Restaurant and Bistro offered a variety of meals. The Shuttle to Perisher was very much appreciated. School Group was noisy at night and first up in morning - Teachers need to control them more!

The restaurant staff were so nice and service was superb just like the food was which actually surprised me as I was not expecting that sort of quality all the way out there. Very happy with it and impressed. I will definitely return one day in another winter/spring. Just a minor, super small detail, and I’m almost sorry I’m writing something in this section but the left hand side blind in my room of 109 did not close and the sun would come screaming in your eyes to wake you at 6am but I almost didn’t mind most mornings as it got me up early to make the most of the day so not that big of an issue.

Great location for Smiggin snow although it was just before it opened for the season for us so we had al our bookings transferred to Perisher. Close to Perisher too. Parking down the hill, and needing to almost ice skate to get into the apartment complex for 20-30 metres. Could've done without having to risk injury just to get into our apartment.
• Hood (9/5): Great early season stay - The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Always smiling and willing to help. The chalet was well appointed. The food in the resteraunt was very surprising in quality and value. The chalet apartments are offsite, which did mean layering up to walk to use the hotel facilities, which were very warm, requiring to shed the many layers. A small inconvenience in an otherwise well run establishment.

The staff is amazing, kids loved it and we got few hrs to oursleves to enjoy drinks. Dinner options at the Hotel is really good and reasonable. The rooms are a bit outdated and bathrooms are small and cramped. But it serves the purpose and didnt really bother us much with all other positives.

Les pistes sont faciles et sont de ce fait adaptés aux familles. Perisher Valley est à 5mn en shuttle bus GRATUIT qui passe toutes les 10mn.

Good sized fridge, good heating, a window that could be opened, good shower and kitchenette. Good access to ski lockers with one in the apartment building and one in the main centre. Good breakfast included as was parking. Nothing!

The facility is very old especially bathroom is tiny. Worthless of the value of staying.

• Alex (10/5): We were really made to feel welcome - Craig, Aleysha and the teams at Smiggens Hotel & Chalet Apartments went out of their way to my family and I feel very special. From advise about coming up the mountain and fitting on snow chains to trying to fit us in for another night. Nothing felt like too much trouble for this team. We loved the transfer up to Perisher and when we had to return our snow gear on the morning we left, Anthony the driver hung around while I dropped off the gear to the ski hire place at Perisher Valley. It was very pleasing to see customer service like this still exist. My expectations were well and truly exceeded.

• Bianca (8/5): Fantastic stay, friendly and accommodating solution driven staff. Great dining options. Great kids club. Superb location - Everything! Cooking your own meat and fish for the same cost as it being cooked for you by a professional chef if you chose to eat in the pub.

• Katrina Lavina (7/5): Great place for a family as everyone got to enjoy their own relaxing and fun time - we love the location although since its not yet peak season the ski lifts in smiggins holes are still closed so. we have to go to perisher. The staff are very friendly especially Jasper in the reception. He is so accommodating and help us alot with our inquiries. Our daughters love the kids club so much, too bad the other cool activities are scheduled on a weekday. This is indeed family friendly hotel and we will definitely come back There should be a reminder that the hotel has no elevator so visitors will not bring heavy luggages. Also more road signages to point the location of the hotel should be in place. We followed waze map and unfortunately it pointed us towards the guthega route (longer and curvy road) where smiggings hole access there was closed.
