• Svitlana (10/5): - Комфортно, удобно. Рядом супермаркет Меркадона, до автобусной остановки пару минут, кафе и рестораны на любой вкус. Вид из окна потрясающий. В апартаментах есть всё, что необходимо для проживания, удобная кровать. Огорчило то, что на фото при заезде ожидает шампанское с фруктами но у нас этого не было. Я надеялась на сюрприз так как приехала с дочерью и у нее день рождения

Had a lot of cooking facilities/equipment in kitchen and bathroom had nice amount of shampoos , shower gel , suncream etc The balcony was flooded for the whole week, the pillows on double bed were a bit thin and small (like cushions) , one pillowcase was dirty in the cupboard but that was all easily resolved thankfully with the hosts help and quick replies

• Karen (7/5): It was a lovely place to stay apart from the 2 things I mentioned - Very clean and modern and had everything you needed. Air con was great! We found the best wasn’t the most comfortable. Both of us had sore hips every morning. Maybe a memory foam mattress would be better as then u wouldn’t feel the springs. Also able to hear the people through the bedroom wall very clearly but we had had earplugs so we used them and was fine. Their living area was next to our bedroom wall so was fine once they went to bed too.

In property, around property and both pool areas where perfect. Staff were great and reception were very helpful. Everything was great. Even met some of the locals who live in complex who where all every nice.

• Mark (9/5): A relaxing stay in a very nice apartment. - Very clean apartment, plenty of power points, Nice little kitchen area. The view was superb. The sea view was advertised, but no one mentioned that from the bedroom window I could see 17 miles to the summit of Mount Teide. Very quiet, just some traffic on the roads below and singing from the promenade. There's a very good supermarket a few minutes away and lots of restaurants. Bus stop about fifteen away. Nothing really. It was a good base to explore Tenerife.

• Dániel (10/5): Cozy apartment with an amazing view - A very nice and cozy apartment. Not big but for two persons it is perfect. Very close to the beach and to supermarkets. It has all the facilities that you need. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can hear the music and some noises from the nearby restaurants but these are stopped around 11pm, otherwise the apartment is quite calm. Finding parking place close to the apartment is very tough, but it is tough in Tenerife at all popular places.
• Laura (9/5): - Great location by the sea with great views. The pool was nice too. The apartment had everything we needed for the week and was clean and comfortable. We slept with the balcony door open but it was still very warm in the bed, could use a better fan.

Bovendien was de hygiëne uitstekend. De wifi-verbinding was wat instabiel; deze viel 's avonds vaak weg. Als de verbinding wel beschikbaar was, was de signaalsterkte niet erg goed.

Don’t stay here thinking your getting - Location is perfect , you are right in the middle of everything The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in , it totally ruined our stay. We both had sore backs all week from sleeping in the rock solid beds.

Shower spills water onto the floor with no way to prevent and were small ants around the fruit bowl during our stay. Balcony door didn’t seem very secure when locked and the living room fan doesn’t appear to work

• Holly (4/5): Wouldn't stay again - The location was good The water drainage was terrible. Shower over flowed and the sink wouldn't drain in the kitchenette. The bed isn't comfortable. The tv doesn't have english channels. Agreed with lotti that we could check out at 1pm as advertised on the advert then I got a message from lotti the day before check out to say we had to be out for 12 noon the next day as she had someone else coming to check in. She was extremely rude and told me it was LAW that we had to be out for 12. Yet her advert said 1pm. The bathroom has little privacy. You couldn't share it with more than 2 people

We stayed there for 6 nights, it would be great if more toilet rolls and some bin liners provided. The pillows are a bit too soft and not fillings enough...

• Andy (9/5): Good little flat - Amazing location and views - I was a little disappointed at first as there was a 20Euro extra for a late check-in because the transfer bus was stuck in traffic. I think this should be added to the pre-booking T&Cs. That said, the communication was good throughout. It's a good little flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was as advertised and the views and pools are wonderful.

• Rebecca (10/5): Excellent stay at Torres de Sol - Excellent stay at Torres de Sol . Location is perfect so close to the beach and the main strip in Tenerife . Everything you need close by including bar ,supermarket , cash machine , tour office and 24 hour reception .We enjoyed it so much we extended our trip and stayed two extra nights . The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely be back .

Location was a 2 minute walk to Zara and great restaurants. No sound as on 12th floor (except building work from next door) Ongoing works in apartment next door with jack hammer which went on from 9am until 8pm on 4 days out of 8 during our stay. Welcoming procedures could be improved: where to locate password for WIFI, where to dispose of rubbish. €1 per day for bed by pool.

• Wayne (8/5): Great location, decent view, compact. - The key to this apartment is its location. We were in B304 so had a view south, towards the beach, though interrupted by a roof and a McDonalds sign. The balcony was a decent size for two chairs and a table and it got partial sun for most of the day - the balcony roof and shade impedes the sun a little and it was a bit cramped with the large clothes airer. Washing machine was useful though it's an odd top loading, space saving design with no instructions. The location meant Los Cristianos was to the left and Las Americas to the right so plenty of choice of promenade shops and shopping malls though a 20 minute walk to many bars and karaoke. Free parking outside was initially good but then became hard to get, especially during the day and early evening. The pool is a decent size. Free WiFi. Plenty of towels and bedding. Hot enough shower - the kitchenette sink under the boiler could be dangerously hot though. Very useful Mercadona one block behind.up a short hill. The apartment is all about location, that is what you pay for. Otherwise it is a little small with two single beds in an alcove and no sofa to sit on. There was room for a small sofa but instead there was a very small table and two hard chairs so you had to sit on the bed for any comfort. If it had been cold, you would not want to sit on the chairs. Cleaning was not great - dirty microwave, dirty on top of lights and fridge. Floor not particularly clean.Canaries seem to have lower cleaning standards than Benidorm, for example. Hard to park during the day and early evening as many use the free parking for the beach. Cutlery needs scissors. Minimal provisions, only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. Shower goes everywhere so better hand held. No instructions for WiFi, had to text for details. Beds firm and memory foam pillows also firm. We were rather surprised that when using the pool, sun loungers were provided but then, randomly, someone came round demanding payment for their use. Not a huge amount but many don't carry money. They should be free.

• Reda (9/5): Lovely appartment but because of some things not worth the price. - Light coloured and cozy interior. Smelled very lovely! Nice and clean bedding. Very close to the beach ,shops and restaurants. Friendly property owner. But balcony is super small so if you are using laundry rack no more space to sit in there. Very noisy at night as the trash trucks coming ~3 times per night to empty the bins. The apartment is in a very drafty area and if it’s windy outside you have a lot of noise inside (probably because of the gaps under the doors). Kids were afraid to sleep because it sounded like outside was a huge storm.

• Lesley (9/5): We had a thoroughly enjoyable 2-week visit and would definitely stay in this studio again. - Great location with 2 pools - near to beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The studio is very well kitted out for visitors and is on the border of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos so you get the best of both resorts in easy walking distance. Small detail, would have loved a toaster!
