book with us directly at +6012 - 9667008 on your next stay to enjoy a 15% discount!"

Un lobby douteux et l’hygiène de l’hôtel également. L’emplacement était aussi beaucoup moins bien que ce pourquoi nous avons payé. On a proposé de se faire rembourser pour aller autre part et ils ont refusés. C’était soir changer d’hôtel ou rester dans l’hôtel avec un upgrade de chambre. Sachant que les piscines rooftop sont un Incontournable de Kuala Lumpur. On a proposé également via Booking un remboursement partiel mais refus également. Donc on a payé 150€ pour 4 nuits dans un airbnb pourri qui était 3x moins cher . Très mauvaise expérience pour nous. Le lobby était sympa mais aucune autre info à donner.

- Naomi (10/5): Incroyable. - L’emplacement est parfait, il y a des restaurants juste à côté pour le petit-déjeuner. C’est à seulement 5 minutes à pied du parc KLCC et des tours Petronas. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, nous avons pu laisser nos sacs toute la journée après notre départ. Il y’a un super restaurant avec vue sur les tours, nous y avons juste bu un verre et le service était incroyable. Tout était parfait.
- Roman (2/5): Perfect accommodation — if you're a cockroach - Check-in was smooth thanks to the reception desk — no need to call anyone or wait for someone to hand over the key card, which is a great improvement. I stayed in this same building with this same host two years ago and had a wonderful experience: a clean and fresh room, great location, and a stunning view of the Petronas Towers. It's also nice that a shop has opened in the building, which is very convenient as there aren't many options nearby. The room was in an unacceptable condition at check-in: strong smell of cigarette smoke, trash left from previous guests, hair on the furniture and floors, and — most seriously — a large number of cockroaches discovered in the evening: in the kitchen, on the dishes, inside the cabinets, in the bathroom, and in the bedroom. We checked in late and only noticed the cockroaches around 10 PM, by which point relocating was not feasible as reception was closed. We were forced to stay the night. We informed the host immediately with photos. The host agreed to a refund, but communication was slow and unclear throughout the next day — no responses on WhatsApp, reception staff referring us to "a team that makes decisions." We were left not knowing whether a refund would happen at all. Eventually, the host asked us to request only a partial refund through Booking.com on the grounds that we had stayed one night — disregarding the fact that we had no real choice. The refund was only processed after we filed a complaint with Booking.com. I am genuinely disappointed. Two years ago this was one of my favourite places to stay in KL. The location and setup are still great, but the drop in cleanliness and the lack of care for guests is hard to overlook.

- Linda (10/5): - All was great! Clean place. Comfortable beds. Spacious apartment lovely views. Cannot get into WiFi in the lobby. This makes it difficult to catch a grab taxi. Especially when they cancel after booking .. and no way of knowing when waiting in Lobby.
- Ilhan (7/5): - Die zentrale Lage ist ein sehr positiver Punkt, den man hervorheben muss. Die Twintowers waren gerade mal 800m entfernt und zu Fuß in 10 Min erreichbar. Das Appartement war nicht sehr gut gereinigt und wir mussten obwohl wir für 5 Personen gebucht haben das 5. Bettset nachbestellen und es kam keine Decke dazu. Trotz nachhaken haben wir keine Decke bekommen. Trotz allem war es eine solide Unterkunft zu dem Preis.

- SEJOR (10/5): Choisissez cette hôtel les yeux fermés ! - Tout, l'appartement était incroyable, la salle de sport était grande et bien équipé avec une vue incroyable, l'hôtel est très bien sécurisé, vous pouvez faire vos lessive si besoin et même faire des petites course ou allez dans le café situé dans l'hôtel Franchement c'est des détails mais je dirais plus de sac poubelles car avec leurs tailles, elle se remplisse vraiment très vite.

- Rajinah Ashwini (5/5): Passable stay - The location is perfect if you want to get things done in the city centre. The unit is spacious. The guards are clueless and despite explaining a few times I've got a booking with Canopy Lives they were still insisting on asking more questions. That was really very annoying. I've been asked to park the car at the lobby before I collect the access card and I assume this is their standard procedure yet the guards came looking for me to get my car removed from the lobby. Canopy Lives need to have a word with the guards/management so future guests can feel more comfortable and welcomed at the building. For strange reasons both the mobile data and network are not working in the unit. I understand if the internet coverage is poor but why wasn't the network not working, I don't know. Body wash and shampoo provided, but not toothbrush and toothpaste. The toilet was mouldy and dirty. I decided to inform Canopy Lives as they were holding on to my deposit and I didn't want to be blamed for what's already there. In response they immediately apologized and offered to clean the toilet so I would give them credit for it. Just found it so strange that the toilet was mouldy and dirty but not the bathroom and anything else. The room was very stuffy as the aircond was not functioning properly. The temperature was set at 18 degrees and no adjustments worked and neither did it feel like 18 degrees. Lastly, which would have really ruined anyone's stay - repair/renovation work on the unit right above! I came back in the morning to extremely loud drilling noise and could feel the floor and wall vibrating! Thank God I left very early in the morning and was checking out the same day. A notice would have been issued for works being carried out in the building. That's the rule for high rise residential buildings. Therefore Canopy Lives is obviously aware about it. So why did you still assign that unit to me? Very disappointed.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – MISLEADING LISTING AND ZERO SUPPORT I booked The Manor for a month starting late February 2026. The price was appealing, and a major factor in my decision was the infinity pool and gym, both of which were prominently advertised on Booking.com. Prior to my arrival on 27th February, I had several communications with the property. At no point was I informed that the pool would be closed for maintenance. In fact, I only discovered this while already on the plane to Kuala Lumpur, after seeing a last-minute message from the property. Had this been disclosed at the time of booking—or even during the free cancellation period—I would have cancelled immediately. The situation was worse than just a closed pool. The maintenance involved constant drilling, which made the environment extremely unpleasant. After enduring two weeks of noise and disruption, I was forced to cut my stay short. To make matters worse, Booking.com has been entirely unhelpful. I had to repeatedly chase them for a response, only to be told that no refund would be issued. This is deeply disappointing, especially as a frequent user who was one booking away from reaching Genius Level 3. My main concerns are: 1) No disclosure of scheduled maintenance in any official communication or listing 2) Significant noise disruption due to drilling 3) Poor customer service and lack of accountability from Booking.com The listing still does not clearly state that the pool is out of service. There is only a blurry photo of a small sign—apparently added after my check-in—hidden beneath promotional images of the pool itself. This is misleading at best. Overall, this experience feels like false advertising combined with a complete lack of customer support. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking.

- Omar (7/5): Yo no iria hasta que no acaben las obras de la piscina. - Las instalaciones están muy bien. La habitación increíble. Hay un pequeño supermercado con un poco de todo a buen precio. El personal bien. Perdí una chaqueta y me la guardaron y devolvieron. El baño olía un poco mal. La PISCINA está CERRADA, en OBRAS HASTA JUNIO. Si quieres la típica imagen de la piscina y las Petronas no la vas a tener. Además cuando empiezan los trabajadores las obras el sonido es insoportable, vibran las paredes y el techo. Yo estaba en el piso 17 y la piscina está en el 46 🤔🙄

The pool was under construction and every day starting at 10 there were very loud construction noises although I was 29 floors below the 46th floor where the pool is located. I would have loved to know tis beforehand
